Chapter 1

  Grim open his eyes and reach his phone to answer the call. He take a glance at the clock and saw that it's already eight in the morning.

[ Good morning Mr.Grim, the chai--]

Grim turn the call off and close his eyes again, the silent embrace him. He, who always spend time alone began to love the silent and darkness.

He get up from bed and walk toward the bathroom, he lazily take off all his cloth and pick his toothbrush. He look at the mirror and stare at his body, he really find it weird. He's very lazy to do some work out yet his body is getting more broader each day.

After taking a bath, grim is now in a very difficult situation. His uniform doesn't fit anymore, he annoyingly take it off and grab a big jacket in his closet. He hurriedly grab his bag, wear his glasses and run, he is gonna be late.

His school is quite near to his apartment that's why he wake up late sometimes, the other reason is because his lazy.

He feel relief when he already saw the school gate. While still running, grim put his bag infront and search for his ID inside, he then wore it.

Grim stop running, the guard look at him with pity in the eyes. He ignore it and walk inside the school, he exactly know what will happen.

Same thing happen everyday, the bullies of their school beat him up then leave him lying in the floor. He cant do anything because those bullies had a rich families, that how the world work just like they say.

He get use to it anyway, the pain is nothing compare of the pain he felt after he done farming before.

He will study hard so he will graduate and comeback to the mountain. He miss the warm feeling of being home and also bonding with his grandpa.

Grim cover his face using his arm when Fred throw a few punches before leaving him lying down the floor. He felt exhausted, he sit down and stare at the sky.

Fred and his gang drag him to the rooftop to beat him, without a particular reason of course. Maybe they just hate his gut, he who only show nothing but kindness.

Grim thought that if he show his good side with everyone, it will be easy for him to make some friends. But he was wrong, they just taken him for granted. They abuse his kindness, they start asking him for small thing but that small thing was slowly becoming a big favor.

When he started to refuse, they start showing their true color. Those people started to distance their self until he was left alone again.

Grim smile sadly, he suddenly miss his grandpa. Everytime he's sad, his grandpa always comfort him before.

Grim look at his left arm, he saw a wound there before when fred was beating him. Confuse was written in his face when he saw nothing, he put both his palm on his face searching for some wounds but he feel nothing. The pain he felt before was gone also, he become more confuse.

' Am i dreaming? '

' But the pain i felt when fred was beating me up is real'

Grim stop talking when he realise that he look stupid, he look at the sky when he notice something. He stand up and stare at the sky, the sky is slowly becoming dark. A minutes later, thunder and lighting came.

Grim was about to step back when he saw a hole in the sky, he saw something coming down from the hole so he step forward to see what it is cleary.

Both of his eyes widen when he saw a two big creatures fighting, the one is holding a sword while the other one is holding a scythe.The two creatures are floating even though they dont have wings. Grim look down and see no one, he roam his eyes everywhere but he found no one. It feel like, his the only one person left.

Grim look up again, the two creatures are still fighting. Everytime their weapons clash, the ground shake like an earthquake is happeing. The only thing he can say is.

' oh man, what the hell? '
