"You four can stay here for now, I need to rest." Hannya left leaving those words as the rest continued the discussion about their future plans.

After all, faced with the current strong gales and raging waves general situation, the Nura Clan still doesn't have a way to deal with their opponent.

Aside from the distance between the Blue Wind Empire and Black Fiend Nation, the clan's power still isn't enough to invade and finish everything in one go.

Which is a bit ironic since the demon are supposed to be the aggressive one while humans can only defend and live in fear.

Unfortunately, this world is completely different from the world that they knew. To them this world is full of mystery, the helpless humans in the past has now become so strong that if they came with just their original strength they would be slaughtered anytime.

"Ling Chu, though the Supreme Commander trusted you, but I still can't blindly trust you. Please understand, it's not that we don't believe in Supreme Commanders instincts; it is because we are his subordinates that we need to be wary so we can help the moment he makes a mistake." Gyuuki spoke bluntly which caught Ling Chu by surprise.

He can't blame Gyuuki, trust needs to be earned so it was fair for him since he also need to know more about them since they will be fighting under the same banner from now on.

"I understand, if I were in your shoes I would react the same way." Ling Chu replied.

Gyuuki nodded as he started asking information about

the overall situation of the Black Fiend Nation and also the information about the descendant of Heaven's fate clan.

They need an urgent information about this clan so they can start making countermeasures just in case something unexpected occur.

Although those of the Heaven's Fate Clan hadn't personally made their moves they don't until when would it last and that's the thing that gives the most pressure.

Though it wasn't as heavy as before; Now because Ling Chu had joined the Nura Clan, Gyuuki and Karasu Tengu can now have an information that they can start to investigate.

While they held no proof whatsoeve that Ling Chu wouldn't betray them, they still took notes of the information they got from him. All that's left is for them to confirm if it's the truth.

Ling Chu eyes turned serious as he spoke," The news about the Heaven's Fate Descendant had spread in the Black Fiend Nation, praising him as being rare phoenix feathers. Not only in terms of talent, he's also smart. At first, his claim of being a descendant was not taken seriously but as he prove himself in multiple occasion few people started to believe and the believers started to multiply as we speak."

"Prove himself? How did he prove himself to everyone?" Karasu Tengu asked.

"By reading others fate." Ling Chu paused as he looked at everyone.

Ddraig and Karasu Tengu tilted their head while Gyuuki gestured Ling Chu to continue, the latter nodded as he continued, "In the entire Sky Profound Continent, only the Heaven's Fate Clan has the ability to peek at others fate. This heavenly ability brought them to the top but it was also the cause of their demise. That man first prove himself as he read other's fate in ths open by reading the star formation."

Gyuuki and Ddraig looked at each other.

After leaving Ling Chu, Gyuuki, Karasu Tengu and Ddraig, Hannya didn't appear in the hall as he directly went to his room. Just as he entered, his foot finally gave out as he kneeled on the floor while clutching his heart, he didn't even have enough time to check the new store in the system.

The side-effect erupted.

In terms of their overall benefit, the variation of Phoenix Bloodline was great because it brought Hannya an overall increase in power but becauseit had clashed with his Ayakashi blood, It lost it's previously pure benefits of strength, this blood has now become a double edge sword as it came with a price; and that is his emotional state.

Everytime the side-effect erupts, Hannya would give in to his beastial instinct and would start slaughter indiscriminately in the worst case scenario.

What was even more frustrating was that he doesn't have any other choice but to bear with it at this moment.

Good thing it is not that bad as he can still control it, the reason it erupted this time is because his mood went downhill.

He need to find a place where no one is around or else he might accidentally destroy this villa.

The next day, Rihan and Kuroumaru got home, the news of yesterdays battle is just like a terrifying wildfire in the forest as it swept across the whole New Moon City and even the neighbouring cities learned about the existence of Nura Clan and their powerful members.

First is the Ushi-oni Gyuuki, the moment the clan arrive he alone was able to suppress multiple elders and force them to back-off while beating the Governor black and blue. In yesterdays battle he showed everyone his might as he destroyed a Peak Sky Profound Realm expert.

Dragon Emperor Ddraig, he first showed the world his strength and pride in yesterday's battle as he toyed with his opponent, and finally executed a terrifying skill that completely sent his adversary to the other world.

Rihan, the young master of the Nura Clan, though only the members of New Moon Profound Palace saw him slay a Sky Profound Realm Expert with the clan's prestige and witnesses everyone started to believe.

The last and the most fearsome of them all is the Supreme Commander who killed two Sky Profound Realm Expert and an Emperor Realm expert like how a human would kill an ant while subduing the remaining expert.

There's no single soul in the city that doesn't know about the legendary clan. The entire population even started to looked up to them just like how one would look up to a God.

The clan has now become the number one behemoth of the New Moon City.

True to their emblem of fear, the clans existence has now symbolize fear to those who tried to test their mettle.

"Where is Oyaji? I haven't seen him yet." Rihan asked Sasami who was cleaning the gate on behalf of Setsura who is now staying in Frozen Cloud Asgard.

"The Supreme Commander? Just wait a moment." Sasami excused herself as she went to Hannya's living quarters only to find the room empty without a speck of his shadow.

Rihan and Kuroumaru went after her and also found out that the Supreme Commander left.

"Sigh, what an irresponsible person, leaving without notifying someone." Rihan shook his head with a dissappointed expression on his face.

Sasami and Kuroumaru almost choked on their saliva as they saw heard him.

They almost blurted out their real thoughts.

Like Father, like son. From whom did Rihan got this antics of leaving without a word? It was none other than his very own father, the Supreme Commander of the clan.

When Gyuuki arrive he saw the trio standing in front of Hannya's sleeping quarters, "What happened here?"

Kuroumaru recounted what happened which made Gyuuki sigh with a wry smile. What can they do? That's how their Supreme Commander is. Coming and leaving as he like, though he wasn't worried at all as he witnessed with his very own eyes his strength.

If they were on Earth, he would've already become the ruler of the World.

"Oh before I forgot, Rihan-sama where did the two of you go yesterday that you didn't even come back till now?" Gyuuki inquired.

"Oh, I got something else to do. See you Gyuuki!" Rihan dissappeared in a flash the moment Gyuuki brought up what happened last night.

"What happened?" Seeing that Rihan escaped, Gyuuki's attention landed on Kuroumaru who also tried to escape but was caught in the collar by Gyuuki.

"Oya? Hiding something from your superior is not good." Though Gyuuki was smiling, Kuroumaru can almost see the face of a demon peeking from his back.

If he don't spill anything something bad will definitely happen.

Sighing in defeat, Kuroumaru narrated what happened yesterday, though he left some details. He can't betray Rihan as he had sworn his loyalty to him. He wouldn't say something about it even if he is tortured, though it would be a different story if the one asking him is the Supreme Commander.
