An Appropriate Punishment

The rest of the night was filled with more and more craziness. There was fighting among the two same dancers, like always. A yelling match between two jaded lovers since that usually happens. Someone was being clingy to one of the male hosts and there were a few surprised visits from other guild masters that Sol turned away.

He had a feeling why they were coming over but there was so much to do. He made a note to speak to them next time.

A few more complaints and another round of food later, everyone was exhausted.

By the last hour, Diana was much more sober but she still felt sick. She mostly lay down on the sofa armrest, moving in and out of sleep. 

Abidemi and Adeline passed out on the other sofa. Both of them had finished their share of paperwork a long time ago. Abidemi had her head on Adeline's shoulder and Adeline was resting her head on Abidemi's head.
