"You've got some nerve attacking Xerek, " Ywain angrily shoved me up against the wall. " You're going to pay for that. "

Before he could attack me, a bright light shone from the sky. A white-winged man descended from the sky and made a grand entry. 

His feet touched the ground, sending Ywain flying to the other end of the garden. He carried the grace of goddess Rezelna in him. 

I looked at him in awe. An angel descended from the heavens to come and protect me. I felt favored. 

Flower petals fell from the trees and showered down on him. The one on the ground was suspended in the air to welcome him. It called for a beautiful scene. Petals of all colors danced around him appealingly.
