"Where am I?" I rub my eyes and glance around my surroundings. It feels like I'm floating in space.
No, scratch that. I am quite literally floating in space, surrounded by numerous shining stars. How did I end up here? I'm certain I was sleeping in my room.

A blue screen appears in front of me. Choose? Choose what?

Wait? Code Geass? The world with mecha and mind manipulation? What to do… Mecha is every man's dream, but the mind rape is… less so. I must become a Code if I want to be free from their nonsense. But roaming the Earth for eternity isn't appealing either.

Fan-fucking-tastic, why would I be here otherwise? I guess refusing isn't an option. If I don't choose, I might float here forever.
"I choose number one. I choose Britannia," opting for the safest choice. I really don't want to die… again, I think?

Why is 'Number' even in there? Who in their right mind would choose that option? I guess there'll be masochists in every world, eh?
Now, which one to choose between Royal and Noble. Being a noble might not give me enough authority over the military. But I can get a lot of benefits from being a Royal, although… there is Lelouch… no, there are Zero and the always scheming second prince. I wonder if I can survive a blast from F.L.E.I.J.A. after I become a Code. There is only one way to find out.
"I choose option one," I decided. Being royalty has its perks, and I can enjoy a few years of relaxation before anything happens.

So, let's break this down. Most of these choices can enhance my mech piloting abilities. I could choose X-Rounder to predict my opponents' moves, NewType for spiritual awareness, Coordinator for high reflexes and SEED mode for above and beyond reflexes, Code for… well, Code, Innovator for utilizing quantum brainwaves, and Homo Sapien Novus for body hijacking and immortality.
I really, really want to go with Innovator... but here's the catch. I need Code. I have no idea when I'll encounter one to kill, and I don't know anyone besides C.C. and V.V. It'll be hard for me to become one and unlike other choices, I need it. I need it to prevent others from raping my mind. No one can rape me, only I will do the raping.
As for the other choices, I can train really hard to become a super pilot like Asemu Asuno to make up for the skills needed for piloting mecha. Why am I so adamant about piloting a mech, you ask? Well, who doesn't dream of piloting one?
"I choose number four, Code." That's important.

Fine! I choose Aerial, Gundam Aerial. I'd rather have Tanuki's mobile suit than others. Aerial looks absolutely fantastic.
"I choose number sixty-nine, Gundam Aerial," I answer. What? I don't need to worry about an energy source? Nice. You'll give me Aerial Rebuild after the first Black Rebellion? Even better.
But… will there even be a Black Rebellion because of the butterfly effect? Hmm? Lelouch will always become Zero, and that's the predetermined fate? Okay.
So, where'll my mecha be? Oh, I get a personal warehouse? Nice. I just need to make it appear when I need it, and it'll automatically repair my mech? Even better.

Hmm? I get to choose a companion for Knight of Honor? But… I thought Knight of Honor is only for princesses.
I see. So, I'll get someone like an attendant slash bodyguard who can also pilot a mecha.
I want Mercury Tanuki, but I doubt she can fire a gun with her cinnamon roll personality. I'm not having a male attendant lest others question my sexuality. We have a prime example for that. Yes, I'm talking about you, Schneizel.
So... I need a female who can kick ass and pilot a mecha to kick ass. Suddenly, a person comes to mind.
"I choose number 1024, Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi," I pick the girl who has no shame left after being sent to a hellish place. They say her origin will be from the Code Geass world.

Mecha for her? Now, you are being generous. I believe Villkiss will be a little too small for the Code Geass world, so I have a perfect one in mind.
"I choose number 17700, AGE-IIMG-SV Gundam AGEII Magnum SV ver." I fell in love with it the moment I laid my eyes on it. The only reason I didn't choose this earlier was because of... you know? Plane mode.

17th July 1997, Pendragon, Gemini Villa,
I, Benedict af Britannia, am now a five-year-old boy residing in Gemini Villa with my mother. Let me tell you something, the life of royalty is great. I can do whatever I want, and nobody bats an eye.
Another thing is that I am the third prince of Britannia and 5th in line of succession. Well… I guess that's great. It won't drop below 7th unless I mess up really bad.
Oh, and another thing. The emperor married the former knight of six, Marianne, last month. The food there was great, and Marianne treated me to some candies. I would have thought she's a kind lady if I didn't know about her true selfish personality.
As for my siblings… I get along well with the two princes, but I can't say the same for the princesses.
The crown prince, Odysseus eu Britannia, is a kind man. I like him, but I think he's too soft to be an emperor. A great sibling but a bad emperor. I can't be too harsh on him because he practically raised me since my mother was… busy.
The second prince, Schneizel el Britannia, is a chill dude when he's not scheming something. I have fun playing with him and tying his hair into braids.
As for the princesses, Guinevere de Britannia is a bitch. That's all I can say about her. And Cornelia li Britannia is a bratty idiot… well, I can't blame her for that since she is only two years older than me.
There! My life as royalty is as weird as I expected. But! There's a big 'but'. I enjoy it, nonetheless. I can have fancy foods and drinks. My Ramen addiction hasn't flared up since I haven't tried one yet, so that's a plus.
I hope things don't go wrong until I get the Code at ten years old.

I am fifteen years old now, and surprise, surprise, Murphy didn't respond to my provocation ten years ago.
What am I doing now? Well… I am attending my mother's funeral. As expected, the emperor doesn't attend the funeral. I mean, why should he?
The siblings I'm close to attend, though. And I'm glad they did. It wouldn't be fun if they didn't. Brother Ody, Brother Fox Eyes, the bitch, and the bratty princess attend with their families. Oh, the former Knight of Six also attended with her son and daughter. They are cute.
I look over the casket in the ground before putting some dirt on it to bury it entirely. Too bad a sister of mine died in mother's womb together with her.
Why did you show up too late, sister? I guess I should have killed the woman sooner than I had planned.

Author's Note;
I knew I shouldn't start a new story, but here I am. Code Geass… I love the series and the characters. But mostly write this because of Kallen segs. I also wanted to experiment with a new main character whose morality exists in a gray area, in contrast to my previous protagonists.
So, here's a self-insert story featuring Tanuki's mobile suit in the Code Geass universe. What could possibly go wrong, right?
