remembrance of a past of pain

She awoke within a ice cave she tried to move but some thing felt off.

Her limbs felt heavy and she had a hard time moving them.

She looked down and she saw scaled arms and a gray and black hide of a lizard but she only saw this for a second before words made of some sort of magic appeared before her she tried to scream but all that came out was a horrendous roar and guttural cry

The only thing she could remember was slipping into a frozen lake and then a voice that resonated within her head it had asked "what do you wish for my child" it was the voice of a melodic temptress but it's tone was of a loving mother that was wondering what they wanted.

She had been freezing so she said " I wish I was immune to the cold of death." then she suddenly realized that the cold had disappeared but was still there but more of a pleasant feeling than one of trust rather than hate or pain.

The melodic voice then asked "what do you wish for in your next life my child." the girl then stated " I wish to be immortal."

The voice then laughed a little but then stated " your wish is my command but you can only chose small amounts of wishes my child."

The girl then asked " if so can i become a god." the voice then said "you will become a godly being later in your next life my child."

The voice paused for a second then said " I can feel your resentment for humanity do you with to be of a diffrent race."

the girl had been unable to belive what was happening so she just said yes as she had thought this was just some sort of dream.

Then the girl asked "can i have extraordinary power like flames or ice." the voice then said "my dear you will have every power at your disposal."

The girl then said " I wish for extreme strength." the voice giggled and then said " my dear that is all i can give you please enjoy your next life and i will meet you when you ascend to the divine plane enjoy."
