"Hmmmm... Alpha the thing is.... When you meet your mate and aren't marked... What I mean is..." his cheeks turns red as he mumbles and Kael gives him a very confused look making a funny face of half opening his mouth.
"You are blushing" Kael acknowledges and Ron glares in his direction.
"Alpha what I was trying to tell is..." Ron starts but is cut off mid sentence.
"Cara, are you in your heat?" Kael questions casually looking up at me and sniffing the air. I feel my cheeks heating and I am sure I must be blushing but bless my genes and tanned skin, my cheeks do not redden.
"Shut up" Christie says to Kael and stares him down and taking my hand pulls me out of the room into her room.
"Alpha how long has it been since you met your mate?"
