"Well, today has been a busy day." James yawned.

"Yeah, tell me about it. We better get some sleep though. Plus, you sound tired." Scarlett chuckled.

"Plus, our furniture should be here tomorrow as well, right?" James added,

Scarlett nodded.

"Yeah, we best head off to bed then," James said.

James and Scarlett finished cleaning up after dinner and did the dishes. Finally, they made their way upstairs and got ready for bed. They both climbed into their warm, luxury quilted sheet bed and snuggled into each other for the night.

The following day James had gotten up early and gotten a head start on decorating, ready for when the furniture arrives. Matias and William were already there, finishing up in the other room. The smell of paint drifted through the house and into the bedroom. The strong
