"Kanene. You didn't tell me that you were coming here." Shyla said as walked into her office with stacks of paperwork in her hands. Shyla looked a bit exhausted as Kanene blinked. She looked at the papers in Shyla's hands and then the developing dark circles around her eyes. "I have separate paperwork for Jamal. He's still resting."

Kanene laughed. "Really because he seems really bored now." 

Shyla groaned. "His energy is nowhere what it needs to be."

"Mother said that there is a good chance that he'll have more energy after this break." Shyla said while she walked to her desk. She placed the pile of papers on her table and sighed. "Which will be great because Akeem needs a powerful magic adviser."

Kanene frowned. "Aunt Privya said that Jamal could help you with the paperwork."

Shyla frowned. "But he needs a break. I mean I left him with all my work for a year and a half. He shouldn't worry about it so much."
