First day of class

Hajin POV

I don't know what happen but my life has been messed up by a fairly long email consisting of six sentences, because of it I had become an extra in my novel which I had no memory of writing about.

Kim Chundong.

An average guy without family who lived in an ordinary apartment room, but he has friends, and I know it due to huge pain in the ass that is sitting right now in my room eating and playing game that he bought from his home, Kim Sung-ho.

I wouldn't let him in if he was not best friend of Chundong guy.... and it's definitely not because he came with meat that was so delicious maybe it's due to magic in it, and damn this guy is rich, how did Chundong became friend with him.

But thanks to him I have adapted in this familiar yet unfamiliar world, he had taken me to all the places that they used to go and also to his home. I nearly fainted when I first reach his home, that guy home is huge mansion.

At first, I thought it was joke but when his butler Sam a foreigner welcomes us, I knew it was not a joke. His parents were also good persons who kindly welcome me to eat food together and see them make me remember my families who are into another world, damn it makes me feel lonely.

I think I can live a comfortable life until my story finished, now I think about it, it can take about 8 or 9 long years to finished my story. Thank god Chundong has friends otherwise I would feel too lonely. But when will the (?) question mark go away from my face it so creepy whenever I looked into the mirror or feel my skin, shape of nose, eye, lips and my hair too.

Don't tell me it will be there forever, I hope it not like that I don't want to look like that forever, maybe people this world can see the face of Chundong but I can't and Its huge embarrassment for me to be scared by the (?) question mark in my faced whenever I unexpectedly see mirror with my reflection. It was like that in the 'Cube Entrance Ceremony' two day ago when I saw my reflection in some shiny glass on the way, a seriously embarrassment for me. Ah I wanted it to forget it.

Now I have to ready myself as I want to go to the school little earlier than the fix time, school have given as I don't want to be lost or late in my first class.

While I was being ready, I glanced around the apartment. My home for the past two weeks and I have to tell you it's much cosier than the apartment I had in my home world. Which I will surely miss.

Because I would go to Cube which floated in the middle of the East Sea. Once I left, I probably wouldn't come back. Turning the doorknob, I took deep breath and move forward thinking about the unknown future that I was about experience as an extra of my novel.

Kim Sung-ho POV

I waiting near the portal for the Hajin to come and there he is looking around for the portal to the Cube, I raised my hand in the air started waving and shouted

"OE here here"- Sung-ho

with the sigh of relief, he came to my place

"There you are, today on time huh "- Sung-ho

I raised my fist and he fist bump me, seriously when I first did that, he was looking at my fist and me questioning with his eye, what did I want from him. Ah what did I expected from him but he is learning.

"let's go, shall we?"-Hajin

"Yeah, let's go."- Sung-ho

After reaching Cube we took Cube bus to our class, Hajin on the way asked what it was, as bus didn't exist in his original setting. I told it about him it's Cube bus that ran every 10 minutes around Cube to transport people for their connivant.

Then we left the bus when reached our destination and after a little walk we reached our class room.

I saw the door of my classroom and opened the door, what I saw was sleek interior with no sign of dust and three long desks cascading up. While looking for the good spot to sit, I found Shin Jonghak and Yoo Yeonha sitting on the farthest seat back one was closing his eyes with his hand in pocket thinking he was cool (Fuck you, you are not cool) and other was chattering.

While looking if there was another friend who I knew, then Hajin went straight for the edge seat of the middle row and I sat right beside him, I played game in my personal smartwatch while Hajin went to his dream world because we still have about half hour time to spend.

Our instructor enter class at time and then shout out loudly

- Now!

right after he reached behind the podium.

"Today's the first day, so there won't be any special training, but I hope you all did your morning training. Training is never wrong, especially in the morning when mana density is high."

Yeah, mana density helps in training body, mind and mana stronger as when our muscle tear or we mini facture our bone from the exercise the surrounding mana is melts in it make it stronger than before.

The quality and quantity mana in the body is also affect because of the mana density difference in the environment, people who live in lower mana density environment will show the sign of nausea, fainting or some rare serious cases like vomiting blood, blood coming from the eye, nose and the ears and internal bleeding if they go to the environment which have high level mana density.

As we know that mana travel in the blood vessel of the body, when an untrained or person who is not ready goes to high mana density places, they experience huge boost in mana that flows in the blood vessel which is not strong enough to hold or control them and then it bust out incurring internal bleeding.

"Now, let's start with self-introductions. I'm Kim Soohyuk, the instructor in charge of you all for the year."

"My ranking point is 3850. World rank 9737. By the Association's classification, I would be high-intermediate rank grade 5."

Pretty good for a teacher working in the Cube.

"I think that's enough for my introduction."

"The first day will feel special. You might not have slept due to excitement and worry, or maybe you're feeling great about being able to improve yourselves. Heh, maybe you're happy to see your crushes again."

Causing small laughter to broke out in the cadets which I also followed as I am the mob. But instructor froze his expression sternly. Which made everyone silent.

"But Cube isn't the same as it was before. I promise you, there will be no time for relationships. In Cube, you will experience several real combat situations. Look forward to experiencing how fearful the real world is."

Yes, that's what I am waiting for, those are the chance for me to act proper mob, only in the real combat situation I can show my real training which I have done millions of time the 'Mob-fu' an art that can fool anyone making me the ultimate normal mob in the public eye so I can be Shadow lord without anyone suspecting me being it. Next 3 year will be fun, I am extremely looking forward to it.

"Next, Cube is objective. The only indicator of your success will be your grade. Guilds will only look at your grade. Thus, we will grade you accurately and strictly. If you underperform, you will be held back. Statistically, less than half of Cube's cadets graduate without repeating a semester. Even then, you can only be held back up to two years. Any more than that, you will be expelled. If you can't become a Hero, you will become an agent or a mercenary. I take it that that's not what you want."

After giving the students a scare, the instructor paused and scanned the students' faces.

After watching Kim Suho, Shin Jonghak and other important character he looked at me, why the hell you are looking at me and smiling, do I know you ??, and I am nobody so don't show me your face that clearly says 'I will watch your career with great interest'. Damn you Shin Jonghak it's because of you, just you wait I will surely get my revenge.

We stand up in front of the weapon we wanted, I stood in front sword as I have only practiced the way of sword in public. I have trained many weapons, because I thought it was cool, and another reason was I got world class weapon which have the ability to shape-shift depending on the user's own thoughts and instincts, and seems to have a mind its own.

I don't know the accurate level of my weapon art but I think it maybe on good level because I haven't clashed my weapon with other master, other than the sword, spear, and gun so I don't know my exact level of my weapon combat.

"Choose carefully. Once you pick your main weapon, you won't be able to change it for at least 6 months."

"Kim Chundong, why are you standing still?" Kim Soohyuk asked.

Aa Kim Hajin, I am sure he will choose gun as the main weapon because it was only weapon that he had learn in his world and he don't want close combat which he didn't have sense of. But he is gone have his life in danger because of it, well its because of me, I sorry but I will pay you in another form.

"Kim Chundong"

There he goes to choose gun which will make his life a lot difficult. But I guess he will somehow survive with his absurd luck.
