The abduction of a Celestial Dragon caused a massive uproar in the Sabaody Archipelago. 

The Marine Headquarters deployed tens of thousands of Marine soldiers, led by Admiral Aokiji, surrounding the archipelago. 

Not even a bird could escape. Among those affected, the pirates and underground forces on the island were the most tormented. 

These individuals, already wanted by the authorities or hiding due to their crimes, now faced continuous inspections by the Marines. 

They lived in constant fear of being exposed and captured, dreading the possibility of being taken to Impel Down. 

Their days were filled with anxiety and distress.

The Marines did consider using this opportunity to capture all the pirates on the Sabaody Archipelago in one sweep, which would bring some peace to the first half of the Grand Line. 

However, such an action might provoke the wrath of the Four Emperors' pirate crews, leading to a potential conflict that would be troublesome for the Marines. 

The primary mission remained to rescue Palace Mapelseciel, the abducted Celestial Dragon, and other matters could be postponed.

For Byakuya, finding Palace Mapelseciel was a trivial matter. 

If he wanted, he could simply have Sonic return her. Searching the Sabaody Archipelago was pointless. 

When Sonic abducted Palace Mapelseciel, he used a ship prepared by Byakuya at the port and headed to a remote, uncharted island that Byakuya had discovered some time ago.

Therefore, Byakuya wasn't concerned about the search for Palace Mapelseciel. Instead, Byakuya used the lockdown period to implement his plans. 

Trusted by Aokiji and Sengoku, he was put in charge of searching islands 1-29 of the Sabaody Archipelago. 

They were confident in Byakuya's capabilities, knowing he could handle the task effectively. 

Byakuya did not disappoint; on the first day, he led a team that captured over two hundred people, including pirates, corrupt merchants, and a few bounty hunters. 

These individuals were caught for various offenses, such as hiding revenue, causing public disturbances, and attacking Marines.

Byakuya ensured that all their crimes were meticulously recorded, leaving no one off the hook. 

Those who resisted arrest were killed on the spot by Byakuya, who ignored their pleas of innocence. 

Standing on a high platform, Byakuya gazed at the mass of kneeling people below, feeling a deep sense of satisfaction. 

To him, they represented Berries and World Energy. Among the captives was Byakuya's "old acquaintance," Boyle, the owner of Doflamingo's auction house. 

Boyle, who had been arrogant in front of Byakuya and Smoker the day before, now trembled on the ground, hoping to go unnoticed. 

He couldn't believe that Byakuya, a Marine Rear Admiral who seemed unremarkable aside from his good looks and youth, could kill so decisively and without hesitation.

Boyle had witnessed firsthand how a pirate captain with a bounty of 120 million Berries, who had attacked Marine soldiers on the island, resisted arrest, confident in his strength.

In the blink of an eye, right in front of Byakuya, a pirate captain with a bounty of 120 million Berries was sliced cleanly in half. 

The speed was astonishing. If that blade had been aimed at him... Boyle dared not imagine further. 

As Byakuya surveyed the captured crowd, a familiar figure caught his eye. 

A smile tugged at Byakuya's lips—among the many captives, he hadn't noticed this particular individual until now.

"Well, if it isn't Mr. Boyle! Not busy today, are we? Come to the Marine base personally, I see?" Byakuya's mocking tone sent Boyle into a near-faint. 

Despite hiding in the back, he had still been spotted. Boyle didn't even dare lift his head, only seeing Byakuya's boots in front of him.

"Cat got your tongue? Yesterday at the auction, you seemed quite chatty." 

Byakuya drew a long blade from Quake's waist, lightly tapping Boyle's sweat-drenched cheek with it. 

Each tap felt like a blow to Boyle's heart, making his whole body shudder.

"Lord Byakuya, yesterday was my mistake. I failed to recognize your greatness and offended you. It's all my fault!" 

Boyle kowtowed repeatedly, soon breaking his forehead and smearing blood all over his face. 

It looked gruesome, yet Boyle continued to kowtow frantically, ignoring his bleeding forehead. 

The other captives were terrified, praying Byakuya wouldn't turn his attention to them. This was too brutal.

Seeing Boyle's fear, Byakuya had a sudden idea. He had Quake take out a Transponder Snail to record the scene. 

In a cold voice, Byakuya said, "Since you seem genuinely remorseful, I'll ask you one question. Answer truthfully, and I might consider sparing your life."

Overjoyed, Boyle promised, "Ask anything, my lord. If I know the answer, I'll tell you everything."

"Why did Saint Estercock and Palace Mapelseciel suddenly attend the auction yesterday, without notifying the Marines?"

Boyle quickly answered, "Saint Estercock was invited by Lord Doflamingo under the pretext of a giant slave." 

"Palace Mapelseciel must have heard the news and joined him to buy slaves."

Boyle glanced at Byakuya, then continued, "Lord Byakuya, Lord Doflamingo invited Saint Estercock to the auction to undermine your authority on Sabaody Archipelago, making your five rules a joke." 

"This way, his business on the island wouldn't be affected."

Having decided to sell out Doflamingo for a chance at survival, Boyle spoke earnestly, hoping this would increase his chances of living. 

However, Byakuya wasn't interested in the latter part of Boyle's explanation since he already knew. He only recorded the first part, ignoring the rest.

Byakuya planned to show this recording to CP0 and Aokiji. 

Once they saw that Saint Estercock had been invited by Doflamingo, they'd have no choice but to hold him accountable for the incident.
