Okay, I don't know if this is good or not but whatever, I'll write what I think is cool and none y'all can stop me hahahaha.
Just kidding. Anyway, enjoy the chapter. Toodaloo Bitches.
==========
Once they finished cooking, everyone including Kie's Children who was outside playing sat down to have a meal. The group chatted with Ryuu asking the children about their day around Talosheim and they were joyful exploring the place and joined in playing Reversi.
"Btw, how was your progress in unlocking the shikai?" Ryuu asked Shinobu.
"Not much, it's been stubbornly refusing to answer my call but I'm sure by the end of this mission I'll be able to call her name." Shinobu said.
"Don't rush and even though I can't assist you much, please don't hesitate to ask for help, alright?" Ryuu said and Shinobu smiled.
"Yeah! We are also here to support! Btw, here Blue." Nezuko said, throwing a piece of meat to her pet who happy munching on the meal.
"Nezuko, don't spoil him too much." Kie warned her and Nezuko huffed.
"No way! My little blue will surely be a good boy!" Her pet growled in assurance while Kie was still trying to get used to having a raptor as a pet around her children.
"Don't worry about it. Blue has been good so far after two or so weeks being with us." Ryuu said, calming her down.
"Do you still infect Blue or have you removed it?" Mitsuri asked.
"I removed it. But hypnosis remained so far." Ryuu was reminded that his infection on other members had been cleansed due to their power growing significantly more than before and he didn't risk touching Van's soul.
Though, he could force his way into Gojo infinity again but it would require more forces than usual even though Ryuu grew stronger doesn't mean his allies won't be.
*Ah, weren't you planning on fighting Gojo in a one on one fight?" Justine mentioned curious how the battle would go if the two fought against each other. She wasn't a huge fan of Anime compared to Ryuu but she does know that Gojo was the strongest in his verse.
"Yeah, I'm eager to see how I'll fare against him now." Ryuu can't help feeling excited about how they're battle would go seeing the opportunity to test himself. Though, he would certainly win because of [ Scar Dead ] where can reopen wounds be it mental or physical no matter how old.
However, he wasn't confident in this kind of power being overruled and wanted to be prepared. Like they said, if things look good then something bad might happen. Not to mention, it's possible for Gojo to use [ Reverse Cursed technique ] or ignore the trauma being reopened.
"Do you think you'd win?" Trese asked.
"Well, if I get hit by his blackflash then I might get into a little trouble." Ryuu smirked at the next words spoken.
"Would you lose?" Nezuko asked.
"Nah, I'd win." He suddenly chuckled, confusing everyone until Justine facepalm and explained to them about the joke.
"Guh! Don't die Ryuu!!" Mitsuri grabbed him and violently shared him.
"Wait wait! I might die if you keep sharing meeee!!" Ryuu said to make Mitsuri let go.
"Stay calm, I doubt there's anything that could kill him." Justine said.
"Oh right! Have you learned how to use blackflash yet?" Ryuu asked, considering he had been trying to but it's certainly difficult to achieve even with his brain capacity. There's a specific way to use it that he had hard time processing.
"I have. Easy." She smirks because of how his ability works while he is happy that his lovers weren't damsels in distress. After some time, they continued to chat and let their food digest but they headed out where the fight would be, which was the dungeon due to the size and how collateral damage won't be an issue.
They were inside the dungeon named Garan's Valley, a D-Class Dungeon within the Ninth Floor having large space that is comparable to small to large towns.
'It was never fully described the size of this dungeon but is it big.' Ryuu thought seeing how the place even had an artificial sun but the sky were simply walls that appeared like the outside. Normally, dungeon walls were impossible to be damaged even by how strong someone is.
Though, this was disproved when Vandaleiu in the future story damages it using an awakened version of No-attribute magic which is simply a type of magic that doesn't have an attribute and weaker than normal magic but not for Vandalieu.
"Jeez guess time to make everyone enjoy the show." Ryuu commented on having made everyone watch everything through cameras connected to a TV screen that he got from the Gacha. it wasn't safe if they were caught in the crossfire.
"I'm excited to see who would win, Ryuu-san or Gojo-san" Yamato said while watching the show while having an alcoholic drink sharing it with the Undead Titan Hero, Borkus who was strong in his own right.
"I've seen a lot of strange abilities but this is going to be an interesting fight." The undead titan hero commented while Negi who sat close to Erza and Rias made him appear like their youngest sibling looked scared.
"Will, Ryuu-nii-san, be fine? Gojo-san looks really strong?" Negi asked while Rias was quick to comfort him since he reminded her of Milicas.
"Don't worry, Ryuu-san won't die or anything. I'm sure he'll be fine." Rias said thinking about how the past few weeks they've been spending time together made her feel closer and got along quite well with his girls.
Though she was jealous of this woman being able to spend longer time with him than her but took her time and knew she would eventually steal his heart.
Rias was already aware of the halo that he wore but she already felt interested in him after helping her realize her faults clearly now. She finds him cute that despite how he had grown can still get flustered and embarrassed.
Negi nodded remembering times he had been taught and trained by Ryuu teaching him ways on how to fight. The child teacher was worried about the war since he would have to kill people and he didn't want that which is why he won't be able to participate but will protect the kingdom.
Ryuu didn't belittle the boy's moral compass if anything he encouraged it. The boy is strong enough to be gentle. The child teacher grew better and even helped out in teaching to improve his social skills.
Meanwhile back to the dungeon, Ryuu spotted Gojo who wore a different outfit similar to the one he wore against Sukuna while the living plague wore something similar to Sukuna.
"Dude really? You wore that? Come on, you could do better." Gojo commented on seeing the outfit.
"I could say the same thing to you. But afraid I'll make you into a KitKat?" Ryuu said, chuckling.
"Sure thing, COVID." Gojo said.
"How the hell did you know that?" Ryuu grumbled a bit. Jujutsu Kaisen was set in 2018 therefore that pandemic hadn't even happened yet.
"Justine told me. Gotta say, you might need to be quarantined after this." Gojo said.
"That girl. Well, whatever. Let's see how I'll fare against you." The two took their fighting stance excluding the immense aura that their surroundings seemed to change and even the monsters were afraid to approach them.
They didn't move, letting the intensity build up having been doing some training in the hopes of learning Haki but still hadn't been able to learn it but Ryuu helped unlock everyone's [ Aura ] except Yamato since Haki acts similar to [ Aura ].
Gojo, the first one to unleash an attack holding out his hands and began to channel cursed energy from the surroundings and due to the fact they are inside a Dungeon filled with Negative Mana means he has a lot of dense energy to use causing his output to increase.
Ryuu felt the force pull him almost removing the law of gravity and saw him about to launch the attack. Normally, Gojo would need to chant but thanks all the training and leveling up he was now able to utilized his limitless a lot more easily.
[ Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue! ]
Ryuu smiled seeing this and used [ Shundo ] to appear near Gojo while the honored one used his [ Lapse: Blue ] to strengthen his attack and speed coating his fist. The two then engaged in hand to hand combat with Ryuu creating tendrils behind his back that slashes against Gojo but it didn't do anything due to the limitlessness that honor has.
He didn't use his own Limitless that he acquired from Gojo considering it wouldn't be able to do the same thing as Gojo does when Ryuu hadn't been able to use Cursed Energy.
Ryuu dodged an incoming attack but it was faint and Gojo managed to strike him yet it only grazed his opponent and began to counter their attacks.
Whoosh! Bam! Shining!
The surroundings started to get destroyed as Gojo lifted large chunks of rocks while distancing himself a bit from him and Ryuu simply sliced the rocks to pieces before turning his hands into a cannon towards Gojo that exploded but not enough.
Gojo smirks and closes the distance between them in an instant. His hand shot forward, aiming for a direct blow to Ryuu's chest, but just before impact, Ryuu's flesh morphed, hardening into a shell of bone and sinew that absorbed the blow with a sickening crunch. Ryuu retaliated, his arm transforming into a bladed appendage, slashing towards Gojo's midsection.
Gojo twisted his body, effortlessly evading the strike as if the attack was moving in slow motion. He flicked his wrist, and the space around Ryuu warped.
The air itself seemed to twist and collapse, a display of Gojo's control over infinity. Ryuu was pulled into the distortion, his body crushed under the weight of Gojo's domain, but he adapted quickly. His form liquefied, flowing like a river of dark sludge, and he emerged from the distortion unharmed, his body reassembling into a more monstrous shape. Ryuu grinned, his voice a guttural growl.
"You'll have to do better than that, Gojo."
With a flick of his fingers, Ryuu unleashed a swarm of pathogen-infused tendrils from his body, each one a living organism designed to infect and corrode anything they touched.
They snaked through the air, converging on Gojo from all directions. Gojo stood his ground, the tendrils stopping mere inches from his skin, unable to breach the infinite distance he placed between himself and any harm.
With a casual wave, Gojo unleashed a wave of cursed energy, disintegrating the tendrils into nothingness. He then raised his hand, and the sky above them seemed to darkened. A sphere of immense gravitational force formed above his palm, growing larger and more menacing with each passing second.
"Let's see how you handle this," Gojo said, his voice calm and measured. He released the sphere, sending it hurtling towards Ryuu.
[ Cursed technique Lapse: Blue ]
Ryuu's eyes widened as he realized the destructive power of the attack. He braced himself, his body shifting into a grotesque mass of reinforced tissue and armor-like plating. The sphere impacted with a deafening explosion, the force of which shook the entire valley. Dust and debris filled the air, obscuring the battlefield.
For a moment, there was silence.
As the dust settled, Ryuu stood at the center of a massive crater, his body barely holding together. The attack had taken its toll, but he was still standing. His regenerative abilities kicked in, the damaged flesh knitting back together, though much slower than before.
"You're incredible," Ryuu admitted, his voice strained but filled with admiration. He didn't feel any pain but it taken a large chunk of biomass from him.
"But I'm not done yet."
Gojo smiled, a rare expression that showed his genuine enjoyment of the fight.
"Neither am I."
The battle resumed with even greater intensity. Ryuu unleashed his full power, his body mutating into ever more horrifying forms, each one deadlier than the last. He grew spikes, claws, and wings, adapting to Gojo's every move. Meanwhile, Gojo danced through the onslaught, his mastery of cursed energy allowing him to counter and evade with seemingly effortless grace.
At one point, Ryuu transformed his arm into a massive cannon, firing a blast of compressed pathogenic energy that threatened to obliterate everything in its path. Gojo met the attack head-on and in the next clash, they charged at each other, Gojo's fist coated in cursed energy, Ryuu's claws crackling with pathogenic power. The impact created a shockwave that rippled across the valley, the ground beneath them cracking and crumbling.
When the dust finally settled, both fighters stood, breathing heavily, but with smiles on their faces. Gojo used Reversed cursed technique to heal himself while Ryuu had lost quite a lot of biomass from the attack.
"Why don't we take up a notch?"
