CHAPTER 13 - BASEMENT

"Will you tell me now?" MJ inquired.

" What?" Ginny inquired.

"So, why are you doing this?"

" Okay, I'll tell you, but first tell me who you came to meet. "

"His name is Deen."

"There is no one here with that name, as far as I know. I didn't see anyone named Deen when I was researching their backgrounds. Are you here to meet a ghost or what?" Ginny inquired, unsure.

"Umm..." MJ was hesitant to speak.

"You and I both have a secret. So let's just forget about each other. Tell me the truth, why you're here, "

"I'll tell you what I'm doing, and if you will tell, and if you didnt told me about your reason then you won't meddle in my business."

"All right, I'm here for David."

"We, too," Ginny added. Eric stated

"That means we have the same goal." "Let's just get started with the questions and answers," Ginny said.

"Don't ask here," MJ said.

"Then?" Eric inquired.

"Just knock him out, and we'll ask questions tomorrow. We'll keep him in a cage in the basement until then, along with the dogs. He will become terrified that he will unwittingly spill the beans. And if I don't get home on time, my friends will wonder where I went. " MJ was advised

"You are correct. But it's a good idea. I'll keep him in my basement," Ginny said.

Okay. No one other than us knows where the basement is, as it's far away from our house.

"Here is the address ." Ginny stated while giving the address to MJ

"All right, we'll meet after school," MJ said.

"No, we'll take a leave tomorrow and will meet in the basement, but to avoid suspicion, we'll go to the cafe after we finish the work, but for now, let's go to a restaurant because I'm hungry, and we'll talk about some basics there."

"Okay, I'm cool with it. I'm hungry as well."

"MJ, give your man the address; they'll drive him there and explain what to do with David." Ginny stated

MJ goes to inform the bodyguards of what will happen to David.

"All right, guys, let's go to the restaurant." Ginny stated

"This is a well-known Italian restaurant. Let's go there to eat "Eric was advised

They got to the Italian restaurant.

"Waiter "

"Yes, ma'am, what would you like?"

While winking, the waiter said.

"Oh, I think I'm going to eat your eyes. Stop flirting with me. I'm intrigued." Ginny retaliated

"Oh, so daring," Eric exclaimed.

"And savage," MJ added to Eric's description.

"I'm sorry, ma'am. "What do you want?" The waiter expressed concern about Ginny's constant glares.

"I'd like Carbonara Spaghetti and Polenta."

"I'd like Risotto and lasagne."

"I'd eat the same as her."

"All right, sir. Your order would be delivered in a few minutes." They were asked to wait by the waiter.

"Hmm"

"So, what are we going to do with him?" "I believe he is not making decisions on his own behalf," Ginny stated.

" He consults with someone before making a decision or doing anything. It's as if he's asking the person if he should do that or not," Eric explained.

"Hmm, I noticed that as well," Ginny agreed.

"Does that mean there's a real boss?" enquired MJ

"Yes, that's correct," Ginny confirmed.

"So we have to find him?" MJ inquired.

"But David is a mastermind. He will not spill the beans to easily. He is devoted to his master. Like a dog," Eric said.

"So, what should we do?" MJ inquired.

"We'll ask him some questions, but in such a way that he doesn't even realise he's telling us about the person." So we'll use plan 789," Ginny explained.

"What's that?" Eric and MJ both asked at the same time.

"We'll hit him to get him to speak. By hook or crook, I mean. He will, however, speak "Ginny stated

That would keep them safe from harm. They have no idea it was us who did it. So be cautious before saying anything in front of them." Ginny had been warned.

"Please accept this order."

"Thank you very much."

"Welcome, and please enjoy yourself."

The waiter walked away.

"That looks delectable."

"Guys, I'm not sure about that waiter," Ginny said.

"Why? "

"That waiter is very suspicious. Well, I believe he knew something about David. Because when I mentioned the name David, he looked at us. He might know something about him. We must a

Tackle him down . He can be some help." said Ginny.

"All right, if you say so."

"But how?" Ginny inquired.

"Well, he appears to enjoy flirting, so only Ginny can handle it," Eric explained.

"And how exactly?" Ginny inquired.

"Flirt with him, then put this syringe around his neck. He'd become unconscious, and we'd be able to take him to where David is. " Eric demanded

"Nice strategy."

"So why do I have to do that?" Ginny grumbled.

"Do you think I'd do that? Even though I am attractive, he will not be drawn to me. I'm not interested in him either." while smiling, Eric said

"Just keep quiet."

"You'll be fine. It'll only take a few minutes." reassured MJ

"Fine. "

"Well, Ginny, you're a great observer." Ginny was complimented by MJ

"That's obvious, I'm a ma—-, I mean a person should be on guard all the time if he's like us, with so many problems. A problem could arise from anywhere. We should be ready."

"Hmm, but you only caught him with a stare."

"Oh, I have a lot of experience."

"All right, let's execute the plan after we finish the food."

Ginny went to the waiter after they had finished their meals.

"Good day, handsome."

"Hello, lovely."

"What's your lovely name, mister?"

"This is John, pretty."

"Can you tell me your name?"

"It's Carla."

"Oh Carla, what a lovely name."

Ginny put her hand on his shoulder and said

"You look fantastic in that apron."

"Oh, thank you."

"But I believe you were preparing food." Because of the powder, your neck is filthy. Let me clean it ."

Ginny approaches his neck and inserts the syringe into his neck.

"Wait, what is that?"

He quickly lost consciousness.

"My job is finished; now put him in the car."

They did this and then drove away to their destinations. Ginny abandoned John in the basement, where David was. They were both unconscious.

"We did an outstanding job today.

You are correct."

They both returned to their homes. After they have parked their cars and weapons in the garage.

"What are you both doing here?" Edward inquired.

They were both starved.

The sudden voice startled them both. It scared them because it was late at night and no one was awake.

"Oh, actually, we went for some fresh air while studying, and then we were hungry for some Italian food, so we went to eat at a restaurant."

"Oh, at this time?" Edward wondered.

"Yes, and we also brought you something."

"That's unusual. However, thank you. Now go to bed because you have to get up early in the morning "Edward was convinced

They were both on their way to their rooms.

"Well, you know Jordan would be upset if he found out you were hanging out with me," Eric joked.

"Oh, just shut up," Ginny grumbled
