Chapter 207 - Nerf? hell no! get Stronger!!

The Saytr don't know what to feel about a person badly mouthing Zeus, the God head of the gods. Percy looked at him and said.

"Is that all!?"

Percy was a bit taken aback how his offer was too simple and knew there is something more to it as Ryuu nodded and said.

"Well, I also give protection to your mother which is easy. I'll give her some magic protection and a place to stay. And don't worry, the reward I'm getting from helping is more than enough compensation."

They didn't know what to do with the offer since it was too good to be true and knew something was more to it and Percy asked.

"How can we be so sure that you won't trick me?"

Obviously some random guy appeared and offering them help does ring a lot of flags and alarms. Ryuu smirk and says,

"Then how about this, tell me your full name, Boy?"

"Percy, Percy Jackson."

Ryuu's atmosphere began to change as he began to speak.

"I swear in the River Styx that I will not betray Percy Jackson and those important to him so long as he does not betray me."

The Satyr eyes went wide dumbfounded that someone willing to make an oath in the river Styx knowing that it is virtually impossible to break it and though gods are not affected their children can.

Ryuu felt something tugging at him, finding someone gazing upon him trying to place a curse but he just smirked and consumed it into his body, shocking the entity who saw this and felt angry yet unable to do anything. The Satyr looked at Percy and said.

"You can trust him, Percy."

Percy was a bit surprised when his friend suddenly decided to trust when he was the first one to say that he did not trust him and couldn't help but ask.

"Why, Grover? Didn't say we shouldn't trust him?"

The Satyr, Grover nodded and explained to him the reason why they should trust him.

"He took a swore in the river Styx and it is a fate worse than death if broken."

Percy was a bit skeptical about it but decided to take his word for it and said.

"Alright, fine. I'll take your offer."

Ryuu smiled at this and said to him,

"Then say your farewell to your mother as I send her to a place where she can be safe for the time being."

Percy nodded and began to give his goodbye while Ryuu just sat on top of the minotaur who laid its head on the ground as he began to eat his cookie then after they finished absorbed the minotaur. Grover noticed that the monster was gone and said.

"What did you do, the minotaur?"

"You don't need to worry about that. Anyway, stepping inside you'll be sent to a private property where you have everything that will last you a year to survive.

"I don't know who you are but I'm grateful for helping us."

"Don't mention it, this is my job and my reward isn't small."

Ryuu took Percy's mother to somewhere self until things is cleared and began to walk away and Percy yell out as he saw him leaving

"Wait, where did you send her!? And why are you leaving?"

Ryuu continued walking and said.

"I'll visit tomorrow morning and don't worry I can get inside that place like my usual enthusiastic walk."

He vanished making Percy speechless but soon felt drowsy and fell to the ground as Grover fortunately caught him and realized that all the stress and event made him pass out.

Ryuu was walking away and held out his hands walking into a portal where he found himself in a river that appeared to be very polluted, being filled with pretty much anything you could imagine: broken toys, ripped up diplomas, etc. – the scrapheap of human miseries. The river is filled with lost hopes and dreams, as well as wishes that never came true.

Then Ryuu saw the water began to sway and move with his expression, remaining stoic when something rose from the water and said.

"Who are you to meddle with my oath!"

He looked up to see a rather dreadful woman who emanated immense divinity and power that dwarfed even Ryuu's divinity but that only in terms of divinity and not overall Power. She had ebony hair that was wafting in the cold current. Her face appeared delicate and sublime.

Her obsidian eyes gleamed with absolute hatred. She had a purple and black dress billowed around her like volcanic smoke. Her lipstick, eye shadow, and mascara were all expertly done in shades of midnight. It looked down at Ryuu and said,

"You? A new god? A living one at that. Tell me what your name and date interfere with the appearance of our faction!?"

Ryuu remained silent as he was distracted by something and muttered.

'Her nipple is showing through her translucent clothes…'

He couldn't help it as her form was humongous and can't take his sight off it but decided to focus more on his reason being there.

"I've been given a task by higher beings to protect and train Percy Jackson. "

The woman got closer where her entire face tower over him and said.

"Then tell me who you are?"

Ryuu didn't feel intimidated by her dreadful aura and said.

"How about you introduce yourselves too?"

"I am the Styx, the Goddess of the River Styx, Goddess of Hatred, Goddess of Solemn Oaths."

The woman, Styx, gave her name and title while Ryuu nodded and said.

"I am Yaldabaoth, God of Evil."

Styx heard his words furrow her brow and said.

"The false god? I thought that god was a myth but it seems to be true."

Ryuu raised his eyebrow since he doesn't know if someone like Yaldabaoth exists in the world and asked.

"Is there another god with the same name?"

The Styx doesn't know why she felt compelled to get closer to him and unaware that she was being affected by his Evil Embodiment power and said.

"Yes, He was also known as the Demiurge. He was that which slithers into the darkest abyss. He who was born of true light and darkness. He that of which the heathen gods tremble at the mere mention of my name. He is the Shadow of God."

Ryuu was now curious to know if there were any existing gods with his name and asked.

"I am not him but I wish to know more about this god?"

Styx shook her head and said.

"I cannot as I don't know any more than that….how strange, I'm supposed to be angry at your action for meddling with an oath yet here I am speaking to you rather calmly."

She said looking at Ryuu who just smiled and said.

"Well guess my charms work even to a woman like you."

Styx found the man or rather god before him to be interesting and said.

"Indeed, you are an enigma. That aside, is there a reason for you to be here?"

Ryuu smiled at the goddess and said

"Maybe deep into that river with a beautiful woman like you?"

He had gathered enough information about Greek with the help of Trese who told him that once he is deep into the water then it's possible for him to be invulnerable if he survives.

Styx looked at him and didn't know what to do since it was the first time someone tried to flirt with her and she was the goddess of hatred and doesn't know what the feeling of love is.

"It is up to you if you wish to deep into the River Styx but be warn that even gods doesn't dare-"

Without warning Ryuu stripped his shirt letting the goddess his Divine physique and felt strange looking at it before jumping into the water without hesitation.

Ryuu began to feel change happening to his body and began to absorb and refine it, turning into his own power before hearing a notification.

[ Absolute Invulnerability]

[ Description: Users of this power are immune to any/all kinds of damage, be it physical, spiritual, psychic, or even conceptual giving them a complete and perfect form of universal defense. The users are also completely immune to Damage Manipulation on an unrestricted basis since no kind of damage would even affect them.

To give an illustration, users are immune to any kind of destruction from the smallest atomic to the greatest omniversal devastation. They would be unaffected by space-time alteration of any caliber and would stay in perfect condition. Their indestructibility transcends normal physical limitations and boundaries to metaphysical scales becoming independent from reasoning and understanding to such a great point that they can defy paradoxes, logic, and predeterminism of any kind.

Since most ways of murdering specialize ininat dealing lethal damage, users are particularly immortal in this sense. However, just like regular Invulnerability, it protects from enforced mutilation leaving space for natural inflicts to occur. This way, such contamination as aging or dying old cells still happens, and abilities that revolve around killing in other ways than earthly blows, conventional damage, and powers that can alter their biology to create new ways of affliction damage are potentially dangerous for them unless they possess respective counters.

Limitation:

Can be defeated by Absolute Skills.

True omnipotent can overpower the user.

User is not True Immortal and can be defeated by other means. ]

Couldn't help laughing at how power is becoming every passing moment. Ryuu felt that he was too overpowered and needed to be nerfed but doesn't care that his power is in order to protect those important to him.

The Goddess Styx watched in disbelief and noticed how the newly appointed god had more power than any entity in the entire universe. It is no exaggeration that everything was just clay for him to mold like the artist he was.

"W-What are you?"

For the first time in eons, the Goddess of the River Styx met someone whose power eclipses even the primordial gods like Auronus and Nyx. Ryuu leaned on the edge of the river and said.

"I am Yaldabaoth and I am god."
