"Mom, you don't have to stress yourself. Mason is much better now. He can go home." Elsa assured.
"Yes, Elsa is right. I can go home." Mason supported.
Mrs. Kings caressed Elsa's face.
"I know you are the one that took care of him. You are definitely a good girlfriend." Mrs. Kings's compliment made Elsa blush.
"Anyway, I have to go now. Duty calls." Mrs. Kings stated and placed a kiss on Mason's cheek.
"I will see you at home." She added and walked away.
"Let me go and talk to the doctor about your discharge." Elsa said, attempting to walk away when Mason grasped her hand.
"Please don't go." He muttered, looking into her eyes.
"Why?" She inquired.
"I am so horny I need sex." He stated bluntly.
Elsa pulled her hand from his grip and rolled her eyes.
"Are you shameless? We are literally in the hospital and you are talking about sex." She whined.
"I can't help it. You are my girlfriend." He said, with pouted lips.
"When you have recovered, we will have sex. Sex freak." She snarled and walked out.
Mason didn't know what he was feeling, but he was feeling guilty about the whole Amber situation.
"It was not her fault, but her brother's. Why does she have to suffer? Now I won't see her face anymore." He stated, through clenched teeth.
Minutes later
Mason was discharged and was being escorted out of the hospital by Elsa.
They were walking towards his car when Xavier blocked them with his friend.
"What do you want? Move out of my way." Mason stated. irked.
"I am not going to move. Why don't you make me?" Xavier said, raising an eyebrow.
"I don't know why you like to cause trouble because of your black girlfriend." Elsa snarled.
"Shut your trap, bitch, I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to your boyfriend." Xavier snapped.
"I am not a bitch." She grumbled.
"Tell me what you want. I don't have time for your tantrums." Mason stated, glaring at him.
"It's simple. I want you to go to the principal and ask him to cancel the expulsion letter so Amber can come back to school." Xavier stated.
Mason chuckled and looked at Elsa.
"Who do you think you are to control me? God?" Mason inquired.
"I am not God, but I will make you withdraw your complaint." Xavier said, clenching his fists.
"I hope you are not trying to fight with me in my condition." Mason growled, knowing he couldn't hurt Xavier because he owns a stake in the school.
And it all started when the university was about to collapse with no money or utilities, so the King's family and also the Lugard family came together to lift the university up.
"I feel like we are doing a staring competition." Mason remarked.
"Let me show you what I can do. I don't like bluffing." Xavier said and extended his hand to his friend. He gave him a baseball bat.
"I hope you brought yours." Xavier remarked.
