Ch.133 Family Time(6)

"Yawn!"

Ryuu yawned as he opened his eyes, he seemed to have fallen asleep last night while playing games.

Normally this wouldn't have happened but, all the mental effort he had to make to weaken himself and the mental energy he lost yesterday made him quite tired.

Adding to that, he hasn't been on guard since coming to this world as even with his current condition he can blow the planet up.

He felt something pressing on his body as he looked around, Sora sleeping on top of his body, Yukino on one side, and Utaha on the other hugging him.

They seem to have also slept here, on the floor, Ryuu hoped they wouldn't catch a cold.

He suddenly heard the sound of the main gate opening as he looked toward the door to the living room.

He could guess who was coming from the steps and the sound he heard, so he tried to stand up. But it is too late as the gate of the living room opens.

Two people look at the scene inside the room with wide eyes, one a beautiful girl with raven black hair and red eyes and the other a blond-haired girl.

The two being Kaguya and Ai, a look of absolute shock could be seen on Kaguya's face, and Ai covered her mouth with her hands.

"Awkward timing huh,"

Ryuu said as he looked at them and smiled a little.

Yukino could be seen in the kitchen cooking some food, with Utaha and Ai helping her. After getting everything ready Yukino stopped and walked toward the fridge.

"So, how has life been treating you guys."

Yukino asked as she took out a bottle of juice and tossed it toward Ai, she caught it effortlessly. Doing the same for Utaha she picked up a drink for herself and opened the bottle.

"Good, so far. I don't suppose you had to face any troubles with Ryuu Sama around."

Ai replied back as looked at Yukino, opening the bottle she took a single sip as she looked at the girl next to her.

Utaha, she called herself, it seems Kaguya has found herself another contender. So as her maid, the only thing that is left for Ai to do is get information on her.

"So, would you mind if, I ask you when you met Ryuu Sama?"

Ai asked after all she doesn't really keep any surveillance on Ryuu as that would be a stupid decision on her part.

"Not really.. Hmm.. let's see somewhere around three years ago."

Hearing her reply Ai simply nodded her head, no wonder they didn't know her.

"I suppose with you guys coming back into public again Kaguya has finished all her work."

Yukino asked as she rested her body on the fridge, taking another sip she released a relaxed moan.

"Yes, After all, Kaguya Sama doesn't run away from her responsibilities.. unlike some people."

Ai said as she smiled a little but the meaning of her words was clear to both of them.

"Well, It was never my responsibility, it was my sisters. Plus choosing your love over fortune is quite a valid choice, don't you think so?"

Yukino asked as she gave Ai the stink eyes, after all, although she doesn't regret her decision she too knows that it wasn't the best one.

"Well, Kaguya Sama just didn't want to destroy her love's life work."

Ai added, after all, she is quite angry with Yukino. When Kaguya was facing her responsibilities head-on Yukino simply chose to run away.

Well, Kaguya might have also done the same if Ryuu didn't have any hands in that. Ai knows that but won't say it out loud.

As for Utaha she just stayed silent listening to their conversation, after all her history with them isn't as deep as this.

In the living room three figures could be seen sitting, Sora was sitting on Ryuu's lap as always while Kaguya was sitting next to him.

After the incident in the morning, things have calmed down quite a lot, though everyone had a different reaction.

There was no change to Sora's face after waking up, Yukino was just smiling to herself, Utaha had a red face and was hiding it as for Kaguya.. well her face was horrified.

"So, I suppose you have finished your training."

Ryuu said as he looked at Kaguys, she had grown taller than when he last saw her. Her temperament seems to have also matured a little.

Though not by much.. he will never say this out aloud.

"Yes, it wasn't that hard, just time-consuming."

Kaguya added as she leaned her body more toward Ryuu, Ryuu didn't mind it and even shifted his body a little to make it comfortable for her.

"Well,... I am sorry for making you go through that."

Ryuu said after a moment of silence, after all, he was the one who made her the heiress of the Shinomiya family. 

"Don't worry... after all, I did it because I also wanted to."

Kaguya said as her mood became a little down, after all, she remembered her life before the incident with Ryuu happened.

Seeing this Ryuu gently patted her head as Kaguys closed her eyes enjoying it, this is the warmth she likes. The feeling of being with family, an experience that she was once devoid of in the cold walls of the Shinomiya family.

Suddenly the hand lifted from her head as she opened her eyes with discomfort.

Opening her eyes, she saw Ryuu holding a juice bottle with the hands that patted her, as for the reason.

She glared at Yukino who just smiled back at her, after all, she was the one who threw the bottle toward Ryuu.

The cold sensation of the bottle woke her up from her stupor as Ryuu looked at her.

"Here."

Ryuu said as she dangled the bottle in front of her.

"Thanks."

Kaguya said as she took the bottle, her eyes focused back at Yukino. Both of them were glaring at each other, like two cats ready to fight.
