Theo, Dodgeball Thunder!

I didn't know what to think, I couldn't even say anything. Getting a message from a random person, asking me if I am enjoying myself. I find it hard to believe someone would react any differently. I was going to reply back when I had received another message. 'There's no need to say a word, I'll answer all of what I assume will be your questions for me.'

'Really? I'm not sure that would be possible' I thought to myself. I decided to ask who he i- 'I am Theo'. It wasn't the answer that I grew concerned of, too concerned of... did he just read m- 'Of course I did.' I had every intention of throwing my phone out of the window, but I hesitated. It is clear as my underwear that this "Theo" has the ability to read my mind, it would be in my best interest to calm down and not throw away this chance.

Another message. 'I see you have made a wise choice, at least you are a sensible mortal. Well, I'll be nice and explain myself with a little more detail' He knew I was waiting in anticipation for him to continue so he held off for a while, increasing the tension in my body. 'Oh my I'm sorry for making you quake in fear for so long. 'He' has just returned and I needed to pay him a little visit.' He had to go "pay a visit"? Who could "He" even be? He didn't even reply, implying it's not something I need to know yet.

I started to type away to ask him a question, I only just remembered that he could read my mind. 'Oh such a simple question. Well... yes I am the one who turned you into who you are right now. And don't worry this change will be permanent, it's so hard trying to alter reality frequently, I get back pain.' The back pain aside, I found it hard to be in shock, so I accepted it rather easily. After becoming a different person, finding out he could read minds, I kind of guessed he was the cause of this.

'Ah, I kind of expected you to hurl what ever non-holy language you could find at me... well that doesn't matter. In terms of your next question, "Why?" It's quite simple really, I did it out of pity. Not the only reason, but I'd rather not say.'... 'Sorry, but I've ran out of time. Not really I just really want to go visit 'him' he is currently my favourite as of right now. The challenges he faces are different that yours. His new life is much more interesting than yours at this point, even if he has only just started. Don't worry I'll come to check in on you every now and then. Just live your life to the fullest.'.......... MOTHA ******

He only answered a couple questions and got bored, so he got the idea to go spy on his favourite toy. If I ever meet his so called favourite I'm giving him a piece of my mind.

- Somewhere -

A boy shivers out of nowhere. "What on earth was that?..." a tall man in leather armor runs up to him in concern. "Are you alright #@£&?" He reassured the man and continued walking into the horizon.

- Back with our protagonist -

So much for that. Well I don't think it would be best if I complain, I should be grateful with what I know now. He is the one who gave me this opportunity, he can read minds, he did this out of pity and another reason that he refused to mention, last thing is that there is someone else who has been given and opportunity like mine... just ten times better. Like he just said, I need to live my life to the fullest from this moment onward. I'm still pissed about 'him' though.

Finally, I had just remembered that I was about to head to bed. I shouted down towards my parents and wished them a goodnight, I only got a half assed "you too" after a few seconds. I don't really think I want to know what they are doing. Nevertheless, I climbed into my cozy bed and drifted away into a sweet slumber not long after.

- Sunrise -

One second darkness floated and the next, light shone. The headache that was the conversation between me and Theo had passed after my peaceful rest. A small yawn releasing itself. I lifted myself out of my bed to get to the bathroom and oh boy I was a mess. My hair looked like I had touched one of those plasma balls and it made my hair flow in every direction possible. I decided to have another shower to help fix my hair. Even though I had a shower the previous night it felt like that stupid talk with Theo had turned my body into a pile of mud, so I made sure to wash thoroughly. After drying myself up, I suited up into the school uniform. As uncomfortable as it was yesterday, I'm kind of getting used to it.

For breakfast I had a fried egg on toast, covered with tomato ketchup: my favourite sauce. As I sat eating in the dining room, I turned over to what was being played on the television. It was quite worrying. A man had been found by the river back, they said he had probably been submerged for several days. Poor guy.

"Hurry up or you're going to be late!" My mother shouted from the living room. "Yeah I'll be going soon." Popping the dirty plate and cutlery in the sink I ran up to the bathroom to brush my teeth. Making sure my teeth didn't have any food stuck inside I drank some water. I vigorously brushed my teeth until they were spotless.

Going back down I grabbed my bag, said goodbye to my mother and left. I met up with Lia again at the traffic lights similar to the day before and like yesterday our conversation was pretty much the same the whole way there.

- Third Period -

Form time, first and second period were boring. Nothing really happened, it was just the usual school shenanigans. Even break time wasn't too interesting, granted I did hang around with Serena, Lia and Joe, I also talked to a few other people I was acquaintances with before. The biggest problem is third period. No one told me that there would be P.E (Physical Education) today. Luckily, there were no spare P.E uniform available so I had to sit out. Lia had begged me to use hers, but the teacher in charge refused.

I don't mean to sound like a perv, but it was quite the sight to behold. For the sake of their dignity I won't say much except, excalibur would love seeing this. On one occasion a small streak of blood flowed down from my nose… I'm just a horny teenager leave me alone!

I sat on the tiny hill overseeing the world-ending battle of dodgeball. I'm not sure why you would play dodgeball outside, but I guess it would be a waste to not play out in this good weather. The girls didn't care and they threw the balls at each other as if they were in a vicious war. Lia showcased her POWERFUL attacks by charging up in the stance of a Kamehameha. Although… the name of her attack wasn't very threatening. "ULTIMATE DODGEUU BALLU THUNDAAAA!" She released the ball at a frightening speed, it spun at a level impossible for the human eye to catch. The opponent caught it…

After P.E was over we went back into the changing rooms. Lia was still upset that her ultimate move had no effect on these lowly mortals. I had to praise her like a god just to get her back to her usual self.

- Lunch -

After the P.E spectating during third period and the mind numbing science during fourth period, lunch time had finally arrived. It played out the same as break time, I'd hang out with the squad while talking to a couple acquaintances. During that time I had heard that there would be new student arriving within the next few days. I'm not sure where they heard that, but getting two new students in the space of a few days is a little weird. Guess I'll have to wait to find out who they are.

We continued with our conversation about the club and what it would be about. Neither Serena or Joe had any ideas, only Lia suggested having an anime club. Who on earth would join that except me and her? Until we get that 4th member we can't even create the club. Joe and Serena went off to talk to some other friends so it was just me and Lia. I informed her that it would be possible to go with her to the convention and she lit up like a blazing fire.

A/N: Sorry that it's short, I had some English language exam practice that I had to do at home so I'm a little tired. Regardless, here is the next chapter. I hate Theo and I'm the one who made him..
