Chapter 188: Wau Ra Wa

Wau Ra Wa swung his long spear at BM. BM used Kiribachi to block the spear. The robot swung left. BM blocked. The robot swung right. BM blocked again. The robot tried to hit her directly on her chest. BM blocked the attack and jumped back.

The robot pursued her. It jumped as well. It swung his spear down. BM got onto one knee and blocked it. The robot pushed down. BM pushed back. They were locked in a battle. 

BM smiled and pushed the robot back. She lifted her knee up and pushed the spear back. She did one push and the robot stumbled back. It lost its balance for a second. BM jumped in the air and swung her blade down onto his chest. She hit him. 

The robot looked at BM. He moved his other hand with the cannon and aimed it at BM. A blue light could be seen from the barrel. He was about to fire it when HQ came and kicked the hand. Wau Ra Wa fired the cannon however it missed. 

BM jumped back. HQ jumped as well. 

"Thank you HQ," BM said.

"That was not going to hurt you," HQ replied. 

"Wau Ra Wa has durability," BM noted. She looked at the chest area where she struck him. There were no scratches or damages in that area. 

HQ looked. She pulled out the Veridian Enigma. She aimed it in the air. "It is still weak," HQ said. HQ flew towards the robot. The robot swung his spear. HQ dodged and fired her long barrel pistol at his face. 

Wau Ra Wa took the hit. His head moved back slightly. He swung his spear down. HQ dodged the attack. BM came running up. She jumped in the air and swung her large sword down on his head. The robot moved his head slightly. He swung his spear at BM. BM grabbed her sword and jumped back. 

HQ ran up and kicked the robot in the face. She followed up a punch to the eye and mouth. She did a backflip and kicked the robot with her heel. She pulled out her machete which she picked up earlier and stabbed his eye. The machete did not pierce.

BM ran up and swung her sword at his legs. BM used such force in the attack, the robot tripped over and fell down. They both jumped back. 

"We should lure it back to Lexie and use the cannon against it," HQ said

"Yes, the cannon should melt him," BM added.

The robot looked at BM and HQ. He aimed his cannon. The barrel turned blue and it fired it at them both. BM and HQ flew away. The robot charged towards BM. It swung his spear down. BM used Kiribachi to block his spear. BM jumped back.

HQ shot the robot with her gun. Wau Ra Wa looked at HQ and started chasing it. HQ flew away. The robot followed her. BM was right behind them. The robot charged his cannon and fired. HQ flew right. The robot charged his cannon and fired again. HQ flew left. 

The chase kept going. Wau Ra Wa occasionally fired the cannon. The dense trees slowed down the large robot. BM caught up and swung her Kiribachi at the robot. She hit the robot`s back. The robot stumbled forward. BM jumped over him and flew. 

She caught up to HQ. "We are almost there," HQ said.

BM nodded. The robot was in hot pursuit. They kept flying and dodging the attacks from the cannon. 

They could see Lexie in front of them. "HQ I will hold him off," BM said. 

HQ nodded and flew towards Lexie. BM stopped and flew back towards Wau Ra Wa. She swung her sword towards him. The robot swung his spear. They both clashed. BM swung again. The robot blocked. BM jumped in the air and swung down. The robot blocked however he was forced onto one knee. 

HQ got Lexie up and running. She rotated the cannon towards the robot. She moved the gun of the tank up and down. BM noticed this and moved back. HQ then aimed the gun and pressed the button and fired the main cannon at Wau Ra Wa. The laser cannon beam hit and took out the right side of his body. His spear was gone. There was a huge gaping hole in his chest. There were sparks flying from his body. The robot looked at Lexie and raised his cannon hand. 

BM ran up and swung Kiribachi upwards at his shoulder joint and cut his arm off. The cannon landed on the ground. It looked down at BM. The robot wobbled. It had his right side completely gone. He was missing both hands. There were sparks and fluids leaking from his body. There was exposed wiring which could be seen. 

HQ saw how much damage the robot had. She pressed the red button again and fired Lexie`s cannon again. The laser cannon fired and hit Wau Ra Wa. The shot was a direct hit. The robot went flying back and landed on the ground. A thud could be heard. 

BM looked at the robot on his back. There were sparks flying out. The eye which was glowing, started to dim down. Then it exploded. A huge fireball could be seen. 

BM wrapped Kiribachi in a sheet and put it on her back. She saw the cannon on the ground and picked it up with her hands. She put it on her shoulder and flew towards Lexie. 

HQ opened the door and walked out of Lexie. She saw BM flying towards her with the cannon. BM landed next to them. "Good thinking on the cannon," HQ said.

"Emeraude and Rubis are very capable, with the help of Sumi, they can use this," BM said, referring to the cannon. They nodded.

At that moment Nojiko and Vivi came supporting Kaya. Kaya had her arms around Nojiko and Vivi's shoulders. Kaya looked tired. HQ approached them.

"Are you all okay?" HQ asked. 

"We are," Nojiko said.

"Kaya is a bit tired," Vivi said.

"That new attack is very draining," HQ noted. 

"It is but I am getting used to it," Kaya replied. 

"I don't think there is anything further here," Nojiko said.

HQ nodded. "Okay, let's head out and support the others," HQ said. 

They walked back to Lexie where BM had tied the cannon to the back of the tank. "Did you?" Vivi asked. 

"Yes, we took it from the robot, it can be useful for us," BM replied.

Nojiko nodded. "Okay, let's move out," Nojiko said. They all got into Lexie. BM sat down in the driver seat. She closed the door and headed back.
