Chapter 174
(Warning: smut!)
With Kara's unnecessary but very much wanted help, Lena gets out of her clothes rather quickly. She makes certain that Kara hangs them up properly, both because she wants to maintain her wedding clothes and to make Kara a little more impatient. It works on both ends, and Kara ends up pressing kisses down the back of her neck. Lena hums and leans her head to the side to give Kara more room.
"Kara, wouldn't you prefer to get out of your own clothes?" Lena suggests.
There's a brief moment where Kara's lips are no longer against her neck and there's a whoosh of air as Kara strips out of her clothes and hangs them up as fast as her superspeed allows her to. The hangers creak as they away from the speed and force. Lena pays attention to them, and checking them while Kara begins to suck a hickey on the side of Lena's neck. Lena's eyes flutter closed and her hips jolt automatically. She forces herself to finish checking Kara's clothes, adjusting them briefly before spinning around in Kara's arms.
Kara blinks, her eyes wide and her mouth slightly open as she looks at her wife, surprised by the sudden movement. "Lee?"
Lena doesn't answer, instead choosing to lean in and kiss Kara until even her superpowers can't stop her from being out of breath. Kara pulls back, breathing hard and is met with dark eyes, a seductive look, and a satisfied smirk.
"You're absolutely adorable, darling. Now come to bed with me."
Kara nods in agreement and follows as Lena slowly pulls her. She pauses as the backs of Lena's legs hit the bed and takes a half-step back, looking her wife up and down. Her breath hitches as she takes in the expanse of bared skin. Lena, knowing exactly what her wife is doing, decides to do the same. She rakes her eyes slowly down Kara's body, biting her lower lip.
Kara, done with just looking, steps closer again, looking into her wife's eyes. Lena nods and Kara's hands almost immediately are placed on Lena's hips. Kara steps closer again so that they're pressed against each other, their foreheads resting against each other and their breaths intermingling.
Lena's grin grows as she reaches up and cups Kara's face, drawing her closer, intoxicatingly slow. Kara's eyes close as soft lips press against hers, surprisingly sweet for the intimate position they're in. Though, honestly, it isn't that much of a surprise. They're both pretty soft people, especially when they're with each other.
Kara melts against her wife as Lena sits down on the soft bed, inviting Kara to straddle her. She does, and uses her superpowers to keep aloft and balanced.
Lena deepens the kiss, her tongue licking against the seam of Kara's lips, asking for entrance. She grants it and they both let out soft moans. Lena's hand goes to Kara's upper back to press her closer, then her other hand joins that one as she begins to explore her wife's body. It's not Lena's first time taking her time exploring Kara's body, but it's her first time since they've gotten married. Despite already knowing what places to kiss or touch or caress to make Kara let out more moans, it almost feels like Lena's rediscovering her. It feels new, like their first time all over again.
Kara pulls back and Lena's hands pause on where they were tracing down her sides, wanting to make sure nothing's wrong. But the look in her eyes isn't one of panic or discomfort, but instead pure, unadulterated love.
"I love you, Lee." Kara breathes out.
Lena's face lights up into a warm smile. "I love you too," she replies in Kryptonese. "I'm so happy that you're my wife."
Lena leans in and kisses the happy tears gathering at the corners of Kara's eyes away before recapturing her wife's lips. It's more fast paced than their previous one and Lena taps Kara's shoulder, one of the signs they've developed over their relationships. Kara nips at Lena's lower lip to tell her that she understands and wraps her arms around Lena, lifting her carefully and floating forward until they're at the head of the bed.
They settle against the plush bed and this time it's Lena who pulls back, looking into her wife's eyes to make sure that everything's still okay. Kara nods, her pupils larger than normal. Lena can't help the smirk across her lips when she notices that.
Lena leans in again, but this time it's Kara's throat that she goes for instead of her lips. She gets to work sucking a hickey where it makes Kara weak. Kara keeps making these soft breathy sounds of encouragement, her hand reaching up to cup Lena's head, tangling in her hair and pulling her closer. While Lena works on Kara's neck, her hands continue their exploration, landing on Kara's breasts.
Her breath hitches and Lena nips one last time before beginning her descent, her smile widening as she feels Kara's body tremble above her. Even though her muscles aren't necessary to hold her up and this little physical exertion (so far, that is) shouldn't cause her to shake, she still is. Because Lena's affecting her. And Rao, if that doesn't do something to Lena.
"Do you need to switch darling?" Lena asks, looking up into darkened eyes. "Or would you like to just float for this?"
"Floating is okay. I'll let you know if it isn't." Kara answers, her voice more raspy than usual as Lena continues kissing towards her breasts.
Lena hums in acknowledgment, delighting in how it makes her wife shiver above her, the shaking in Kara's muscles slowing until they're just contractions of muscle where Lena touches her as she relies more on floating. The hitch in Kara's breath when Lena begins sucking another hickey on the side of her breast is music to Lena's ears. Lena gives her wife a nip and Kara's hips jolt.
Next chapter we get to more of the good stuff ;) and sorry about this taking forever, life just decided to pick up pace as I'm changing my name (not legally yet) and writing smut just isn't super easy? But it's definitely fun to write when you're around a lot of people you know! Haha. And as you may have noticed, I've decided on having Lena as the top!
