Chapter 1

Lipstick glided on the rosy lips making them jump out. Mascara pushed the eyes lashes out to make them look thicker and longer. Blush brought out the cheeks on the face to help them stand out more. The blonde long wig was placed on the cap that hid the short glassy black hair underneath. The dark brown eyes that stared at the glass reflected a female in a beautiful baby blue spaghetti strap dress that only went down to their knees. The only thing the mirror no longer reflected was the fact that it was staring at a man before the transformation. His name was Dansei Yuharu. He's half Japanese and Half American. His Japanese traits were shown more on his body than his American half. So, his body figure could easily pull of the drag look, or his Okama look, was what his father called him. It's the Japanese term for a homosexual or transgender. He didn't care what his parents thought of him. Even though his parents still call him Dansei, he would rather them call him by the name he chose along with his new life. "Henko! Henko Are you here?" The man looked away from the mirror to notice a larger figure staring at him. It was one of his girls that work at the gay bar that he runs. She was full American and quite tall. Her body was a largely built. If she worked out, she would lose more of her already none existing feminine features she had. Many can already tell that she was no woman. However, that did not stop Henko from hiring her as a hostess for his gay bar. Many men liked their women different way, and that also applied to the gay men that visit here.

"Ms. Amy, what have I told you so many times to call me?" Henko asked. A deep voice grumbled from the girl.

"Mama." Henko watched as the girl's eyes shifted to the side. Henko intertwined his manicured fingers together.

"So why do I have to keep repeating it?" Henko's eyes were slanted a bit. He didn't care to be called Henko outside the bar, but because he was the owner, he would rather be called Mama from not only his coworkers but also the guests that come in as well. He understood that Amy was new to this place, but this always happened.

"I'm sorry mama; I'm still not used to calling you that." Amy spoke in a deep voice. Henko took in a sigh. He leaned back a little bit to look at Amy.

"I will overlook it this time, but please call me by the right name here." Amy smiled at Henko.

"Okay mama, I will." Henko smiled.

"You were calling me earlier. What was is that you wanted my dear."

"Oh yeah!" Amy's eyes went wide as she just remembered why she was there. "The man that is the vice president to Gardens Flowers is here to see you again." Henko sighed. That man had shown up several months ago. He was brought in by some coworkers of his, and seemed to have fallen for Henko. Since then, he had come to the bar at least once a week. However, Henko didn't want to have anything to do with that man. Henko sighed for a moment and stood up. Taking in a deep breath and letting it out, he made his way out to the floor. Henko passed several girls that were sitting down with men and pouring drinks. The bar that he had was similar to a host club from Japan. His family had moved from Japan to America and settled down in California. When Henko wanted to have a gay bar in the gay district, he thought of making a host club. If you didn't want to drink with the girls that were offered. There was a bar that the customers could sit at. There was a bartender there to make drinks and listen to any of the problems the customers were having. Henko usually was one of the people behind the bar. Yet, sometimes he was also called out as well. When Henko first made the bar/club. It did start of quite slow. For a while, he thought that it would never catch on like it did in Japan. However, it did. There are now several regulars that come in to the bar and ask for the same girl, and that man was one of the many that would asked for Henko.

Henko looked at the man sitting on the tan couch. He was wearing a dark blue suit that fit the man's somewhat fit body. Henko looked up at the man's face; which was wrinkled a bit showing the man's older age and the loss of hair on the man's head. Henko found out the man's name was John. John would talk about how he loved flowers since he was young. He wanted to retire soon and hand down his business to his son that was married with three kids. Henko would listen to the man as he spoke. John was married with two kids. However, his wife had passed due to cancer. So, he raised his two kids alone. Even though he lived his life as a loving father and husband. He had a secret he kept from his family and that was the fact that he was gay. He could never come out and say it. Henko thought of why the man would choose his bar of them all. He wondered if it was because he wanted to be around men due to him being gay. However, was ashamed to be around gay looking men, and instead had come to his bar due to all the men here were dressed as women. If that was the case, it would make sense. Even though he was in a gay bar, he was surrounded by women. So, it doesn't seem that sinful in his eyes. Henko could guess all day of why this particular customer was coming to his shop. However, that was not what he was there to decide. It was to make sure the guest enjoys themselves no matter what while they are in his bar.

"Hello Mama!" John spoke as he handed Henko a flower. Henko took it and brought to his nose taking in the nice sent the flower released.

"Thank your sir!"

"Oh please." John laughed. "I always tell you not to call me "sir" to call me John." Henko walked closer to John and sat by him.

"You know I can't do that." Henko laughed with the man. "Would you like something to drink?" The man responded and Henko poured the man a drink and one for himself as well. Both taking the glasses and clicking them together saying "cheers" they began to drink.
