A Supreme Knight named Aizen Barthomelo had spent decades trying to stop the endless wars that had been going on in the Azure Realm; an age of war that brought a history of hatred and strife, death and destruction, despair and regret, sorrow and adversity. However, he still failed in the end, even though he was the most powerful warrior in the realm. Then, he was given a second chance to prevent the catastrophe and bring peace to all sentient beings. He returned to the past when he first entered the academy; three years before the Omni War began. It was the time that he met the engineer who created a new, otherworldly magic technology that changed the course of the wars. Follow Aizen as he embarks on an adventure to gather comrades to end the inevitable Omni War through the battle of wits, the warfare of strategies, and the power of unity! ======================================= This is a work of fiction. If the fight had an audience, then they would think it was an easy win.
But in reality, Aizen's energy was almost all drained. All his muscles were tight, and some parts of his body ached. Besides that, the Mana Puppet managed to put up a final resistance. The last one slashed his left neck and was deep enough that blood immediately flowed profusely.
As the dirt and sand fell off the Mana Puppet's body, he also dropped Dragon Breath onto the ground.
Rashagul, who had also been hit in the back, fell to his knees when the spear was released. He suffered a fatal wound in his left shoulder that went deep enough to penetrate his back. The spot was only a hair's breadth from his heart.
But that didn't save him because of the accumulation of all the damage he received. That already made him on the verge of death because Aizen's barrage of attacks at the beginning before he summoned the Mana Puppet was enough to drain a lot of blood.
"Hehe. Th-This is truly an i-impossible. What are you, brat!!?"
Even though he was sputtering and blood was pouring from his mouth, Rashagul kept a cheerful face and a creepy smile. He held his left shoulder with his right hand while his left arm was shaking because it was getting stiff, and he couldn't feel it anymore.
Aizen was out of breath as he looked down at Rashagul and grabbed the left side of his neck with his left hand. But he didn't respond or say a word. The wound did not give him the luxury to talk, even though he wanted to ask about the Brotherhood of Spectre.
Rashagul's eyes began to dim, and he was out of Mana. He also looked up at Aizen's exhausted but still fresh with determination.
"It looks like your presence will be a problem for the organization.
"But fret not. Hehe.
"As a reward, let me tell you a little about the Brotherhood of Spectre."
Rashagul used what was left of his strength to speak. For him, Aizen was a figure that made him curious because he could find out about the tattoo on his left lower arm.
That symbol was only known to the members of the organization. Even the Tucan Kingdom, who first learned of the existence of the arms dealer, did not know the name or image of the Spectre.
Maybe because no one knew about it and how secretive the organization was, Rashagul was flattered when someone was targeting him and on top of that was a kid.
"I'm just an ordinary subordinate and the lowest who can be discarded anytime and anywhere. I don't know much about the organization but mark my words.
"The higher-ups or rather the core members of the organization are people that the other members did not know and recognize. They are neatly and dangerously hidden. They can be important people. They can also be ordinary people that you don't expect.
"Our goal? I don't know myself. But every task I undertake is a well-thought-out and highly detailed plan that will cause a chain reaction.
"Hehehe. Even my death will make this place a place of disaster later on. Just wait."
Rashagul did not know too much and was just carrying out his assigned duties without knowing the aims and intentions of his actions. But he had neither fear nor hesitation when he leaked that bit of information.
To him, the existence of the Brotherhood of Spectre was the absolute rule of the realm.
"No matter what you plan, it won't go your way. Haha. You won't be able to do anything yourself."
Rashagul then closed his eyes with the amount of blood that had soaked his body and became a pool of blood on his footing. He fell backward with his last breath.
Aizen just watched with a blank stare, and each breathed out in exhaustion. The information was useless. But at least he was starting to get a bit of an idea of what the Brotherhood of Spectre was like.
It was the first time he was shivering in fear after reviving this timeline.
The lowest and mediocre members have that kind of power. That meant those in the middle and above would be even more troublesome.
It was shown by how Rashagul wasn't surprised or found it strange when Aizen, a teenage boy who knew about the organization, chased after him. Even after losing and on the verge of death, he still dared to talk about the organization. As if even being told about it, there was nothing Aizen could do.
Aizen then started to catch his breath and looked up at the sky while clenching his right fist.
'Reeva, don't worry. I have made up my mind, and you will no longer see me waver. Wherever you are, watch me from there as I make our wish come true.
'The peace of the Azure Realm.
'And after that, I will look for you again and show you the world you want to see.'
Aizen then took the Dragon Breath Spear and used it to walk. The dead-end alley was dilapidated and almost out of shape because of his battle. Sooner or later, people around would come, crowding to see what happened.
His condition now was not possible for many people to see. Apart from that, he was worried that there would be other members of the Brotherhood of Spectre in Mada City. That Made him have to be extra careful in showing himself in public.
But even though his condition looked fine, the wound on his left neck was bleeding. His eyes started to get a little blurry, and his walk was unsteady. He didn't even know which direction he was going. He only attached importance to places and roads that were quiet, then that was his way.
Until finally, he collapsed in a deserted place, and the rain started pouring down all over Mada City. It seemed that was the end of a teenager's struggle to bear the burden of all living things.

Meanwhile, the competition festival continued despite the heavy rain. Some of the staff and professors used their magic to make the protection. So the arena area didn't get wet.
The atmosphere still looked peaceful and lively, like nothing had changed, and indeed nothing had changed at all.
The problem was. Ayduin and the other students were being scolded badly by Ainkrad in the weapons room.
Previously, Ayduin immediately rushed over with the other students to report what Aizen had said and hoped that Ainkrad wasn't mad at them or had his solution to the problem. But in reality, they were the ones who were severely punished for their negligence in restraining Aizen.
Ayduin and a few students, who were kneeling with their arms up, stared at each other. They did not understand why Ainkrad was at his wit's end. It was clear that all of them were no match for Aizen, even if they ganged up on him together. But still blamed them for not restraining their classmate.
"F*ck! Where did that brat go!? If I find him, I will give him an unbeatable and unimaginable punishment!"
Ainkrad shouted here and there while ruffling his hair. The competition festival event for the Knight Division was his idea inspired by Aizen. Besides, he was already absurdly arrogant before Landon and Aria. Where would he put his face later when the student he admired and was proud of, even to Kallias, was declared to have forfeited?
"Ah, damn it! That kid sure is difficult to manage. He's as troublesome as an old man!
"Arggh! Never mind! Whatever!
"You guys go back to the Class 3 training ground room. Continue your punishment there. If, when I check out, someone doesn't do it or goes home without my permission, you'll all regret it for the rest of your life!
"Understand!?"
All the students nodded and immediately ran out of the room to the Class 3 training ground. They could no longer bear the sight of Ainkrad's angry face and were afraid that if it got out of control, they would be beaten one by one.
In the end, Ainkrad still decided to show his face, even though all of his students weren't in the Knight Division section.
"Oh, looks like the great Lord Ainkrad is having a hard time. Seeing you coming over grumbling and in such a bad mood." Aria greeted curtly.
"Don't talk to me!" Ainkrad replied presumptuously.
Landon couldn't help but look at Ainkrad on the right and Aria on the left. His ears ached to hear the two of them argue like little children. But the uncomfortable atmosphere continued when the semi-finals took place and Aizen, the dark horse of the competition festival, withdrew.
He finally understood why Ainkrad had come with a sour face and foul mood. He wanted to ask why Aizen retreat but was hindered because Aria had already bombarded Ainkrad with scorn.
On the other hand, Aizen's withdraw also became a hot topic of discussion among the students and the guests.
Kallias also had his own opinion about the unexpected incident. 'That boy under Ainkrad is interesting. I think it's necessary to make time to meet. I expect something extraordinary from that teenager.'
