Return of the cheat

After they finished eating, the crew gathered in front of their captain. It was time to make this weak crew a little bit stronger.

Luffy took a Pokeball from his bag and an egg appeared. The most astonishing thing was that this egg wasn't a little one.

His Happiny evolved into a Chansey a long time ago.

After Hina and Ain saw that the little egg became a big egg, they couldn't help but frown.

"Is this the egg you were talking about?", Nami asked with hearts in her eyes. "It's so cute, how can you be afraid of it?"

She started to hug the kind Pokemon.

"Oh, it's super cute, Hina knows that. The problem is what the master of this cute Pokemon is doing with her abilities…"

Hina and Ain had nightmares because of Chansey. They remembered the time when they would be beaten up, then healed, and then beaten up again…

Luffy was annoyed. He explained Haki so often over the last years. This was supposed to be a secret from the New World, but Luffy was teaching the secrets of Haki everywhere. He looked towards Zoro and grinned.

"Zoro, try to kill Usopp. Don't worry about him, go all out."

While Usopp was shocked, Zoro couldn't help but smile. With a swing of his sword, he cut the poor sniper in two halves.

Usopp recovered after a couple of seconds.

"DO YOU WANT TO KILL ME?", he screamed, but in reality, he was pleased and thought that he was immortal.

Zoro continued with his attacks. He cut the poor sniper in little pieces but he would always recover. It freaked Zoro out.

"That is a Logia, Zoro. Now you understand?"

Zoro nodded with a grave expression. But then he saw that his captain was punching Usopp and sent him flying.

After Usop recovered from the shock, he looked towards Luffy with fear in his eyes.

"I thought I was invincible, I… How did you do that? You, you, you…"

The old Usopp was back. After he realized that there were still people who could hurt him, he returned back to the coward he was.

Luffy explained the basics of Haki and the devil fruits. After that, they all started to train. Nami and Usopp wanted to escape because what their captain called training was torture in reality.

They were beaten up, healed and beaten up again. When it was time to sleep, they couldn't go to bed, because the cheat egg named Chansey even healed fatigue.

The next two weeks were pure horror for them. Especially for Nami and Usopp, because they received a 'special training session' from their captain. The reason was that they were too weak.

They understood now why Ain and Hina feared the cute Chansey. The problem was that even the former marines weren't spared in this training session.

If you asked Luffy what his job was, then he would answer he was a Trainer. So he was motivated even if his students weren't Pokemon's. His dream was to be the very best, so there was no difference between human or monster. If Luffy could, then he would catch all his crew members in Pokeballs.

Luffy couldn't help and cuddle with his cheat named Chansey. This girl was his little angel. Thanks to her healing abilities, his crew could learn Haki way faster. Zoro was fast with learning Armament Haki, while Sanji was better at Observation Haki. What surprised Luffy the most was that Nami had a talent for Armament Haki. Usopp obviously was faster with Observation, this was shown in the manga so it was no surprise for Luffy.

One day the crew saw that their captain had a shocked expression on his face. They all wondered what happened.

Ain, who knew Luffy the best, was sure that he sensed something with his Haki.

"What's wrong, Luffy?"

"It's that woman! Why is that woman here?"

The crew was confused.

"She is here. Damn it, we are out of luck! How did she find me? This stupid girl is the most troublesome person in this world…"

Luffy was running back and forth. The crew was shocked that they saw fear in the eyes of their captain. He was so strong, how could he fear someone in the East Blue?

They watched towards a person that was entering the room. So this was the person he was scared of?

Sanji was the first one who ran to the person, his eyes transformed into hearts again.

"Hello, beautiful. My name is Sanji. Do you want to-", before he could finish his sentence, the woman touched Sanji on his cheeks and something mysterious happened.

Sanji's cigarette fell from his mouth into his blazer, and then the whole thing started to burn. Sanji was running towards the water, but before he could arrive, he stumbled and fell to the ground.

The crew watched with confusion towards Sanji who was standing up and falling to the ground again.

"You! What are you doing here?", Luffy said to the beautiful woman who arrived in front of him. He distanced himself from this woman like he was afraid that she would touch him.

"Boss, I'm obviously here to join you. Now that you are the new boss of our business, how can I leave your side?"

"Didn't I tell you that you should stay on my ship? Your power is important for the business."

"Since you made Carina the boss, I'm not useful anymore. This girl is too intelligent, she is making enough money without me."

Nami frowned after she heard the name Carina.

Luffy gritted his teeth. "How did you find me?"

"Well, I was lucky.", she answered with a beautiful smile.

Luffy sighed. He gave up.

He looked towards his crew and pointed at the new arrival.

"This girl is Baccarat. I have no choice, she will join us for now. Remember, this girl has a devil fruit that is too unreasonable, even for this world. We are out of luck if I don't let her join. If she wasn't so stupid, I'm sure this girl would be one of the strongest in this world."

"Hey", she said with a smile. „Don't be so mean, boss."

The crew frowned towards their new crewmate.

"What is it that makes her so strong, Luffy?"

"Ah. I don't want to talk about that! She is the ultimate cheat, even my little Chansey lacks in comparison to her. This woman can manipulate the luck of people by only touching them. If she's on your side, then that's good. But if you oppose her, then you are clearly out of luck!"

Ain looked towards Luffy in confusion.

"Then isn't it good that she joins us? What's your problem?"

"She's a bitch!", he said and pouted. Everyone saw that the boss had some bad history with Baccarat.

Baccarat was still smiling at him like she didn't hear the insult. She walked towards Luffy who was stepping away from her.

"Boss, while I was searching for you, I found three things. I decided that I will present them to you."

She took three fruits from her bag that all had different colors.

"ARE THOSE DEVIL FRUITS?", the crew yelled. „WHERE DID YOU FIND THEM?"

"Well…", she smiled with confidence. "I was just lucky."

Half of the crew fell to the ground. In one journey, she found three of the rarest treasures of the sea. What was wrong with her?

"Do you understand now what I mean?", Luffy sighed. "The power of this girl is too sick."
