CHAPTER 17 - WRONG PICK UP

When Ginny arrived at the cafe, it was dark.

Ginny entered, but there was only silence until she noticed a small light from a lighter and saw Jordan holding a knife with her friends lying on the floor. Dead. They were dripping with blood. Jordan had cuts all over his body and his eyes were black. He appeared to be so terrifying that even the hellman would terrified of him.

Ginny yelled, and Jordan approached her and said, "Come on, we'll be happy now. There would be no one with us except you and me. If you do not want to live with me, I will make your life a living hell."

"Come with me," he said again.

Ginny approaches her friend and tries to wake them up, but no one responds, and she hears a shout. She looked around for the source of the shout. It was Aera who had the ropes. Ginny was on her way to her, but Jordan got in the way and cut Aera's neck with a knife. Blood poured down Ginny's face, and she screamed with all her might.

Propel circled around Ginny

"Look at what happened to her."

"She's sobbing."

"She's saying something."

"I believe we should wake her up; she is having a nightmare."

People in the vicinity turned on the doorknobs, waking Ginny up.

As she awoke, she began shouting the names of her friends.

People were attempting to soothe her.

She eventually came to her senses and realised it had all been a nightmare. Her friends are all right.

"What happened, Sir?" Ginny asked

"Child, you were actually sleeping in the car and screaming. When we all arrived to see what had happened, we noticed you crying and shouting in your sleep and woke you up."

"Are you okay?" asked a man. "Don't worry, it was just a nightmare." Another man expressed concern about Ginny's condition.

"I appreciate you waking me up. I would have died in my dream because it was so frightening. Something I never want to go through.?" Ginny said as a tear rolled down her cheek.

"No worries. It's okay, it was just a bad dream. Bad dreams are meant to strengthen you, so don't cry. "

"Thank you very much, sir."

"I believe you should leave and get some rest at home."

"Yes, I really need that.Thank you again."

"Don't bring it up. Be careful while diving. " the man said smiling

Ginny had left.

Before

Ginny was driving, but when the red light came, she felt sleepy and fell asleep in the car, and then she had a really bad scary dream that she would never want to see again.

When she arrived at the cafe and saw MJ and Eric working there, she thanked God that whatever she saw was all a dream; nothing was real.

When she walked into the cafe, Eric asked,

"Where were you? You said you'd return at 7:00 p.m., but it's now 10:00 p.m. What's the deal with you?"

"Calm down, I'll explain later; please give me a glass of water. I just got back from a terrifying experience."

"Here it is," MJ extended a glass of water to her.

"Thank you," Ginny said, chugging the water all at once.

"What terrifying experience?" Eric inquired.

Ginny informed them of everything that occurred at the red light.

"Aww, that's really scary. It appears that Jordan was a psycho in your dream," MJ said.

"Indeed," Ginny agreed.

"Where were you before that?" Eric inquired.

"I was at the office," Ginny replied.

"Why office?"

"Yes, something pressing came up."

"What?

"Are you familiar with Nico?"

"Of course I do."

Ginny told him of everything that occurred in the office.

"It's terrible."

"We must pick up his family and girlfriend tomorrow."

"OK, I will go," Eric said.

"We will," Ginny corrected.

"Yes, yes."

"I didn't understand anything," MJ said, perplexed.

"Listen, you don't have to understand, but if you're curious, Nico is my childhood bestfriend. When I went to Italy with my parents, I met him there, and we go to Italy every summer vacation to meet them as I love being with Nico and his siblings. They come here on occasionaly, but not frequently, because his family does not speak English and thus finds it difficult to interact with others. So he now requires my assistance to care for his family as his family might be in danger. "

"Oh, now I get it."

"Much better."

"Where are the others?" Ginny inquired.

"They were waiting for you, but you didn't show up, so they left," Eric explained.

"Oh!"

"Jordan also arrived and caused a commotion over here. He was demonstrating how protective he was of you "said MJ, impersonating Jordan.

"So, what did you do?" Ginny inquired.

"You weren't answering the phone, so we used your voice record to calm him down and assure him you're fine," Eric explained.

"Wonderful concept."

"I know "

"Shouldn't you give us a treat? For working in your place."

"Sure. Tell me what you want to eat."

"Are you a good cook?"

"She is the most talented cook I have ever seen. I'm glad no one is here because they would eat all of her food and we wouldn't get anything."

"So, since I am the best cook. So, sir, what do you want to eat? I can cook almost anything." Ginny said emphasising 'the best cook.'

Ginny went to prepare food for Eric and MJ after they told her what to eat.

Ginny made the food and called them.

"Ready. Come on, take it."

As Eric and MJ filled their mouths with food, they came to a halt and closed their eyes. And we're dedicating their souls to food.

"Stop the drama and eat it before it gets cold," Ginny advised smiling.

"It's really good."

"Your husband would be fortunate to have you as a housewife."

"He certainly would," Ginny agreed.

"You are correct; I would be extremely fortunate." MJ said by mistake as this was going on in his head.

"What ?"Ginny and Eric said in unison

"What ?" asked MJ acting like he doesn't know what happened.

"I mean your hus... Husband would be fortunate."

"Oh, I thought you said something different." said Ginny

"I had the same thought." agreed Eric

"You two are deaf."

"Whatever " both said while making a savage expression.

They finished their meals and parted ways.

Early in the morning

Dart summoned Ginny to Aera because she wants her and is crying to see her.

"Eric "I'm afraid I won't be able to come," Ginny said .

"Neither I can go. I need to get somewhere quickly," Eric explained.

"OKay, I'll ask the guards to bring them," Ginny said.

"OK, that would be fantastic."

Ginny addressed one of the guards Jack and called him.

"Can you please go to the airport and pick up someone, Jack?"

"I can, ma'am. Can you just tell me who I have to kidnap?"

"Idiot, you have to pick them up from the airport and leave them at my house . You don't have to kidnap them. "

"oh sorry ma'am. Who are they, ?"

"They are an Italian family; if you hold up a sign that says Italian family, they will recognise you. OKay."

"All right, ma'am, when do I have to pick them up?"

"I could have gone right now, but something urgent came up."

"No problem, ma'am, I'll pick them up and drop them off at your house."

"Thank you very much, Jack."

"Welcome ma'am."

Ginny went to the hospital to meet Aera after they hung up the phone.

At an airport

"Where are they? Ma'am said they'd be here until 1:30, but it's now 2:00."

He looked around for a while and noticed an Italian family. He approached them and said, "Sir, I have been dispatched to pick you up from here, so please come so that I can drop you off at your house."

"Oh sure," the family replied, thinking he was the man who had come to pick them up.

Jack dropped the family off at Ginny's. He called her and informed her that he had picked them up and that they were now at her residence. Ginny was relieved and thanked him for his assistance.

Ginny was on her way home when she received a phone call from Nico. She paired her Bluetooth with the call.

"Hello Nico,"

"Hello Ginny,"

"Did you come to pick up my family?"

"Yes, I was running late, so I asked a friend to pick them up."

"Are they with you?"

"They are, indeed, at my house."

"Well, I think you've chosen the wrong family."

"What ?"

"Yes, I just got a call from my family saying you haven't arrived yet."

"Oh my God, I'll just go home and see what happened, but how can this happen? He's brought an Italian family here."

"Perhaps there was another family as well."

"But I told him there were five. "

"It could just be a coincidence."

"I'm sorry, but I'll just go pick them up."

"It's all right. Thank you a lot."

"Don't thank me because Jack literally chose someone else."

"Hahahhahh, no problem. I'm going to hang up now."

"OK, I'll go get them."

"Hmm," the phone rang.

"Oh no, he chose someone else. How could he make such a blunder?

I believe it was my fault because I should not have sent him. I did not provide him with a picture to identify.

I need to get there quickly."

She called Jacks and asked him to return that family to their proper location. Why should he do that as he just picked them Jack wondered Ginny responded that he had chosen the wrong family. Jack apologised and said he would leave the family where they should be.

Ginny accelerated her car and drove to the airport in search of Nico's family.
