Chapter 133: Zeus, God Of Thunder And Lightning II

...........

"God, Enel," The man found himself compelled for some reason to introduce himself under the crow's ominous golden eyes.

"God, Yovan," The Stranger's introduction always finds ways to be memorable to those who live past hearing it.

Yovan showed his true self, turning back into his hybrid form, however, with ink dripping from him and inky lines going through the entirety of his body.

"We have met before," Enel said with twitching lips, remembering the day he had seen Yovan engrave a mark on his chest, literally. That mark was the location of Skypiea.

"We have," Yovan nodded.

"What do you want?" Enel asked in a carefree tone despite sensing something very peculiar before. He couldn't sense the crow at the start, only when it came a little closer did he feel a bit weird.

The crow almost slipped his senses, but he was able to sense it when he used another method, his Devil Fruit.

"Take your life," Yovan responded with a wicked smile.

"Yahahahahaha! First, you claim yourself a God before me, then you say you're here for my life? Just who do you think you are?" It was strangely Enel who spoke.

Yovan narrowed his eyes, a murderous look instantly overwhelming his face, "What the fuck was that? You stole my laugh!!!"

"Huh?" Enel was perplexed.

"Why did you laugh like that!!!!" Yovan yelled, seeming very worked up.

"What? You dare yell at me?" Enel responded with equal anger.

"You dare laugh like that? Do you know how many laughs there are in this god-forsaken world, why take mine??" Yovan became even more worked up.

"I'm God! Therefore, everything is mine! It isn't considered taking a laugh! It's taking back what I already owned! No, why were you using my laugh without my permission?" Enel yelled back.

"I'm God! And I have many Gods under me! What do you have?" Yovan yelled back.

"I..." Unfortunately, he couldn't lie because his priests and followers were nearby, watching the ordeal with odd looks, "That's how a God is supposed to be!"

"That's how an insecure God is!" Yovan fired back.

"I'm not insecure! You are insecure!" Enel responded like a...

"A child? You're a goddamn child proclaiming yourself a God?" Yovan pointed out.

"You!!" Just when Enel was about to blow up and finally attack, he noticed Yovan's expression taking a turn.

"I thought It'd have to be a fight, a destructive battle, but your personality broke my expectations... Childish, naive, and narcissistic beyond belief." Yovan remarked in a calm serene tone.

"It's okay to be as such, but you have to keep a healthy balance between reality and imagination... Only I am Stranger than Imagination," Yovan added as he stood up.

Something strange about Enel was the thing upon his back, stuck centrally into his shoulder blades, a large gray ring, attached to it were four wooden shime-daiko drums set next to and above his head, each with cream-colored drum skin depicting a black mitsudomoe on the front and back.

Enel lifted his staff to beat two of those drums, his face speaking of wrath, but also nervousness as he murmured, "Jamboule!"

He released an attack due to tapping the two drums on his back using his staff to prompt a large, serpentine dragon made of electricity to come out of them.

Yovan felt its destructiveness, nothing the likes of which he had seen before, not even Kaido's lightning rivaled the serpentine dragon, not even close.

The attack, in fact, was so dangerous it triggered a response from the ink, not just the ink flowing through him but also the ink dripping from him to form a large puddle around him, something Enel either missed or was too arrogant and occupied to pay much attention to.

"Veil Of Ink," Yovan murmured, but the Ink responded before the first letter of those words came out, instantly forming a veil around the entirety of the upper yard, one made of Haki.

"You! Where are you!! Show yourself!!!" The serpentine dragon of lightning couldn't reach Yovan, not when the latter simply vanished, leaving behind a bunch of feathers.

And Enel was truly nervous now, even more than before. There was something about Yovan that stressed him, and how could he not be stressed when the serpentine dragon failed to do anything to the veil?

"200,000,000 Volt Amaru!!!!!" Out of fear, Enel used his ultimate move, morphing his body into pure, 200,000,000-V electricity while growing in size to become a giant, potbellied, Raijin-Esque lightning figure.

"The Coming Of The Sun," Yovan did show himself, both his eyes wide open, reeking of golden flames, dying to erupt outside.

He spread his inky golden arms before bringing his hands together in one heavy clap. There was a spark, and there was a heat, so much heat it overshadowed the heat released by the 200,000,000 Volt beast.

The beast was already before him, overwhelming Yovan, and trying to melt him and destroy him, but it was having a hard time doing so with the ink that speaks nothing if not Yovan's desire to survive.

The clap caused a spark, a tiny golden spark, a gateway to the true hell. It was almost like he summoned the sun, a dot from the center of the sun, but it was more than enough.

"NooooooOOooo!!!!!" Enel's scream reverberated through the sky, throughout the entirety of Skypiea much to the dismay of its people.

What was, however, even more of a shock was the inky sphere that suddenly appeared around the Upper Yard.

The Ink sphere would then turn golden, almost like hot melting iron, its heat radiating so far around the people of Skypiea started having difficulty breathing.

"YahahaahHAHAHA! Did you think that can kill me!? No, not in my form!!!" Enel's loud voice still reverberated throughout.

Enel ate the Goro Goro no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit which allows him to create, control, and transform his body into lightning, and now, he was in his pure lightning form, extremely resistant to heat.

It was especially so for his current Amaru form, a state housing 200,000,000 Volt of electricity, something Yovan could only handle for a few seconds before scattering.

"I can feel your fear," Yovan's voice sounded from nowhere, seeing right through Enel's braze facade, especially as the latter clearly sensed the ink sphere getting tighter and tighter.

"You're a coward! Fighting from hiding! Show yourself if you really proclaim yourself a God!!!" Either Enel was serious, or he was just luring Yovan into making a mistake.

"Nah, thanks. I am no God, so just die and give me what I am here for." The sphere started closing in faster and faster, getting more condensed to the point that it allowed Yovan to do something very interesting, one of the only ways to harm Logia users.

From the spheres erupted numerous spikes, spikes of Haki overwhelming the tight space, and what's Logia users' weakness if not Armament Haki?

More and more spikes were released, then some more despite a few already nailing Enel in the heart, "Just to make sure,"

Yovan appeared right amidst the golden flames, seeming immune to its heat. In fact, the flames followed his will, giving space for the basket of fruits in his hand.

Enel forced out of his Logia form allowed the golden flames to devour him whole, not even granting him the honor of having a few last words.

"Haha Yahahaha Yahahahaha, now only I have this laugh," Yovan murmured with a smile as he grasp one of the fruits amidst its transformation, throwing the rest into the flames.

The Ink flowed into Yovan like light flowing or getting devoured by a black hole, just the opposite.

Yovan scattered directly after, not leaving behind even feathers, all devoured by his flames, just in case.

The crow flew again. It flew for a long while, a very long while before scattering yet again only to appear inside a very familiar place, the Impel Down.

"Zeus, wake up," Yovan murmured, his figure hidden beneath a shroud of flames.

"Haa? is it tor-torture time? Siuhahah, been a whi... A-Apollo? No, Y..." Sinj opened his bruised eyes wide, his pale sickly face seeming startled, just not as much as the two individuals not far from him.

There were two individuals, a chained muscular young man with curly black hair, sporting rather childish freckles with a tattoo on his upper left bicep that spells ASCE vertically with the S crossed out.

There was also a large blue whale shark fish-man with a stocky build, also chained to the wall, both with Seastone cuffs.
