She Played You

"There you guys are." Akeem said as he walked into the sitting room with Asher and Abidemi. Both of them were sitting on opposite sides of the lowered table as they sat on the cushions. Asher was eating some flatbread and Abidemi was eating some bread and eggs. "Why didn't you eat in your rooms?"

"I wanted to go home."Asher said. Akeem sighed while he looked at Abidemi.

" I wanted to explore." Abidemi said with a shrug.

Akeem gave Abidemi a sigh before sitting down next to her. "Of course you did." He looked at her. "How is that going for you?"

"I got lost a few times. If it wasn't for a few attendees we would never have found our way to the kitchen." Abidemi said as she ate her food. Asher nodded his head as he bit into flatbread. " I had to try Asher's food to make sure it was okay."

"I still wanna go home." Asher said which made Akeem laugh.
