Noragami Reincarnation(Dropped)

Where am I? oh that's right I died. Of course, I didn't die some ordinary death but an odd one to say the least. I was at home watching Noragami when a truck drove into my house and killed me but what makes this odd was the fact that I LIVE ON THE 20TH FLOOR!!! but enough about that I suppose I should try to move my body.

I tried to move my body but unfortunately, I couldn't until I looked down and understood why, I was a ball of light with no arms or legs just a ball of light. Just as I was thinking this a bright light flashed before my eyes and spoke to me.

"Hmmm well I suppose I should apologize for forgetting about you for thousands of years, but anyway I'm here to give you two options 1 reincarnate with wishes, 2 go to heaven, and 3 reincarnate with no memories"

I looked at the bright light that had since dimmed and spoke, "option 1"

"Very well, you get 2 wishes and the place you want to reincarnate"

I thought about where I wanted to reincarnate first and of course, you already know my choice.

"I want to be reincarnated in noragami, and for my first wish, I want to be a god who's a vampire, and for my second wish I want a simple system nothing fancy just a simple thing that shows my status" the next thing I heard was a snap of fingers and everything turned white.
