Chapter 199 - We're back again

In Draconic Deus, Young woman emanating a serene atmosphere yet her delicate and shape gaze made her appear mesmerizing with her unique long crimson hair and a body that can only be called top tier appeared in an office room. 

She took a deep breath of fresh air feeling a completely different atmosphere than before and held her hands creating small orbs of reddish darkness that crackled like lightning. This young woman Rias Gremory.

'It's different from that world. My power seems to adjust and lessen a bit yet I am not far from being a Satan class at least."

Rias evaluated her strength and found that it adjusted accordingly. She has the same overall destructive power of a Satan class who are capable of destroying multiple continents if they get serious while her brother, who is a Super class and one of the strongest, can destroy the entire world.

Though if she plays it safe then her strength would be able to escape. Rias glanced at the window and found that it was still late in the morning around lunch time. 

She was in the private villa that her family owns to train her peerage and from what she remembers her friends are currently training and decided to find her Maid, Grayfia. 

Rias cast illusion on her eyes to hide as her newly gained eyes were too distracting and was about to leave the room when Grayfia entered her room who seemed to be in a rush looking at her confused since she was able to sense a distortion of magical energy within the room. 

She was looking at her sensing something had changed with Rias even though she was hiding her power, it was still noticeable for those who are strong and sensitive in magic or any forms of energy.

"Ojou-sama….tell me what's going on? Why is your power immensely more powerful than before and why was there a space distortion in your room?"

Grayfia, as a well-respected maid, immediately performed her duty and asked numerous questions to ensure the safety of her young mistress. Rias smiled hearing her voice after a long time since she had been close to her and saw Grayfia as an elder sister. 

"Come follow me first, this place isn't appropriate for what I'm about to do."

Rias spoke of maturity that shocked Grayfia and wondered what could have caused her sudden change. In the last month, she was naive and spoiled, acting upon her emotions rather than being rational when it comes to her actions but the young girl had become a woman at the way she presented herself. 

She normally won't bother her brother in any circumstances believing that she has to do everything but now Rias was "Thinking" carefully about her actions and the changes around her might affect the world. 

Rias knew that her power might cause an uproar and decided to ask her brother for help. She was planning the Dragon Monarch Rune stone and though she could have absorbed it back in Solo Leveling Verse, Ryuu told him to use it in her world because he vaguely guessed that it would adjust according to her worlds law and allow her to benefit even more. The two soon arrive in the forest far from the villa and Rias finally speaks.

"Call Nii-sama, I need his help and tell about my sudden growth."

Grayfia wanted to ask more questions but she decided to do it later and did as she called Sirzech telling him that Rias needed her help and soon appeared in the room without hesitation.

"Rias-chan, how is my cute little sister! Tell me what you need me for?"

The siscon asked before noticing the change around his sister as she didn't even feel embarrassed and just smiled as if it's been a while she had seen his face. Sirzech noticed the demonic energy around her was a lot more tamed and dense than before where the cracks had lessened, almost having the same level of control as he does. 

'How did Ria-Tan get this strong!?'

He thought while observing her power and understood that her base was around Ultimate class. This left him speechless since from his understanding Rias overall Power was at a Lower High Class Devil but now it is completely different. 

Sirzech also noticed the maturity around her and his instinct told him that it has to do with the person that told him about the future events. 

He had begun the investigation and found a lot of corruption from the devil society. Even the king's piece is currently being investigated and he doesn't like how accurate the predictions are. 

He contacted Michael and Azazel about the situation and they did their own investigation. They couldn't act rashly even with their advantage knowing that their enemy could change their course of action. 

The best thing they did was remain ignorant until the right moment to strike. Sirzech knows that his action would affect the entire world and a single wrong move would be disastrous.

"Nii-sama, can you erect the most powerful barrier you can create inside this room for me? I'll explain everything once I'm done."

Sirzech wanted to know more but decided to leave it be and did as told using the best of his ability to erect the most powerful barrier that even a Super class would find it difficult to break.

"Make it thicker and stronger. It might not hold."

Rias said, surprising him wondering what she was going to do that he needed to make the already immense powerful barrier much stronger.

"Alright but once this is over tell me what's going on."

He used more of his power pouring into the barrier until it was at least capable of taking hits to even Great Red, making Rias nod as she took out the Rune stone, shocking the two people.

"W-What is that, Ria-Tan?"

Sirzech could feel that the item was telling him that it was dangerous, which was surprising considering he was one of the strongest powerhouses in the entire world. 

"I'll explain, just maintain the barrier for me."

Rias began to absorb the shard turning it into a particle before it rain down into her and instantly felt the change releasing a powerful demonic energy that it started crackling as the entire mountain violently shook where Sirzech noticed how his power was growing and her reserve vastly increasing. 

She began to melt the ground around her as Rias eyes glowed bright red and began to transform, surprising the two people. They watched as Rias grew into an enormous dragon appearing similar to Antares dragon form. She spread her wing causing the barrier to crack and leak the energy that the other faction noticed but couldn't pinpoint where. 

"RIA-TAN!"

Sirzech and Grayfia were prepared to attack at any moment thinking that something went wrong but to his shock a familiar voice was heard.

"I'm fine Nii-sama. I was just a bit overwhelmed by my transformation. Let me revert back."

Her booming voice was heard that calmed Sirzechs heart and watched as the dragon shrunk slowly transforming into her little sister and immediately went to hug her. He was a bit scared that something might happen to her.

"Don't scare you're Nii-san like that! Tell me what's going on."

Sirzech looked at Rias wanting to get some answers from her and receive a nod as she began to explain the situation without revealing the Chat group only vaguely telling the truth. 

He and Grayfia were shocked to say the least amazed that she went on an adventure and grew significantly more than before maturing along the way. 

"So the person who told you about the future is now your boyfriend?"

Sirzech frowned upon learning that his sister had been tainted but glad that she found someone who she truly likes and likes her back despite her flaws. Rias nodded a bit guilty but didn't regret her action.

"If that is the case then I hope I can meet him soon. Aside from that, you should focus on training and don't reveal your dragon transformation." 

He warns her knowing the danger it could bring if people learn that a devil was able to transform into a dragon. Rias nodded and said.

"I know that's why I ask for your help."

Sirzech smiled at the maturity of his little sister and after a while he left to continue his assistance with the investigation leaving Rias and Grayfia. They walked back to the villa while she was reading the thing she gains.
