Xavier is a working knight in the capital, serving as one of the rear guards of the royalty. Though he is the standard model of a knight, his abilities are slightly above the expectations of a normal one. Having a better working job pay is good enough to allow his wife Kiana to be a stay-at-home wife, and with their newly born child, this makes Xavier feeling more anxious since working and traveling is longer since he had gotten hired at the new kingdom of Askana.

Kiana is a stay-at-home mother after finally retiring as a guild member of the forge. She also has a dark past as she lost many things in her life but was strong enough to bear through it all. She was self-taught and had priorities to looking after her child no matter the cost and wishes to give him the freedom they never had.
