meeting the mayor

around 5 days had passed and i am still in mellow town training and gathering information about the mayor and alvida pirates.

"it seems like the mayor always like to give 'advice' to merchant so they could avoid the pirates around here."

i have finished gathering information about the alvida pirate all i need to do now is take care of the mayor here.

"oh yeah i still have money from the bounty i had collected from the hook pirates.i should use them now to strengthen myself."

with the money i bought all types of jutsu.water, fire, earth, lightning, wind style so i am prepared for all kind of trouble coming my way.

yeah problem, because when i claim the bounty for the hook pirates.the mayor like to keep an eye on me everytime i gathered information.but he didn't know that i could change my apperance with transformation jutsu so there are no problem when i am gathering information.

"i still have 5 million beli left.i will use 3 million for the lottery and save the rest for the journey."

i opened up the lottery panel and choose the 1 million options.

"come on give me something good system."

i look at the item i got and felt pretty good since i received some useful stuff from it.

"this sword is even better than the iron sword i created,this doesn't even make any sense."i felt pretty sad when this wooden sword is better than the one i crafted.

"i guess i should pay the mayor a visit tonight"i thought to myself.

late at night

i sneaked past the guard patroling the mayor mansion and arrived in front of the mayor office.

"damn, why did the hook pirates got destroyed.if that pirate hunter know my deal with the hook pirates i am done for"the mayor said while slamming the table.

"i need to frame him so i could get rid of any clue about my deal with the pirates"he said coldly.

i entered the room wearing my akatsuki robe and a mask.the mayor were surprised and tried to alert the guards, but i stop him with a kunai on his neck.

arata: "mr.mayor nice to finally meet you."

mayor: "please, spare my life. i..i... i can give you money, woman, fame anything you want i can give you.please just spare me."

listening to what he said i frowned 'this is so classic, who would fall for this thing'. i ignored what he said and kept going.

arata: "then tell everyone what have you done with the pirates."

the mayor started to sweat after i said that and kept begging.

mayor: "please, if i did that i will lose my job and even go to jail."

arata: "then you leave me no choice."

i kicked him in the stomach and start making hand signs for genjutsu.

"putting a person under a genjutsu is difficult,but the mayor has a really weak will and i was able to do it"i looked at the mayor who is under my genjutsu.

"after i leave you will slice your own throat with this knife." i am pretty proud of myself being able to do this.

after i erased all of my traces i sneaked out from the mayor office.

"it is time to head back and watch the show"

late at night the mayor secretary was looking for the mayor to discuss an incident.

"mr.mayor i would like to discuss the problem in the palis stre-."

the secretary was horrified with what he saw.the mayor was holding onto a knife in his throat.

"Mr.mayor!!!!!!"he screamed.

meanwhile i went back to the inn and enter my room.

"i wonder how people will react,if the matter of the mayor having a deal with the pirates were to be exposed." if somebody was here they would be scared seeing my face with a creepy smile.

i was thinking of sparing the mayor.but people like him Will keep doing things like this to satisfy his greed.

"i guess it is time to search for the alvida pirates and join the straw hat crew." my face was full of excitement

being able to meet my favourite character in reality is a dream come true. i jumped around like a person about to meet their idol for 10 minutes straight and fall asleep.

back at the mayor mansion. you could see the guard panicking all over the place searching for a lead.

"did the mayor really kill him self or someone else did it?" the secretary mumble.

"if someone did this, why did he do it? does this person have a grudge againts the mayor.

he tried to figure out what is happening,until he found a letter in the mayor private locker.

"this is...." he open the letter and read it.

he read the letter till the end and finally he understand what's happening by reading the letter.

the mayor was the mastermind behind the pirates attack all this time.no wonder he was assasinated.

"if people knew the mayor was dealing with the pirates,this town is finished" he sighed.

lucklily he found this letter so he could prevent it from being leak.if other people were to found it.he didn't even dare to think that far.he could only announce that the mayor comitted suicide and the killer escaped.

meanwhile arata was busy preparing for his journey when he overheard a news.

person 1: "did you heard what happend to the mayor."

person 2: "yeah i heard he commited suicide.what a shame,he was a good mayor."

person 1: "yeah he really was a good mayor,but i wonder who Will become the new mayor."

arata sneered when he heard this.a good mayor? a good person? what a joke! he was the culprit behind the pirates attack.

"whatever this is their problem, i already do them a favour by killing him. the most important thing now is finding alvida pirates and joining the straw hat pirates."

i went to restock my supplies for the journey and sail out to the sea searching for the alvida pirates.
