Her Guardian Angel.

Tyler strode into his room in anger, slamming the door hard against the wall in the name of shutting it close and then moved towards his bed, throwing himself on top of it.

"You never really liked Wren since I took her in as a child, Tyler" His dad's voice rang in his head and he groaned, closing his ears to chase his dad's voice away because it was too disturbing.

After failed efforts of chasing his dad's voice away from his head, he got up and sat on the bed cracking his knuckles in frustration. Today was one hell of a day, with all the stress of being in charge of an eighteen year old female who was incapable of taking care of herself.

And after doing all that, all he could receive as thanks was getting scolded for, he never should have accepted being in charge of Wren's care in the first place. Tyler never liked getting troubled and right now he was.

So he got up from the bed with a grunt and started pacing round the room, trying to clear his head. It was past midnight and he still wasn't asleep. School didn't bother him that much since he usually went anytime he wanted.

Not being able to sleep with a troubled mind, he decided to go outside to take a little night stroll to receive fresh air and rest his unsettled mind but the moment he reached the door, touching the doorknob, the door was forced open slowly.

And Quinn came in, engulfing Tyler in a tight embrace the moment she set eyes on him. Tyler didn't expect that and almost fell but thanks to him having a good stamina, he was able to catch Quinn who threw herself to him and then stood properly.

He was still mad at her for the unwanted disaster she caused this night and wanted to talk to her about it, but on sensing the way her body quivered, he figured out she was really scared.

Who knew what the hell his dad did to her?.

Tyler was supposed to comfort his quivering Queen by at least rubbing his hand against her back or hair but he just stood there still like a statue with Quinn's body crushed hard against his, she was holding him so firmly as if she was going to lose him at that moment if she mistakenly let go.

Tyler wasn't comforting her, he was probably mad at her, Quinn assumed in her mind and then faked sad tears, apologising. "I'm so sorry, Tyler. I never didn't meant for any of this to happen, I was just so mad and angry and then the next thing I knew was Lily had taken control over me and-"

Tyler broke the embrace, pushing Quinn away from him and was careful enough to not hurt her in the process, causing her to stop with her apology. How many times would she have to apologize to learn how to control her anger and emotions?.

Quinn wasn't quite shocked when her king broke the embrace, pushing her away from him. He had done it in front of Wren once in the clinic and now he did it again, knowing she was the reason for her king to behave that way, Quinn didn't complain about it.

"I'm really tired right now" Tyler rubbed his temple, "So I don't want to listen to any of your apologies, Quinn, save it. What's done is done already" He moved towards the door with Quinn watching him about to leave with keen attention.

Holding onto the doorknob, Tyler said to his Queen. "And you can't fix it so the next time you try to act so recklessly, look out for the consequences" He advised his Queen and took two steps towards the door but stopped abruptly as Quinn hugged him from behind.

"Please don't leave me" Quinn sobbed emotionally, with tears dropping out of her eyes. She was not only crying this time but wailing. Tyler was about to walk out on her, and if things continued this way, it wouldn't take too long before their relationship turns sour.

Tyler sighed softly as Quinn acted so emotional as if he was about to break up with her, he was just simply mad at her at that moment and needed to be alone so he slowly took her hands off him and walked out of the room, leaving Quinn to deal with herself alone.

If he continued this way with her, Quinn might decide to learn how to be a good girl.

Alpha Sanders was the only one left in Wren's room and he had changed the blanket and bed sheet she laid upon, soaked up with blood that came out of her arm before it got healed, all thanks goes to Mr Gibson for his super healing power.

Her face was a little bit dirty, probably caused by when Quinn attacked her, so he wiped the dirt off using a towel and bowl filled with clean water he got from the bathroom. 

He had been so close to Wren since after Adams left when she was little and Wren being his late best friend's only pup before he killed him, now made him regret why things had to turn out that way.

He was so young and stupid back then, and now he was much older, he has now realized the mistakes he made back then and was not going to ever repeat them again.

Tyler had it all wrong by thinking he didn't care for him, Alpha Sanders was still his dad and blood and no matter how much he loved Wren, Tyler would always come first, just that Tyler was too stubborn and ignorant just like he was when he was Tyler's age.

There weren't many bruises on Wren's face, except for her bottom lip which was a bit swollen. She might have bit on it unintentionally when she got shoved away by Quinn's wolf, Alpha Sanders was still in a far distance when that happened, if not he would have actually saved her from that.

Wren was burning up, which Alpha Sanders observed, so he soaked the towel in the cold water inside the bowl and placed it on the top of her temple. Wren let out a soft whimper when she felt the cold towel upon her temple, which Alpha Sanders took off immediately out of fear he was doing worse than treating her to be better.

He was no doctor so no one should blame him.

Wren was so weak without her wolf, so Alpha Sanders wished her wolf could just bloom so she could be able to defend herself from Quinn and the other bullies who always bullied her, for she had suffered enough right from the day he took her in.

Starting with his son, Tyler.

And before Alpha Sander's eyes could be able to tell what was happening, Wren suddenly started squirming, scaring Alpha Sanders seated beside her and watching. What was wrong with her again this time?. Having no ideas on what was happening, Alpha Sanders got up from the bed and shifted the bowl away to a far end to avoid the water pouring on the floor.

He then tried waking Wren up, calling her name and shaking her slowly which she responded to, forcing her eyes open and jerking away from Alpha Sanders's touch. 

"It's okay, I'm right here bunny, you were just having a nightmare" Alpha Sanders made known to the scared Wren who then embraced him swiftly the moment she recalled where she was. She was back to reality.

The affectionate embrace lasted for seconds before Alpha Sanders broke it, telling Wren to go back to sleep that everything was alright and she was safe from Quinn or anyone who wanted to cause her harm. Since he was back, no one was going to dare to hurt her again.

But Wren just couldn't go back to sleep, in fear of having that same bad nightmares she has been having since today, so she held Alpha Sanders back by the arm when he tried getting from her bed and leaving the room.

Alpha Sanders observing Wren was still scared then decided to stay, but he still urged her to sleep while he would be on the watch to protect her from harm, so Wren laid back on the bed with the hope of Alpha Sanders being her guardian angel tonight.

But the moment she laid back down on the bed, she still couldn't sleep because her mind was so unsettled because of the same nightmares again, so she decided to ask.

And Alpha Sanders, thinking Wren wanted to ask him the reason why he was not on his business trip and back to the pack house, was actually left dumbfounded with the color draining off his face, when she asked.

"Dad, can you please explain to me how my parents really abandoned me?, I just can't sleep because of these stupid nightmares I'm seriously having and I'm thinking they aren't nightmares but some kind of memories that might actually belong to me".
