CHAPTER 48- YOU ALL ARE FIRED

One of the employees asked

"Certain period ?"

"Yes certain period but then I got to know what you have done."

Everyone had a sacred look on their face.

"Well why are you all standing please sit down? I have to talk to you all. "

They all got seated

"Ok let me start with my question answer. Can anyone tell me why did you joined in this company leaving other companies. You can answer one by one. And you all can be open. No need to hide even if you joined for money too. "

Ginny sat at the chair on the stage with some high posted members

Employee three - I wanted to work beacuse this company was famous.

Employee Four - I wanted to work because of reputation

Employee five -I wanted to work so that I can earn a earning

Employee six -I wanted to work so that I could marry a girl.

Employee seven -I wanted to work here beacuse of the facilty.

Employee eight- I wanted to work here for my parents.

Employee nine - I wanted to work for the good rules.

Employee ten - I wanted to work for myself.

Employee eleven - I wanted to get settle.

Employee twelve - I wanted to work here beacuse it was easy to work.

Employee thirteen - I wanted to work because I could do whatever I want.

Employee fourteen -I wanted to be respected.

Just like these the answer were said.

After they answered Ginny Asked another question.

"Okay I got it. You were here mostly for money and for the faculties that you got. Okay my next question is what facilties you all got working here. "

"We got respect "

"We got freedom"

"We got free food"

"We get holidays as much as we want. "

"We get a basketball, badminton, tennis court here. ?"

"We have a big swimming pool. "

"We can talk casually."

"On weekends we can wear whatever we want. "

"We can stay here as much as we want and can leave whenever we want. "

"We can have a room here for a while if we want. "

"We get a huge amount for the salary. "

"We can talk to you causally."

"We can have paid leaves if we want. "

"We get vouchers for spa or girls neccesties."

"We get vacation trip tickets. "

"We get birthday gifts."

"We can bring our family members here if having any family problem."

"We have the right to speak whenever needed."

"Dating is allowed. "

"We have a big restaurant down, which we usually call the cafeteria. "

"Hmm I got it, I think that much was something no company offers you. Or do they? "

"Okay so you all agree with me."

"Now I want ask Mr. Prolo to read the terms and conditions on which you were accepted in this hella company. " added Ginny smiling evily.

Mr. Prolo read the terms and conditions loudly .

"So you all get it. Now can you please tell me why did I call you all here?"

"Because we created a problem. We procrastinated. "

"Right, that's what I wanna hear. I gave you everything just to see and listen this. I will not say that I will ban all the rules and change them to new. Why for you all I should punish all? I gave you everthing thing and just asked you for work. And you all disappointed me. And as you know I already told you. What I would do if thsi happend again and you know I don't give any warnings."

They all looked at each other and in some moments.

They all were distributed by the resignation forms in which they have to sign..

"Ma'am what is this? "

"Resignation forms. "

"Why ma'am ?"

"Woah you all were get edge of bankrupting me. What did you think I would let it slide easily? I usually don't care for small things but this one was of limits."

"Sign it and leave now employees will be hired instead of you all. Thank you I don't want to say anything any more. Niether I want to listen. It's my final desicison. Please sign and leave as soon as possible. And if you want to swear at me for your mistake then please do."

Ginny said this and left.

"Why did she fired us?"

"If we made a mistake we cured it too. "

"It was our fault. You know the company was about to go bankrupt. "

"Yes thanks to MJ sir he saved us. "

"How can she just come and just fire? She don't take care of the company at all. She just come sometimes. "

"What are you gone crazy? what are you talking?"

"Yes she works alot. And don't you see this all was already written in the performa when we were hired."

"But is she is crazy. She fired 300 emplyess all at once. "

"She is not crazy. She knows that she has millions of people wanting to join her company. She can hire them anytime.

Well but then also I am thankful. Though she fired us. But she took care for us so that we can earn money. "

"Well you are right about that."

"Yes she is kind hearted though"
