CHAPTER 35 - GOOD JOB

Ginny got up early in the morning and showered. She stepped outside after taking a bath and getting ready to see Noah sitting on a trunk. She wondered why he woke up so early. "Noah, what are you doing waking up so early?" she wondered.

"I came for you."

"For me?"

"Your guardian actually told me that I needed to keep an eye on you. "

"That explains why they didn't wake up. Hmm, I had a naughty thought because I assumed they wouldn't find out if I didn't did my practice. But I was mistaken; they had planned ahead of time."

" Right, you are my responsibility until and unless you arrive. You can come to me for assistance with anything. I'll also do your massage."

" What? "

"Yes, I will do your massage because I am the tribe's most skilled massager as my father is elderly and has a lot of pain in his body, I massage him."

" Oh, that's fantastic. "

"Thank you," they both said, smiling. "Come on, you have to go cut the trees." Noah went on.

They both went into the jungle to fell trees.

Ginny went outside and climbed a tree. And invited Noah to join him.

They both scale the tree. They had reached the summit and were taking in the sunrise.

"It looks stunning."

"You are correct, it is very calming. I'm hoping my sister will be there as well so she can enjoy it."

"You genuinely love your sister."

"Yes, I do because she is the only one who truly understands me. I can tell her everything. Though she is introverted and rude because she does not like people ruling over her and making demands, she also likes to interact with others because we lost our mother in a fight with another tribe and she was very quiet after that incident. We showed her to our doctor, and he said she is quite traumatised and it will take time for her to regain herslf."

"Oh, you made me think of someone."

"Whom?"

"One of my friends is suffering from trauma, or as you might say, autism. Actually, she also lost her parents and her sister recently."

"That's very sad."

" Right," I say,

"Now come on, you should start practicing."

"Yes"

They both came down, and Ginny began cutting down the trees.

She cut two trees and carried them both in front of her house at the same time. Despite the fact that it was very heavy, she eventually gained balance and made it to the house.

Noah was awestruck by her strength.

Ginny cut the trees down into small blocks and distributed them to the tribes.

Noah was cheering her on like a cheerleader. Ginny laughed at his actions.

They returned and Noah assisted Ginny in hanging on the wooden wall. When Ginny was hung on the wooden wall, she began to transfer water from one bucket to another using a small bowl while doing sit ups.

The scene appeared to be surrounded by a wooden wall. On one side was a bucket full of water, and on the other was an empty bucket, and Ginny had to fill the empty bucket with water from the full bucket using a small bowl while doing sit ups.

Ginny had finished most of the bucket, but she was exhausted from doing so many sit ups. Noah encouraged her, saying there was only a little left, and when she finished the task, she immediately jumped from there and lay on the ground, taking deep breaths. She was perspiring profusely, so Noah offered her a towel. She took it, dried herself, and returned it to him. They both went to the waterfall with a tyre on Ginny's back.

When they arrived, Ginny was taken aback because the waterfall was so high, and she was worried about something, so she asked Noah, "What if there are any crocodiles in this water?"

" There will be none."

" How did you find out?"

"You never see crocodiles in clear water; they're always in muddy water."

"Oh, that means it's safe."

"Yes, it is," he said.

"What a relief."

Ginny took the jump position and was about to jump when she backed away and said, "I can't do it, it's too dangerous, what if I get hurt? I want to return alive. I can't do it."

"Don't be concerned; simply take a deep breath and jump. Consider the positive. Consider that it is not deep, and that if you fall, you will land on cotton. Imagine this and then jump." advised Noah

Ginny jumped because she was told to. Ginny let out a loud yell as she collapsed. But once she was in the water, she was glad she did, and the best part was that she enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun.

She ran up again and jumped from there. She kept doing it and enjoying herself. She also invited Noah to join her, which he gladly did. He leapt with her from there. Both of them fall into the water. Noah appeared, but he didn't notice Ginny. He called her, but she did not answer. He became frustrated and jumped into the water to look for her. When he couldn't find her, he was too scared to say anything, and Ginny was watching him from behind a large rock. She walked out and scared the hell out of him. Ginny burst out laughing when he fell into the water again. He got out of the water and was about to scold Ginny, but when he saw her laughing, he let it go and laughed with her, saying, "You really scared me. I assumed you were hurt or something. But you're laughing right now."

"Well, get used to pranks while you're with me because that's what I like to do."

" I'm hoping I don't have a heart attack."

"I hope so to. " they both laughed again.

They then proceeded to the next checkpoint. The mountain's name.

Ginny went up the mountain and discovered a single rope with no safety. Noah pulled the rope and asked her to hold it while he slid her to the centre. She has been holding the rope for 25 minutes and is now exhausted. Ginny is completely depleted of energy. She called Noah and told him she couldn't do anything else, but he simply said, "You have to if you want to save your life."

Ginny glared at him and continued after 5 minutes Ginny's hand was just struck in the air and was not coming down. She couldn't put her hand down because she had been holding it for too long. Noah assisted her in lowering her hands, and she took her tyre and returned to the house. Noah was simply admiring her efforts. Even though she didn't want to, she did it anyway. He thought it was cute. Noah complimented her, saying "Good job," to encourage her to do better. He kept her going all the way home.

She ran back to her house, fell on her bed, and immediately jumped off as she felt herself being beaten. She felt something strange when she lied on the bed, so she removed the bedsheet and saw crabs. She screamed because of the pain and let out a sign. She took the bedsheet and threw all the crabs out the window and laid down and jumped from it again. She took the other blanket and saw steel and rocks "That's what I was thinking when they didn't assign me any new tasks. They are torturing me so much. This comes after crabs. Ah..."

She was unable to do anything.

" Ah..."

She was unable to do anything and fell asleep on the bed.
