January, 1516

Sabo dressed in a black suit stood on the bow of the yacht as he looked at the small island on the horizon with a hint of worry. It has been four years since the tragedy of the Grey Terminal and his eventual loss in memory and he has finally returned back to where it all began.

"Sabo! Have you made your decision?" He was brought out of his thoughts when he felt someone ruffling his hair. A tall muscular man with white hair and blue eyes stood beside him wearing a Hawaiian shirt, shorts, and sandals.

"I have," Sabo sighed as he continued to speak his mind after a pause. "I want to stay with my brothers but I fear they might have forgotten about me."

"Sabo, When do you think people die? When they are shot through the heart by the bullet of a pistol? No... It's when… they are forgotten! Believe in the bonds you have made and don't doubt yourself."

Sabo, currently 14 years old was still a child. When he heard Victor's words he became teary-eyed and looked at the man with gratitude. "Thank you for bringing me home. I will remember your words f..father."

After they left Ohara they headed directly towards the Red Line after a brief stop at the Kano Kingdom. During the travel, Sabo had spent his days under Victor's care and after getting to know him he has nothing but respect and fear for this enigmatic man. His philosophies in life were too revolutionary besides the fact that he got to witness a 2000-ton ship fly above the 7500 m tall Red Line. They had used the Reverse Mountains to gain momentum for lift off and when they reached the peak Victor used his telekinesis to redirect the sleek black engineering marvel towards the East Blue Sea. After a few days of continuous travel in the seas and a few encounters with small-time pirates that Robin dealt with pretty easily, they finally reached the Goa Kingdom.

A raven-haired beauty wearing a cowboy hat sat on the deck as she looked at the two with a smile, "I am curious to meet the boy you always talked about."

"We'll meet him soon dear!" Victor looked towards the horizon in anticipation. He had always wanted to meet the destined child since he had arrived in this world. Finally, he has the chance to meet him before he begins his journey to the Grand Line. He also needs to check a few things with his own eyes and study if there were any butterfly effects in the cannon due to his interference in these years. This will also affect his plans for the future accordingly.

The Terminal, Red Line

Two hooded figures sat in a dimly lit bar as they observed each other as they drank in silence. The bar was closed hence there were only these two men in the room who were considered the most dangerous criminals in the world.

"How did you find me Dragon?"

"He told me where to find you," The latter replied as he revealed a small tattoo of a pair of wings with an eye on the center of his palm. This caused the latter to widen his eyes in shock as he too glanced at the similar tattoo in his palm.

"Tell me, how can I help you?"

"Fisher Tiger, the hero of the fishmen. Help us liberate the slaves," Dragon said firmly as he looked at the giant Fishman who was more than 17 feet in height. The infamous Fishman was a true force to be reckoned with evident from his feats of single-handedly clawing up the red line to burn down Marijois and free most of the slaves.

"Is it an order from above?"

"No, it's my personal request but 'he' was the one who suggested the idea"

"You know the rules right?"

"Tell me your demands." Dagon nodded in response. The organization has a few rules despite its relative freedom to function autonomously.

Rule 1. You do not talk about the Phantom Club...

Rule 2. You do NOT talk about Phantom Club

Rule 3. You can do your own thing until the day of Liberation.

Rule 4. Any mission assigned by Mirage is absolute.

Till now Fisher Tiger had hidden himself carefully away from the prying eyes of the World Government as he continued to wait for further orders. After he rescued Tom from Water 7 and delivered Victor's message to the Fishman islands he had been hiding in the shadows. The world government has even raised his bounty from $ 230,000,000 to $ 550,000,000 after his escapades.

"My demand is simple, I'll ask for a favor when I need it and you can't refuse."

"Fair! We have a deal."

"What's our first target?"

"Tequila Wolf! East Blue. The pointless bridge has been under construction for the past 700 years, upon demand of some willful World Noble who is already dead. The dangerous construction process is being carried out by various slave laborers including women and children. They have suffered for generations under tyranny as most of them are kidnapped by slave traders from countries that are not allied with the World Government." Dragon said as he passed a report to Fisher Tiger. "Estimated death of around 158,000 slaves till now and a population of 300,000 still in captivity under brutal conditions."

Fisher Tiger was stunned as he looked at the numbers and he clenched his fists in anger. He used to believe that the fishmen were the most oppressed but as he traveled the bigger world alone he realized his thinking was wrong. Everyone was ants before the eyes of the Celestial Dragons, using the tactics of 'divide and rule' those devils have brainwashed the entire world into fighting petty battles while they profited from their suffering. The irony is they have the power to make the World a better place but some people just enjoy the suffering of others for their sick pleasure.

"Tell me the date and time!" Fisher Tiger said as he stood up and gave a military salute. "Glory to the New Dawn!!

Dragon nodded in response as he too raised his right hand in the air in solidarity, "Glory to the New Dawn!!" Akatsuki has started moving in the shadows that would send waves throughout the world soon.

The Syndicate HQ, West Blue

"Tesoro, are you heading to the Grand Line today?" Sofia Sanchez asked as she looked at the 'Casino Emperor' as they sat in the dining room with Zala and Daz Bonez.

"Yes! I need to deliver the 'shipments' to Sabaody." Tesoro said as he took a bite of the dinner.

"Are you sure you want to leave Nutella in BlackRock?"

"I want her to attend the Academy and enjoy a normal childhood with the other kids in the family."

"None of the kids of the Moriarty family will have a normal childhood, Tesoro," Zala said as she took a sip of her wine. "Law, Bepo, Baby, Sugar, and the new kid Sabo. Tell me which of them is 'normal' after training with Victor?"

"Mater has his own ideas! Don't question his goodwill," Daz Bones said coldly as he looked at Zala.

"Shut up you boiled egg! I can say whatever I want," Zala said smugly as she taunted the latter. As the Captain of the Elite Unit in charge of protecting the borders, Victor's childhood friend and Hugh's daughter, she enjoyed a lot of power and influence in the family. This was the cause of a beef between her and the killer Daz who joined the family later. He was also in the same status but he was in charge of training the kids in the academy besides his main job as the Vice Captain.

"Stop bickering you two!!" Sofia said with a sigh. "We have more important issues to discuss. Doflamingo is starting to make a move according to our intelligence. Look out for any sabotaging attempts in the future. I heard the Donquioxte Pirates has established his new base in the New World in the Doerena Kingdom."

""Bwahaha! I guess we poked the hornet's nest!" Gild Tesoro said as he laughed mockingly. "I guess we will find out who's backing him soon. Even after his failed coup in Dressrossa he still has the title of Schichibukai."

"Master had already anticipated this outcome. His connections with the Celestial Dragons run too deep." Daz Bonez said thoughtfully. "I'll send my men to guard the shipments just for precaution."

The others nodded in agreement as they continued to discuss their plans to branch out into other blues. Blacklight Org under the Syndicate has become a leading criminal business corporation dealing with various industries like agriculture, technology, water treatment, medicine, and construction in the open while they also served as the cover for their underground business like casinos, smuggling, sending 'shipments' to the holy land, mining precious stones, mercenaries for hire and many more.

The Elite unit in particular has become a feared force in the West Blue was every member must have basic haki along with a strict selection process. Only 1 in 1000 soldiers cleared the selection process and this helped the Syndicate to dominate the West Blue in addition to their military technological advancements in the past few years. It has become a well-cogged machine that can run smoothly under the strong leadership of Sofia even if Victor is absent from the scenes to pursue his own interests.
