Chapter 163: The Fishwoman Sisters

Rubis looked at Mikita. She held her spear. It had a red handle. 

"You have a devil fruit as well," Rubis said.

"Yes, I do," Mikita replied.

"I will take it," Rubis said. Rubis ran towards Mikita. She held her spear and thrusted it towards Mikita. "Rouge Fury Barrage," Rubis said as she did a rapid and powerful series of strikes.

Mikita saw this barrage coming. "Featherfall," she said, as she reduced their weight to near zero, enabling her to float in the air. Mikita was able to dodge the attack. 

"Annoying," Rubis said.

"For who?" Mikita asked. She increased her weight and landed on the ground. 

"Who?" Rubis said.

"Who are you doing this for?" Mikita asked. 

"For Simon and Gad," Rubis replied back.

Mikita was silent. "Why?" Mikita asked.

"I don't need to answer you," Rubis said. She ran up to Mikita and thrusted her spear towards Mikita. Mikita dodged. 

Mikita punched Rubis in the stomach. The fist connected in. Rubis stumbled backwards. She got angry. 

Rubis charged towards Mikita again. "Rouge Assault Lance," Rubis said as she aggressively assaulted Mikita with the spear. The spear had more force behind the attack. 

"Lightfoot," Mikita said as she decreased her weight significantly. She used this to enhance her speed and agility. Mikita was able to dodge the attack again. She moved right and then kicked Rubis' left side of her stomach. Rubis stumbled over and tripped over and fell down.

"You still have not answered why?" Mikita said. 

Rubis got up. "You would not know or understand," Rubis said. 

"I can," Mikita said. 

"I used to be part of a group which hates and makes people suffer. Then I met Ben," Mikita said. She smiled. "He was a bit mean at first but he accepted me and helped me," Mikita added.

"I don't need help," Rubis said. 

"They. They help me and my sisters," Rubis said. 

"They are using you," Mikita said and added, "Join us, we need you and we will not treat you like he does."

"He will lose to Gad," Rubis said. She laughed. 

"My Captain will not lose," Mikita said seriously.

Rubis stopped laughing. "I have to follow him," Rubis said. She ran towards Mikita. "Rouge Devastating," Rubis said as she focused all her strength into a powerful stab with her spear. She aimed it at Mikita. 

Mikita moved to the right. The spear cut her slightly however.

"No you don't, you need to follow your dreams," Mikita said. 

She raised her fist. "Swift Comet Jab," Mikita said as she made her arm weightless and rapidly punched Rubis with one hand. Rubis got hit and went flying back and landed on her back. "I want you to join us, think about it. My Captain will protect you and treat the way you wanted to be treated," Mikita said.

Rubis was lying on her back. She was panting loudly. The fist did not hurt however she was exhausted and defeated. She looked over and saw Mikita`s captain. He looked different and wondered if Mikita was telling the truth. 

Meanwhile, Alvida and Emeraude looked at each other. Emeraude held her spear. It had a green handle. Alvida had a Jitte in her hand. 

"I want you and the other two girls to join us," Alvida said.

Emeraude was curious. "Why should we join you?" Emeraude asked. 

"I have seen how they treat you. The way Gad talks to you in front of effectively strangers," Alvida said.

Emeraude knew she was right. "They take care of us," Emeraude replied.

"Do they?" Alvida said.

"I need to take their devil fruit," Emeraude said.

"And?" Alvida asked.

"Then they would maybe," Emeraude replied.

"Maybe? And what if you fail?" Alvida asked. 

"It will be the same as you," Emeraude replied.

Alvida smiled. "If I fail, my love will hold me and tell me it's alright. He will kiss me and comfort me. He will never blame me and encourage me not to give up. He will tell me it's okay and the important thing is I am fine," Alvida said.

Emeraude was taken back and shocked. "I," she muttered. 

"I don't see any point in fighting. You are smart and responsible. You know the three of you are not happy there," Alvida said.

"We can't leave. They will kill us and you," Emeraude said.

"My love will protect us. We will protect you. We will protect each other," Alvida said. 

Emeraude sank down. She took a deep breath. 

While Rubis and Emeraude were fighting Mikita and Alvida, Kaya and Saphir were locked into battle. 

Kaya had transformed into her beast form. She was in the air flying. Saphir was trying to hit her with her spear with a blue handle. She was thrusting upwards however Kaya was out of range and could not hit her. 

"Get down," Saphir said in frustration. 

"No," Kaya responded. 

"I will make you come down," Saphir said. She jumped into the air. "Bleu Formidable," Saphir said as she launched an attack with her spear. Kaya saw this and moved away just narrowly avoiding the tip of the spear.

Saphir landed on her feet. "Almost had you," Saphir said.

Kaya landed on the ground. "Almost," Kaya said. 

"I want you to join us," Kaya said.

Saphir looked at Kaya. "Join?" Saphir asked.

"Yes, join us. We see how they treat you. It is not right," Kaya replied.

"They are not bad," Saphir said. 

She ran towards Kaya. "Bleu Tempest Thrust," Saphir said as gripped the spear hard and emphasised the force and intensity of the spear attack. She lunged at Kaya. 

"Angel Smash," Kaya said as she focused her energy in her hand and punched the spear. The both clashed however Kaya was stronger. Saphir felt the force and went back. She landed on her back. She was panting loudly. 

"I have suffered myself. Ben saved me from an assassination , he helped me recover. I used to bedridden and tired all the time," Kaya explained.

Saphir got up and. She looked at Ben and Gad clashing. She looked at Ben more closely. "He is cute and handsome," Saphir said.

"Our Captain can be…" Kaya cut what she said and continued, "...handsome and he is very caring. It's not just me he helped. He has helped our friend from a tyrant warlord taking her country."

"He is not afraid and will protect us. We will protect you and accept you," Kaya added.

"While Ben is handsome. Humans do not like fishwoman," Saphir said.

"Ben would find you all sexy and charming. He will love you," Kaya said. She knew her Captain was a pervert. He will definitely want to be with these three. 

Saphir looked at Kaya, she was called sexy. She smiled. Then she looked at their Captain, he was something for sure. She had a small crush on Gad however it was nothing compared to what she was feeling for Kaya`s Captain. She thought it could be her Captain. Saphir then snapped out of it. 

"You can sway me with your words. You are lying," Saphir said. 

"I will defeat and take your devil fruit," Saphir said. Kaya sighed 

Saphir held her spear forward. She started spinning towards Kaya. "Bleu Whirlwind Jab," Saphir said as she spun towards Kaya.

Kaya saw this attack coming towards her. It was fast. "Angel HyperBeam," Kaya said as she shot a golden light from her mouth. It went toward and hit Saphir. There was a small explosion as Saphir went down. 

As the smoke cleared, Saphir was on the ground panting loudly. She looked up and saw she lost. She knew Kaya held back. Spahir looked a Gad and shuttered.
