Delivering Justice
A while later
The two were sitting on the small boat, sailing towards a certain island.
Olvia sat on the deck with casual clothes, having changed as she smiled "This is the real reason for the trip, right?" she was wearing her white floral shirt, the sleeves were rolled halfway up her arms and the bottom of the button up and tied in a knot under her breasts, exposing her belly. The top buttons were undone, exposing her cleavage and the rest of the buttons were buttoned.
Black short shorts wrapped around her hips, her long legs soaking in the sun along with her delicate feet as her one strap sandals were on the side of the beach chair.
Galan didn't answer, wearing a white long sleeved shirt with a Marine logo on the left chest. The sleeves were rolled up slightly and he wore his leather gloves with shorts and the same sandals.
She turned to him and smiled slightly as he ignored her again, she giggled, turning back "So cute." Galan was suddenly annoyed and sat there with his arms crossed.
The snails Mihawk gave him belonged to Shanks and Whitebeard, Galan tasked Mihawk with getting them in case he needed to talk to either of them in the future.
As for the Don Krieg pirates… He killed them all which was why he had to change. When he left the restaurant, Luffy and Sanji were gone already. Not that Galan wanted to see them again.
Currently he was going to see an old friend… This was the main purpose of this trip.
The ship docked at an island and Galan picked up his Punk-12, getting off. Olvia hopped off and her coat fluttered behind her as she smiled "Whoopsie~" he looked at her and she smiled happily, walking next to him, putting her hair behind her ears.
Galan turned away as they walked onto the island, seeing a huge crowd at a stone wall. Galan frowned seeing that long nosed boy again. Olvia was stunned and said "Huh? They're here too?" Galan said softly "Let's go see what happened." Olvia nodded with a frown and followed him.
They walked to the crowd and Galan shoved people out of the way, coming to the front. The villagers frowned but started pointing at Olvia's coat, whispering amongst each other.
Galan came to the front to see a girl with Luffy's hat holding a staff. He looked at her and frowned, then saw Zoro on the ground, he saw Sanji in the same condition with Fish-Men all over the place.
His frown deepened and there was a bang. Galan and Olvia saw a desk flying out of the building along with a bookcase and papers, all sorts of things flew out and the girl stared at the things in shock.
Zoro turned to see Galan standing there with a frown, he was stunned and shouted "What are you doing here!?" Galan picked up a paper and said "A sea chart?" Olvia took it from him and said in surprise "Amazing! These are so accurate! I wonder who drew these?"
The orange haired girl started crying and the Fish-Men on the ground started recovering, turning to see Galan staring at them. They froze and said "You!" Galan gripped his Punk-12 and said very slowly "What happened here."
The Fish-Men froze and a woman stepped out from the crowd, shouting with teary eyes "You happened! Your Marines didn't do anything here! We've been slaves to Arlong and the Fish-Men for 8 years!" she had blue hair and a tanned complexion with tattoos on her body as she shivered with rage.
Galan frowned and Olvia asked "Huh? What do you mean?" The woman shouted angrily, pointing at the orange haired girl saying "We lost our mother because of Arlong! He's been ruling these islands for 8 years! And nobody has done a thing about it! We've been waiting for help from the Marines in vain! Even when Nami was so close to freeing the village your bastard Marines stole all her hope! Look what happened!"
Olvia frowned and clenched her fists, "Which branch was this?" The woman retorted angrily "I don't know!" Olvia turned to Galan before freezing and sighing "Oh boy… Please stand back everyone, erm… If you could please take the children and yourselves home quickly, leave the area."
Galan tightened his grip on the Punk-12 and the villagers were stunned, not listening at all. Olvia sighed and said "Then please, cover the eyes and ears of the children." Galan walked out, grabbing the pump and jerking his arm as a leg smashed down from the top of the tower, destroying everything.
Luffy was revealed in the rubble along with Arlong.
Galan walked to the Fish-Men and said slowly "It seems like I wasn't clear enough with Jinbe…" the Fish-Men backed off and said quickly "No, you don't understand-" Galan held out the shotgun and blew that Fish-Man's head off.
Blood splattered on Galan's face as he continued "I gave him a chance because of Fisher Tiger, it was my mistake." he stomped on another Fish-Man's head and an inhuman screech erupted before cutting out instantly as the head exploded.
He cocked the shotgun again, turning to the Fish-Men with a blank expression, saying "Very well. No more Fish-Men." he raised a fist and a tremendous Haki concentrated on his fist, the screeching black lightning gathered and Galan punched out at the docking bay to the sea.
The bodies of the fishmen in the water as well as the Fish-Men who tried to escape froze for a moment.
Everyone widened their eyes in fear as a terrible sound clapped in their ears.
The entire docking bay along with all the Fish-Men in the water disappeared, leaving a massive empty bowl shaped area.
The sea froze before rushing in as Galan turned around to the rest of the Fish-Men on the ground, putting the shotgun on his back. His fists turned black and they shivered in horror, all their companions… Gone!
Galan didn't waste time, grunting before swinging his fist, blowing up a Fish-Man who started running. His body exploded like a balloon, splattering blood all over the place. The villagers came to their senses and screamed in terror running away quickly, leaving only a handful behind as Galan started killing every single Fish-Man there.
He punched through a Fish-Man and another stood up, punching at his head. Galan tilted his head, the punch appearing in his vision. He turned around and grabbed the arm, stomping on the Fish-Man's knee, making him kneel before stepping on his chest and tearing his arm off.
The Fish-Man screamed in pain and horror as Galan grabbed his head and tore his spine out of his body along with his head. He flicked his arm and a Fish-Man trying to sneak away was pinned to the wall by the head with the spine of his comrade.
One was crawling away, pleading "Nami! Help me! Please!" Nami watched in horror as the Fish-Man who pleaded to her was grabbed by the ankle by Galan. He screamed "HELP! GOD!"
Galan said "God can't save you." before stepping on the other leg and tearing the Fish-Man in half, tossing the half to the side.
He walked to another one slowly, the Fish-Man turned around and stared at Galan in fear, whimpering "Please… mercy." Galan stared at him blankly before tearing his arms off his body and stabbing them through his head.
He turned around and looked at the few Fish-Men left.
He recognized these ones, Arlong, Kuroobi, and Hachi, however he didn't see Chu.
As though graced by god, Chu arrived before being horrified.
Galan turned to him and picked up a sword. Chu started running and Galan whipped his arm forward. The sword pierced through the air and nailed Chu head first to a tree, letting his body hang from it.
He turned to Kurrobi and grabbed the ponytail at the back of his head, stepping on his neck before Haki coated Kuroobi's scalp. Galan tore his scalp off and kicked his skull in, aerating his brain.
Hachi backed up and cried "Big bro Galan… Why? You were so nice to us before!" Galan walked towards him and said slowly "I told you all. I told you all if you committed evil I would be there. Jinbe didn't listen. I told Fisher Tiger the same…"
Hachi was stunned and replied "But Jinbe doesn't know!" Galan looked at him and replied "I will find out from him myself." Hachi cried and said "Big Bro Galan, please don't hurt Big Bro Jinbe. This was all our fault! We followed Big Bro Arlong…"
Galan looked at him and took out his shotgun, pressing it against the sun brand on his forehead, saying "Those who commit evil will die, regardless of who they are." The Strawhat Crew were numb, staring at the carnage unfolding.
Usopp started throwing up violently and Nami wasn't too far from him. The others stomached it with frowns, watching silently with dread washing over them. The Blue haired woman had already thrown up a few times, but Olvia sighed sadly, her eyes never leaving Galan.
Nami held back and ran over, shouting "Wait! Stop!" Galan turned to her and Hachi said in shock "Nami?!" Nami grit her teeth and said "Hachi didn't hurt anyone!" Galan retorted "He was a silent bystander. He is guilty." Nami shouted "But he was nice to me! He never hurt me or the others and he was always kind! He helped everyone after Arlong attacked them! So if you're going to kill him, then you should kill me too! I'm a member of the Arlong pirates!" as she revealed her cut up tattoo.
