First few days

The next morning Alexios wake up to the sunlight shining in through the small window. As he stands up he noticed that Merlin was still asleep. Alexios quickly and silently picks his makeshift bed and starts putting them to the corner. Glancing towards Merlin still asleep Alexios asked the system.

"System, do wizards have ranking in this world?" To which the system responding by telling him.

[Yes and No, they have a ranking system but it is not accurate as one would expect. They rank them by the magical power one has to his disposition and with the potential as they grow older they get stronger as was seen in the show. As Merlins magical power in the beginning was pathetic to himself at the ending. You may have insane amount of magical energy but without proper control it is wasted. I said no as there is a universal way to rank wizards out in the OmniVerse.] Alexios excited to the new information asked the system.

"So there is no accurate ranking system then huh. Wait so what rank I'm i in then." To which the system responded by telling him.

[Young master, you are in the apprentice rank but at the same time no. You have gained magic but you have yet to practice or train in it so you my young master are on the boarding line of entering apprentice rank.] When Alexios heard his rank he was disappoint at his lowly rank. To which he thought forward and accepted it as he has yet to even try magic.

As Alexios was talking to the system he heard a sound more of a grunt. He turn to see Merlin waking up. He say Merlin stand up and look towards him as Alexios smiled and said.

"Well good morning Merlin. Have a goodnight rest." To which Merlin smiled back and said he did and good morning back. As Alexios saw Merlin start to clean the bed he offered his help to which Merlin accepted.

As Alexios and Merlin finished fixing the bed they heard a knock on the door. When they turned there heads they heard Gaius calling them to come out." Come on boys, we got work to do. While I still got to give you guys the tour, so you know where to go when doing work." When they heard him they looked at each other and nodded. They started to walk out of the room to see Gaius waiting for them.

"Good morning Gaius" said both boys to the physician. Gaius returned there greeting and asked the boys to sit down to eat breakfast. As the boys each took a seat they saw Gaius coming with plate with food. They accepted the food and said.

"Thank you Gaius." As Gaius nodded to the boys with a small smile happy to see the boys are well taught. As begin eating the food Gaius looked up and said.

"Boys, I will take you around the castle and into the lower town so you guys can get used to knowing where things are." As the boys heard they accepted as they thought it was okay as they didn't know where stuff was located here in Camelot. As they finished eating they stood up and cleaning their eating area. When they finished they started to head out to the front of the castle. As they where walking Gaius introduced them to people that where walking around doing their chores.

They continued walking out of the castle and into the lower town. As they walked into the lower town Gaius introduced them to the location of where to get water and where the market was to buy supplies. They continued walking and they where introduced to the craftsman of the city and their well respect jobs.

They continued walking around the city till nighttime was near.As night was coming they started to headed back to their living quarters. When they arrived Gaius told them to take a seat as he was going to tell what chores/jobs they will start to do tomorrow.

"They are a couple small task that can be done on a daily basis. You guys can spilt the work among yourself by one cleaning, delivery medicine, and buying or acquiring medical plants."As they where listening they nodded there heads along.

"Now then, get going back to sleep with you guys. You will need the rest cause you start working tomorrow."Gaius told Alexios and Merlin as they said thank you and both retreated back to the room to rest. Today was Alexios night to get the bed so he went to lay down while Merlin start to make a makeshift bed to sleep on. Once everything was ready they drifted to sleep.

While Snoring Alexios asked his system"Is Merlin asleep." He heard a voice respond to him.[Yes, Merlin is asleep.] As Alexios heard Merlin was a sleep he stood up and sat down. As he sat there, he went through the information that he received on magic. Going through the information he got to the meditation technique that we increase he magical power.

Alexios started to read the technique and was surprise by the information it carried.He saw that the information said that through this technique he could past through the universal apprentice ranks. As he continued to read this technique he had access to all magical energy's.

"System, is this true will this technique give me access to all magical energy's." Alexios asked happy at the thought of using all types of magical energy's. As the system heard Alexios it responded by telling him.

[Yes, this technique will give you access to all magical energy's through the OmniVerse young master. This technique is the best for you as Master has made your body compatible to all magical energy's.] As Alexios heard the system confirm the techniques attributes he was shaking in excitement.

" But wait, system if this is such a high level it technique why is it only able to reach the max apprentice rank then." Asked Alexios puzzled that the technique will only get him to max apprentice rank.

[The technique could only take you so far. To pass on through apprentice ranks you will need more then a mediation and breathing technique. Besides this the best one, the system only has the best. Anyway about the ranking, some worlds have primitive systems of magic. This is a universal technique so at apprentice rank 1 you may be seen as a master in some low rank world, young master.In some worlds as long as you become a full fledge wizards on the universal scale you could be seen as a god.] Once Alexios heard the explanation he couldn't be happier. He immediately started to meditate, he closed his eyes and slowly breathed in and out, while slowly moving his magical energy in a certain way within himself to practiced. Time slowly drifted forward.
