Chapter 41

"My body is weak and providing the light will be challenging. I won't have enough strength to do both" Keeva points out. We both turn towards Mischa, who looks startled.

"What? What are you looking at? Don't even think about it!" she argues scooting back towards the edge of the cage.

Suddenly something crosses her mind and she smirks.

"What about the guards? Even if we try, they are going to catch us. So I don't think this plan will help".

"She is right; we first need to do something about the guards" Keeva nods in agreement looking blankly at the guards outside of our cage.

"Hey, I have a plan!" I whisper yell suddenly, with a boost of energy.

"Do something to divert them and then just leave it to me. I'll handle them." I suggest and they both look at each other for few seconds and then back at me nodding simultaneously.
