They reappeared on a boat and sailed away from Water 7 as Olvia sighed "I wonder when I'll see her again…" Galan sat down in front of a snail array, saying "Hopefully soon." Olvia laid down on the beach chair and smiled "Mhm." while taking off her shirt, letting her body 'breathe' as she says…

Galan glanced at her and shook his head, he was starting to think she was an exhibitionist… Well, he did take a picture of her before so what did that say about him?

That picture was still in his cabin…

He frowned and forgot about this meaningless thing, looking at the snails and taking down reports as Olvia giggled, she knew all about the picture! Galan didn't know she knew, otherwise he might've been embarrassed… She said "What about Monkey-chan?"

Galan's face was ugly, "He was sleeping, so I didn't do anything to him… But this should light a fire under them and force them to compete… Hopefully, they can't stand to see their own crewmates stronger than them." Olvia pursed her lips, smiling "Is that why you spent extra time on the navigator?"

Galan frowned and explained "The Navigator is the weakest of them all. Even the raccoon dog is stronger than her, if she has Observation Haki while the rest don't, I suspect they will start working harder." Olvia laughed and said happily "That little crew is so wonderful. They even have a cute raccoon dog… Unbelievable that they only gave him 100 beli…"

Galan shook his head, saying "What do you expect? The World isn't short of mentally deficient fools. That Spandam cost me 5 warships due to his incompetence. I will be relieving him of his life soon enough. This sort of person unleashed a Buster Call on his own troops, not knowing if they were evil or innocent, he deserves to die."

Olvia really hated that Spandaham guy too and echoed "Mhm! Kill that scum! He threatened my baby girl!" Galan looked at her and rolled his eyes, saying "If your baby girl was truly evil, you wouldn't have to worry about Spandam."

Olvia looked over at him and smiled "Good thing she's a good girl." Galan didn't say anything and Olvia muttered "You would kill me too if I was the same, right?" Galan stayed silent for a few moments before finally replying softly "Yes."

Olvia turned back and looked at the blue sky, a smile forming on her lips, "If it's you… then I don't mind." Galan gripped his arms and looked at her for a moment before closing his eyes, saying "You're a stupid woman." Olvia smiled in a carefree manner, saying serenely "I know."

Before giggling, "Good thing I'm a good person! Hehe~ And because of that you love me~" Galan's eyes twitched and he ignored her, Olvia looked at him and giggled happily.

He grit his teeth, muttering "Annoying woman…" Olvia licked her lips and winked at him cutely, revealing "Not so annoying that you won't take pictures, right?" Galan froze and cleared his throat, saying seriously "Pictures? Nonsense. I don't know what you're talking about."

Olvia laughed happily and walked up, clinging to him, saying amorously "Mhm~ It's okay, it's all for you anyway~" Galan ignored her with gritted teeth as she giggled in his ear while the small ship sailed on.

A while later

Galan got a call from the 5 Elders, "Galan, have you departed?" Galan smiled happily and nodded, "Yes, sir! I left a while ago, currently traveling to Marineford. All negotiations with Iceberg have been completed and we're in progress in the ship building plan." The 5 Elders looked at each other before asking "Have you seen Nico Robin?"

Galan was stunned and replied "No, sir! I left in the morning after confirming with Iceberg. Was she on the island? I can turn back at any time!" The 5 Elders rubbed their foreheads and sighed, "No, that's not necessary, Galan…"

Galan smiled submissively "Understood! I'm a few days out from Marineford, my ship is closer than the Sea Train after all…" The 5 Elders nodded and said "Very well. The Buster Call on Enies Lobby…"

Galan suddenly got angry, saying "How dare those Pirates attack a Judicial Island! I received word from Spandam that they were extremely dangerous and wanted to hold the Island for ransom! How could I let this happen? If the World Government can't have it, nobody can! So I ordered the annihilation of every square inch of land."

The 5 Elders nodded with satisfaction. This was good, whoever dares to threaten the Government should receive this kind of punishment! Galan added, "However, unexpectedly! Because of Chief Spandam, I lost 5 ships and the Pirates got away. He ordered the friendly fire attack on Marine Warships! It's unimaginable! I suspect he has some ulterior motives…"

The 5 Elders frowned and asked "Explain?" Galan explained quickly "From my reports, Spandam claims to have been given authority to fire Warships at each other by Admiral Aokiji, however this is completely inaccurate as Admiral Aokiji had never given such an order. The result was chaos that the Straw Hat pirates used to their advantage in their escape! I lost many good men on those Warships…"

The Elders didn't care about that last part, but they were furious that Spandam had such guts! Ulterior motives were bullshit, but they didn't expect much from Galan, he was only speculating. He had given options before that were slightly idiotic, so they figured, he wasn't too smart, not like them.

Yeah… Not like them at all…

They discussed before saying "Understood, Galan. We will investigate this internally. You will not have lost these ships and soldiers in vain!" Galan teared up, "Thank you, Sir! My everything has been given to Justice! I can comprehend why someone would facilitate the escape of evil!"

He wiped his eyes and saluted "Thank you, sir! Thank you!" The Elders sighed and said "That's all, Galan. Good work." before hanging up.

Galan's face became emotionless as Olvia looked at him with admiration, saying "Amazing!" He ignored her and she hugged him, "I really thought you were sad! Let me hug you just in case."

Galan held her face, saying with a frown "This is serious." Olvia stopped fooling around and frowned, "They shouldn't suspect you? You were telling the truth. What's there to suspect? I think you're being too cautious, Galan."

She took his hand and went on seriously, "This Buster Call was executed perfectly, although you made a few moves in between to make sure the island was erased, other than this, you have no flaws that I can think of. Maybe on the island when we were acting for the crew…"

Galan shook his head, replying "No, I made sure there was no one watching. Other than the Franky Family that saw me for a split second, everyone who saw me will be off the island. Not to mention they wouldn't speak to the Government about this. The thing that worries me is what the person behind them thinks."

He shook his head and said "Forget about the 5 Elders, they aren't actually that smart. The person behind them is the true opponent. I've fooled them for decades but a single word from this person put all my efforts into doubt. This is what scares me."

Olvia frowned, "Even if you do everything they tell you to the letter, they will still get rid of you?!" Galan nodded, frowning seriously, "Yes. Because they don't follow their own ideas. They're puppets to the person behind the scenes. That person… whatever they say, goes."

Olvia let go of his hand after a few moments, laying on the beach chair and relaxing with a careless expression. Galan frowned at her and said "What are you doing?" Olvia smiled gently, not caring at all, "If that's the case, then no matter what we do, we'll arouse suspicion. Doesn't that mean that we can be more bold? If we have a motive and a reason then we can do anything, right? Even if you obey them to the letter, this person might just eliminate us whenever they feel like it."

She stretched her arms and legs, showing a beautiful curve in her back, accentuating her perfect features, as she added, "Why fight it? Just let it happen. This kind of person, what's the difference between them and a giant baby? If they don't get what they want, they'll throw a tantrum, and even if they get what they want, they might throw a tantrum anyway! Why be so cautious and calculating when it probably won't matter in the end? So, my idea is, just relax. If it comes, it won't be your fault anyway, so who cares?"

At the current moment we're not ready to attack. When we are, then we can start taking risks… looking for opportunities and forgetting about carrying out orders…"

Olvia looked at him and asked "So what do we do? Even if we do what they say, we'll always be walking on a tightrope." Galan snorted and crossed his arms, "We learn to balance on the rope." Olvia widened her eyes and they sparkled, "Galan, I really love you." Galan snorted with a frown, "Unfortunately."
