Mito did not know how long for it seemed like an eternity had passed in her mind. In truth, only mere breaths had elapsed in real time. The moment she opened her eyes again she saw the world in different colors.
Everything just seemed alive but what was terrifying of all was that she could see and sense much further than before.
She did not know it yet but her divine sense could even see the entire ninja world and beyond. Mito quickly redirected her senses to look for her husband and she indeed found him a moment later. Even now hashirama refused to surrender as he used the full totality of his power in sage mode and yet was still impotent before Magnus absolute dominion. Hashirama still knelt in place as was everyone else in konoha. Mito tried to get up, used a hand in support of her body and the bed disintegrated into dust.
