1 The Beginning Of Everything

"Do you believe in gods?"

I'm pretty sure you all have self-beliefs and disbeliefs about my question.

But once upon a time, there existed a nameless God who, of course, created the entire universe on a whim.

God's existence was so majestic that no entity could ever dare lay eyes on it. A supreme being that oversees all entities that he created. Several worlds exist, with him being the only being that oversees everything.

With every blink of his godly eyes, a day passes in every world he has created. God's omniscient eyes can entirely see every detail—every life, every accident, every malfunction, every argument, every flirting—that is happening in the worlds he has created.

But as time passed, God became tired of watching his creations and thus started creating his children. Which were the demi-gods.

Of course, they also had no names, since God wasn't fond of names, especially when he also had no name.

So he called them from their affinity affiliation.

White, the demi-god of the light

Red, the demi-god of the flame

Blue, the demi-god of the ocean

Yellow, the demi-god of nature

Brown, the demi-god of the mountain

Black, the demi-god of the darkness

These six demi-gods were celestial beings that had been created by their very own father, God himself.

which they were tasked with overseeing the worlds that God created.

Their bodies were made by their perspective provisional names, from which they acquired a humanoid body structure that's entirely dyed with their color.

They possess unique personalities since God bestowed on them everything there is for them to live normally, unlike a robot that follows their master's command without complaining.

Thus the six demi-gods became overseers of different worlds.

As time passed, they began feeling a mixture of emotions, wanting to help the beings they'd been tasked to observe.

Different types of races; all of them were the same when catastrophe fell.

They all prayed intently in hopes that God would assist them in their time of crisis.

But of course, God himself forbade the demi-gods to interfere with the mortals' problems. Since their job was just to observe and watch them grow and suffer as their generation continues to flourish.

And after they learned, they began doubting the existence of God—why did he make the worlds just to watch them from afar.

"God, why have you created worlds in which we cannot interfere?" White asked, kneeling in front of God with his head lowered.

But God did not respond to White's question.

Their questions led them to revolt, with the excuse of being unable to watch the beings that God had created suffer continuously, as if it was their fate to be engulfed in agony.

But God kept still, without moving or uttering a single word. His majestic figure, at which no one could dare stare, was so blemish-free and radiant that it brightened the entire space they stood in.

But among those who'd agreed, one demi-god refused to revolt against their Creator.

It was Black, the demi-god of darkness.

He was left unattended, deemed to be the most inferior amongst the demi-gods that God created. He was forced to watch over the worlds where monstrous beings and demons dwelled. Not knowing anything about life, he obediently followed what God had instructed him to do. It was to standby and watch the worlds he had been assigned.

"What are you saying now that we are in front of our Creator!?" White asked, emphasizing their current situation.

"Please let us stop this nonsense and just do as we're told." Black insisted, saying that they should stop.

But the five demi-gods had their minds already set. They plan on overthrowing their Creator's position and becoming the gods of the worlds they oversee.

"Please, we should not be doing this in front of our Creator!" Black kept on insisting, but the five demi-gods were set to kill their Creator for being inattentive.

As the five demi-gods walked closer to God himself, they began chanting an unrecognizable language and instantly pointed their palms at God, who sat on his throne.

Their palms began releasing different attributes that were based on their affinity.

Their powers got combined and turned into a sphere, which engulfed their entire power into one. It exuded an overwhelming pressure that even shook the stars that surrounded the space. It became brighter as time continued to pass while their attributes seeped through the large sphere.

"Wait! You cannot do this!" Black yelled, standing in front of God while facing the five demi-gods who were about to release their attack.

"Get out of the way, Black! Or you'll end up getting erased along with God!" Yellow yelled angrily, resonating his power towards the large sphere they'd created.

"No! You mustn't!" Black desperately yelled, blocking the way.

"Release!" The five demi-gods uttered, while it pushed them back due to the recoil of their overwhelming power.

The glowing sphere exuded a horrifying aura that made Black flinch instantly.

But just as it was about to hit him, a flick sound was heard that entirely stopped the time and paused everything, leaving Black confused.

"Huh?" He mumbled in confusion, leaning towards the left, and he noticed that the five demi-gods were also frozen.

The worlds that revolved around the space stopped rotating, while the sphere was frozen and stuck in front of Black.

What's going on?" Black wondered.

He then turned his head around and noticed that the radiating light God had emitted had disappeared.

His appearance was unimaginable. It was like being engulfed in worlds that his entity couldn't be explained.

"My son, Black." God uttered, as his voice resonated in Black's ears.

"Oh, our mighty Creator, please forgive my foolish brothers for their misbehavior." Black said, while taking a knee and lowering his head.

"I am tired; I will be granting you my all-seeing eyes. In hopes that it will help you in the future." God stated in a gentle tone.

Without letting Black speak, the omniscient eyes were transferred into Black's eyes as they glowed and further turned into a crimson red color.

Just as he was about to raise his head, he noticed he was standing behind the five demi-gods as their attack connected and struck God.

Without being able to react, Black yelled in anguish, "God! No!" As an explosion occurred that shook the entire space alongside the worlds God had created.

After the collision ended, they were shocked that God was still sitting on his throne with open arms.

He then clapped his hands, while the worlds he had created united themselves and became a large single world with all the beings inside it, excluding the Great Sun and the Great Moon.

"What!?" White blurted, shocked upon witnessing an excessively large world that couldn't even be compared to their size.

Celestial beings, which had always been bigger than the worlds, were now in awe after seeing the new world that God created.

"I leave everything to you, Black." God said then his entirety soon turned into golden ashes.

While Black himself was mourning on the floor, repeatedly grumbling that it was all his fault.

"It's my fault for not being able to stop my brothers." He blamed himself continuously while the five demi-gods stared at him in suspicion.

"Hey black..."

Black turned around, noticing that his five brothers were about to strike him with another sphere that resembled the one they'd used to kill God.

Upon seeing the sphere that killed God, Black immediately held on the floor and uttered, "Sealing Abyss." As the ground turned black and sealed his entirety. But as soon as he could completely fall inside the black hole, he saw the sphere that the five demi-gods cast disappear. While they quarreled in confusion as to why their powers had diminished.

But before Black could continue hearing them argue, he fell into the pitch-black abyss he summoned and was sealed for eternity.

While he fell continuously, his golden tears came flooding out of his eyes as he promised himself that he would avenge his Creator and completely destroy his brothers that betrayed him.

After that, he fell into a deep slumber and never woke up.

Well, it was until thousands of years passed, and a crack appeared in the eternal abyss that sealed him. Thus instantly sucking him out of the abyss forcefully.

After getting out of the abyss, he woke up and could only see clouds floating everywhere in broad daylight.

Until he realized that he was currently falling.

"What the!? I just woke up from my eternal slumber, and here I am falling from the sky!?" As the strong wind pressed on his face, he realized he was descending into an unknown, vast world.
