Robin raised her arms crossed in front of her.
"Do you really believe your futile resistance will buy you any time? You're outclassed." Rob Lucci sneered. "Take them, Blueno."
"Franky." Robin said.
"Right!" Franky stepped forth to meet the challenge.
"Veinte Fleur!" Robin shouted, creating a number of arms on Blueno.
Blueno paid them no mind. He was a super human, and Nico Robin is only an ordinary woman. She did not possess the power necessary to harm or even inconvenience him.
His expectations were shatter, however, when the arms did not attack. Instead they seemed to be... massaging him?
Franky reared up a powerful punch. Blueno intended to simply take it head on with Tekkai.
"Eh?!" Blueno exclaimed in confusion, just before the steel fist of Franky slammed into his face, throwing him backwards with great momentum.
Robin smirked with disdain at his arrogance. Cherry was not the only one who was interested in Serene's Massage Arts.
The other CP9 agents were only stunned for a brief moment before their training kicked in, putting them on full alert.
"Treinta Fleur!" Robin bloomed more arms upon all their bodies at seemingly random places. Dark clouds started to form over their heads inside the sea train car as well.
They attacked the arms as they moved forward, but they were quickly appearing then disappearing making it tricky to land any attacks. By the time they feel a hand caressing them, the arm has already vanished.
They needed to go for the source, Nico Robin. However, Franky stood between them.
Franky breathed fire at them to hold them at bay, but Rob Lucci simply pushed through. Kalifa turned back and started to go around to flank them.
Franky threw a punch at Rob Lucci as he approached. Rob Lucci was already starting to feel the effects of the Massage Art, so he elected to dodge with Kami-e. He succeeded at dodging the first, but Robin adapted and started cramping certain muscles instead, limiting his flexibility.
"Enough!" Rob Lucci growled, transforming into his hybrid leopard form.
He prepared to use Shigan on Franky to disable him when the clouds rumbled over his head.
*ZAP*
He was struck by lightning, causing his fur to fluff up from the remaining static. He turned a hateful gaze at Nami who was whistling nonchalantly, like it had nothing to do with her.
Nami filled the sea train car with her mirages. A few of each of the three of the appeared, along with dozens and dozens of Robin's arms. For the CP9 agents who had not yet awakened Observation Haki, this was a huge pain in the neck.
The battle went on until the Puffing Tom reversed back their detached cars and reattached to them.
Naturally, CP9 came out on top. They were a little worse for wear, but even though Robin, Nami, and Franky put up a good fight, CP9 had a resounding victory over their rebellious prisoners.
Sadly, there was still no sign of any pursuers. They were rounded up and kept chained inside the front sea train car so they could no longer pull any detachment shenanigans.
...
The Rocketman hurtled along the tracks at ludicrous speeds.
Cherry checking out the engine. It was a marvel of technology in her eyes. Perhaps one day when she's got all the time in the world she'll learn all about it.
They had a run in with the giant frog who knocked the sea train loose from the tracks, but they quickly found their way back with the help of the Franky Family.
Paulie drew out a rough map of Enies Lobby for them to have a look at before they reached their destination.
Soon enough they could see Enies Lobby and the Gates of Justice behind it.
Luffy didn't wait for the sea train to reach the station and directly jumped over the fence surrounding Enies Lobby. Cherry followed with Geppo after to make sure he didn't get himself killed.
"Luffy, you need to be on guard. The old baldy I fought basically was juts toying with me and still kicked my teeth in. They just brought Robin, Nami, and Franky over that giant hole to the other side. We can still catch them." Cherry explained, which only got a quick nod in return.
Cherry sighed, this foolish captain really was a trouble maker.
"Whatever, go crazy if you want to. I'll try to sneak inside." Cherry said.
They parted ways, Luffy going directly through the various checkpoints in less than subtle ways, while Cherry snuck around the sides.
Chaos erupted on the island. Luffy wreaked havoc on the marines who got in his way, while the shipwrights and the Franky Family fought at the front gates.
They broke through to the main gate, but were stopped by two giants who were too strong for them to face.
Cabernet stepped forward. She hadn't seen much action for a while and was raring to go.
"What's the little birdy going to do, huh?" One of the giants taunted.
"Yeah, what can you do, little birdy?" Repeated the other.
Cabernet transformed into her figurehead shape, becoming much taller, but still dwarfed by the giants.
Her size was of no concern however, as she shot forward at the first giant. She slammed into his stomach like a meteor sending he reeling backwards into the gate that creaked with his weight. She wasted no time in pummeling the other into submission.
While they fought outside the gates to open them, thus making way for Rocketman to pass, and Luffy quickly dealt with the regular marines within the base, Cherry was hopping across the gap to the other half of Enies Lobby with Geppo.
She was quite happy to have this technique. She was working on combining it with Soru to allow for super speed pseudo-flight. With her body cultivation it would be no issue to sustain that level of physical exertion.
Cherry knew she couldn't hide from the old monster's Observation Haki, so she was kind of gambling on the fact that he wouldn't do anything unless she directly threatened the success of his mission.
Fortunately for her the old man in question, Wilson Alexander, was currently napping in the office of Spandam, who was the man in command of the mission.
Spandam only 'allowed' him to do so because whenever he'd open his mouth to complain he felt a sense of impending doom.
Cherry took stock of the building's occupants with her Life Sense, easily locating Robin within as well as where the CP9 agents and the old monster were with some others.
'Are they making a report to a commanding officer? I bet that where the buster call can be called from, since there are a few Den Den Mushis in there too.' Cherry thought.
First she would wait until they moved their captives and split up, then she would rescue the damsel in distress. She would rescue Robin and Nami as well, of course.
Cherry decided to try out something she'd bee meaning to test. She drew her sword and place the hilt against her ear. She tapped the blade with his finger, causing the sword to vibrate like a tuning fork.
It took some fiddling with, but eventually she managed to pick up the sound inside the room where CP9 and the captives were.
Just in time to hear some loser ranting about how he now had the only two keys to awakening the ancient weapons in his hands.
Robin questioned why Aokiji would give him the power to call a buster call and the sound of a slap rang out. From her Life Sense, Cherry could see that Robin took the blow easily while the man-child cradled his hand, apparently having hurt himself in the attempt.
Cherry made a mental note to make sure he didn't still have that hand before either of them left Enies Lobby.
