The moment Keryu had transformed was the moment the whole Colosseum had gone completely still. Many were repulsed by his look—that was for sure. But more than that, they could feel how strong he had become. They could feel their hair standing to their end.
Many in the Colosseum were stronger than Keryu. Some were so strong that they could kill him with a snap, but still, the strange sense of crisis they felt wasn't because of his power; it was something more primal—it was as if their bodies just didn't want to go against something like that.
'Keryu is going to win.'
This was all of them could think of—no, this is what it looked like. Everyone, with paused breaths, just wanted it to end as Ben looked hard-pressed.
But it all changed the moment they saw Ben's body tremble and a single sound—the sound of someone sucking in a lot of air—was heard.
