CHAPTER 41 - TALK TO ME

"Noah, please hold on. Don't flee. Stop. Don't cry. You're only hurting yourself. Came back. Where are you going, Noah?"

"I don't want to talk to anyone; I want to be left alone."

"I am aware, but since you have me, speak with me."

Despite running further, Ginny managed to catch Noah. She grabbed his arm and told him to be composed.

"Okay, listen, everything is fine. Let's talk about it."

"I don't want to; I want to leave this place."

"Hear me out, Noah"

"I'd rather not"

Ginny yelled, "Shut up and listen," upset by Noah's childness.

Due to Noah's mournful expression,

"Okay, let's head up the mountain, where nobody will be able to locate us."

They both proceeded to Ginny's practise area on the hills.

They both took seats and simply gazed up at the sky. However, Ginny had an idea, so she got to her feet and invited Noah to follow suit. She moved a short distance forward, but the area was silent. There were just vast mountains and valleys visible.

"It's going to be okay," Ginny yelled as she turned to face the mountain. She yelled out loud, and then her voice returned.

She stared at Noah, who cried, "I am not fine," and as he continued, she looked at him again and yelled.

"However, there is something we can do to cheer you up."

Noah turned to face her and yelled from the mountain.

"I want quiet; I don't want to do anything."

"You cannot have peace until I am present" Ginny replied

"That what do you want me to do?" Noah asked as he gave her a look.

"Be joyful, and contact me."

"I don't want to listen to anything, so what can we talk about?"

"But you have to pay attention to me"

"How come I should?"

"Since you're my friend"

"Okay, speak; I'll listen to every word."

"That's much better."

They spoke, exchanged glances, then burst out laughing.

Both of them sat, and Ginny spoke.

"Okay, then, let me begin my lecture."
