Dancing and Sweet Treats

Abidemi, Akeem, and Asher only put on their masks when they were halfway to their location.

Once they got there, Abidemi was very much surprised to see that there were so many people out and there were so many decorations up. 

The reddish clay buildings had blue and red banners all around as the sound of music played through the square. There were people singing traditional music, vendors selling goods, and children running around. The smell of street food filled Abidemi's senses as she smiled widely. 

She looked around some more to see people gathering around one place. There was a huge water fountain in the middle of the square with a statue of a woman. Most people looked as if they were praying to it while children ran around it.
