"Regret."
It's the only thing that I could think of as my body turned cold." Klaus mumbled in his head, regretting the mistakes he had made as his blood kept pouring out from his stomach wound.
Klaus, who got pierced by a broken piece of wood through the stomach, was nearing his end. As the battle earlier became more brutal, the houses that got wrecked somehow ended up wounding others, including Klaus.
Amina and Klaus's wife were trying their best to patch up Klaus's wound. But despite their efforts, the wound was too severe. Making everyone realize that it was really the end for their Village chief.
"Honey," Winter muttered, her voice kept on shaking as she gently held Klaus's hand.
"Don't cry." Klaus said, attempting to wipe off Winter's tears that rapidly came out of her eyes.
The ambiance turned gloomy as they all witnessed several injured people placed in rows while Klaus was holding on to his last breath.
