Chapter 42: Royal Help

Roy unsheathes the Demonic Saber and points it at Sharp Tooth. Sharp Tooth tightens his grip on his dagger and charges forward.

"Mr. Date, get Principal Daichi to safety while Varari and I handle them!", Roy yelled before lunging himself towards Sharp Tooth.

They both clash together. Roy and Sharp Tooth are at a standstill. They both menacingly stared at each other. The 4 wolves then charge as well. About to attack Roy until 4 tentacles grab them and slam the 4 wolves on the wall. Varari slowly walks in front of the 4 wolves and points her spear. Varari then shakes her index finger at them.

"Uh uh uh. If you want to help your leader, then you got to face me first.", Varari sadistically said.

Then Varari lunges at 4 wolves. Mr. Date then opens the door and looks at the principal.

"Come on! Let's get out of here!", Mr. Date yelled.

"Sorry, but I'm not as springy as I used to.", the principal let him know.

The principal then grabs Mr. Date's hand. After that, they start running away. Principal Daichi then grabs something in his pocket to pull out a metallic pen and he clicks it twice. Another explosion happens which shakes the school once again. The principal tumbles but Mr. Date grabs his arm, preventing Principal Daichi from faceplanting the floor.

Another explosion happens in front of them, which makes them fall. Suddenly, several wolves jump into the hole that the explosion creates, holding guns and even melee weapons. Date then equips his staff and readies himself for the situation at hand.

Roy parries the dagger away, but Sharp Tooth immediately switches grip fast and thrusts his dagger on Roy's chest. Ice forms on Roy's chest, and Roy tries to move towards his right side, which makes the dagger slide on said ice, creating a slice mark on it. It doesn't pierce completely but it's almost broken through the ice.

Roy uses this opportunity to slice the wolf by swinging the Demonic Saber to the left but Sharp Tooth immediately switches grip again and blocks Roy's attack. They then quickly exchange blows. Both Roy and the black wolf go back and forth, but Sharp Tooth is obviously at an advantage. Roy knows this because Sharp Tooth is much faster than he is. So Roy pushes Sharp Tooth back and takes a breath.

'Even wielding just a dagger, he's dangerous to fight like this. His speed, agility, and tricky skills are giving him an advantage against me. This heavy sword isn't helping against his light dagger. I need to use an element that can adapt fast.', Roy thought.

Roy then breathes calmly, trying to cool himself down and calm his mind. Then water forms around the Demonic Saber.

"Water Style!", Roy yelled.

After that, Roy charges. Sharp Tooth runs towards him as well. Sharp Tooth then strikes at the ninja but Roy blocks it. However, Roy doesn't just block it, Roy counter-attacks back using some of the force that Sharp Tooth hit him with. Using the momentum that Sharp Tooth gives earlier and adding more strength on the water Demonic Saber until it comes into impact with Sharp Tooth. Sharp Tooth manages to defend himself from the coming attack and pushes Roy back. After that, Sharp Tooth jump towards Roy again, much faster than last time. Roy responds the same as well. Their weapons clash and bounce away from each other. Again and again, the Demonic Saber and the black wolf's dagger come in contact over and over again, bouncing away from one another and striking each other down. Slashes, strikes, slices, the 2 try to cut the other one down but they're both equal in strength, skill, and speed. For a few moments, they stand in the same place.

Roy then pulls back his arms to the right and swings the watery Demonic Saber to the left. Sharp Tooth brings his dagger upward and swings it downward. Their weapons crash into one another again and are locked in place. Both Roy and Sharp Tooth look at each other's eyes with sharp eyes, locked in position. After a few seconds of silence and metal-to-metal grinding, Roy then pushes Sharp Tooth back again but this time, Roy immediately launches himself towards his enemy.

"Water Style: Whirlpool!", Roy exclaimed.

Roy fully spins to the left and strikes Sharp Tooth on the right. This makes Sharp Tooth skids back again. Roy charges again and twirls to the right and hits Sharp Tooth again. Sharp Tooth is once again pushed back.

"Water Style: Waves After Waves!", Roy yelled.

The water on the Demonic Saber grew in size and Roy starts to swing his sword upward to the left and then upward to the right, doing this repeatedly and alternatively. 5 waves then appear. The waves are as tall as Roy but small in width and very sharp.

Sharp Tooth then pulls something out of his pocket. A silver bracelet that has some light blue crystals embedded in it. Sharp Tooth wears it and...

"Freeze!", Sharp Tooth yelled.

Sharp Tooth points his right arm where the silver bracelet is on and ice shoots out of his right hand, freezing the incoming waves. Roy sees this and is dumbfounded.

"So... You can't use elements without your training wheels, can you?", Roy questioned Sharp Tooth.

"That's none of your business.", Sharp Tooth responded.

Suddenly, another of those fireballs thing attacks the same room. The school shakes again. Seeing this, Sharp Tooth runs away and is going towards the roof, seemingly wanting Roy to follow him.

Roy sighs, having no choice to follow Sharp Tooth. Before chasing Sharp Tooth, Roy looks outside the hole that the fireballs made, trying to see where those huge fireballs are coming from. Roy's eyes widen in shock.

On the ground, there are several cannons, filled with red and brown crystals. The cannons are filled with fire and earth crystals. Using the earth crystals, the cannon gathers rocks and dirt from the ground, and the red crystals fire it towards the school. Another cannon launches a fiery ball somewhere in the school and the whole building shakes again. Roy closes his eyes, counting those cannons by sensing them.

"7", Roy muttered.

Roy looks at Varari. Varari seems almost to be done fighting with those 4 wolves.

"Varari! After you're done with that, take care of those things! There are only 7 of these.", Roy yelled.

After that, Roy goes in pursuit to chase Sharp Tooth. Varari then knocks down the last standing wolf and heads over to where Roy is saying. Varari then sees it.

"Cannons, huh. Well then, Mizuki let's do this!", Varari yelled.

After that, Varari jumps on the 2nd floor and lands on the ground. Varari then stabs the ground and a dark and familiar magical circle appears.

"Come forth, my Shadow Animal! Mizuki, rise and help me destroy these canons!", Varari chanted.

Then a gigantic black octopus rises and stares at the wolves with her crimson eyes. Some of the wolves see this and begin to run away from the huge tako. Mizuki then lets out a roar before charging in. One of the wolves turns their canons and points it at Mizuki. They're about to fire until a Shadow Spear interrupts the cannon by piercing the insides of it, causing the cannon to explode.

"That's 1, 6 to go.", Varari muttered.

Several wolves try to shoot down Mizuki using their guns but it's all ineffective. With 1 sweep of her tentacle, Mizuki knocks the wolves all down.

Mr. Date knocks all of the wolves down and then he looks around, trying to find the principal.

"Mr. Daichi! Where are you?", Date called the principal.

A door opens to reveal Mr. Daichi...

"Oh thank goodne-"

... Being held at gunpoint. Date then stops, trying to not get the principal killed. The wolf looks menacingly at Date. After that, Mr. Date drops his staff and then raises his hands.

"Turn around.", they said.

Mr. Date did what he was told. He turns around slowly.

"Put your hands on your hand and get on the ground.", they added.

Mr. Date slowly puts his hands on the back of his hands and carefully kneels on the ground. After that, one of the knocked-out wolves stands up, dazed.

"You. Tie him up.", they ordered and threw a rope.

The dazed wolf then raises his head and catches the rope. They slowly get their focus back and approach Mr. Date. The wolf then ties Mr. Date's hands tightly, making sure it won't be easy to free those hands.

"So...are you going to kill us now?", Mr. Date boldly asked.

"I will if you misbehave.", a click can be heard.

This click comes from the gun that is pointing in the principal's head.

"Now, make him stand up. We're bringing both of them back to base.", they ordered.

The other wolf does what they're told and started pulling Date to stand up.

"You, grab a gun and point it at him.", they ordered again.

The wolf looks around to see a shotgun lying on the ground. The wolf silently grabs the gun and aims it at Date.

"Start walking.", they threatened.

Mr. Date starts walking slowly. The wolf, however, isn't following Mr. Date. Date notices this and keeps a mental note of this.

"Follow him but make sure he doesn't make any sudden movements. If he does, shoot him.", they added.

The wolf then starts to follow Date after the other wolf orders them. The principal and the wolf holding him hostage start walking as well. Mr. Date sees this and thinks of something and he asks.

"So, is this person behind me mind controlled?", Mr. Date asked.

"...", they said nothing.

"Stop!", Mr. Date yelled.

Date slowly turns around, still walking, to see the wolf still following him. It doesn't work. The wolf is still following Mr. Date while pointing the shotgun at him.

"You can't order them, now turn around or else...", they made their gun and the principal's head contact.

Mr. Date then turns around, walking slowly but then Date thinks of something and asks another question.

"Does it have to do with your mask? Is that why you can order them but I can't?", Mr. Date asked again.

"...", they were silent again.

Unfortunately for them, that silence is loud and clear for both Mr. Date and Principal Daichi. Both the principal and Date now know that the mask that they're wearing can control their mind-controlled victims.

Suddenly, the school starts shaking again. This time, it's below them. The ground starts to fall apart, which makes Date act quickly. Date jumps over his arms to put his tied-up hands in front of his body. After that, Mr. Date kicks the shotgun out of the mind-controlled wolf and blows a high gust of wind which pushes the principal and the 2 wolves back.

The victim wolf slides to the ground while their superior wolf and the principal slammed into the corner of the wall. Since the superior wolf is behind the principal, they feel more pain from the impact than the principal. They both fall to the ground, feeling winded at the impact. The ground that Mr. Date is standing on starts to crumble. So Date tries to run towards the principal but he isn't fast enough and he falls.

"AAHHHH!!!-Huh?!"

Until the principal manages to grab on to Mr. Date's tied-up hands but Principal Daichi isn't strong enough to pull him up.

"Untie me!", Mr. Date yelled.

The principal does his best to at least make the rope around his hands lose. Principal Daichi does and soon Mr. Date pulls out his left hand and points it downward. After pointing his free hand below, Mr. Date releases a huge amount of wind which helps him float a bit. The principal barely pulls Mr. Date out of it and pulls him to safety. They both lay on the ground for a few seconds to take a break and breath. Mr. Date then starts to stand up, until the superior wolf from earlier grabs the Principal again. They make the principal their hostage again.

"Stay back!", they threatened.

Pointing the gun at the principal's head again. Date slowly stands up and raises his hands and then he looks at them.

"The moment I do this, get away from them and punch him in the face.", Mr. Date said.

"What?", the wolf was confused.

Mr. Date blows a small wind targeting the wolf's handgun. This made the wolf's grip weaken due to surprise. The principal then knocks the gun away and punches the wolf in the face.

"Guh!", the wolf groaned in pain.

However, it isn't over yet. Mr. Date does a follow-up attack, jumping in the air and double kicking the wolf, which causes the wolf to fly off and hit a wall again, knocking them out.

"That punch reminded me of my days in high school. Good ole days...", the principal muttered.

The other wolf, the mind-controlled one, starts to stand up. Then they search for something and soon lock their eyes on a shotgun, laying on the ground. After that, they sprint towards it. Mr. Date sees this and tries to stop them by trying to get the gun, but he's too far away from it. Date tries to dive and get the gun but the wolf manages to quickly get it and moves away from Mr. Date. Diving is a mistake and makes Date vulnerable which gives the mind-controlled wolf an opening for a few seconds. A few seconds is all the wolf needs. They cock their gun, aims at Date who is still on the ground and-

"Stop!", the principal yelled.

They suddenly stop. Mr. Date stands up and looks over to the principal, seeing Principal Daichi wearing a wear wolf mask. After that, Date looks over to the unconscious wolf, to see that their mask has been taken by the principal.

"Drop the gun.", Principal Daichi ordered.

The wolf follows the principal's order and drops its gun.

"Seems like you're in control, Mr. Daichi.", Date commented.

"It seems that I am. Let me try this... Find others like you and tell them to bring themselves as well as yourself to safety. If they're unconscious then carry them. This is an order that cannot be refused.", the principal ordered absolutely.

The wolf then turns around and starts running in a certain direction.

"Seems like we sort of deal with that. Now, let's get you out of here, Mr. Daichi. No offense but...", Date discontinued.

"I know, I know. I'm too old to fight. I'm not as springy as I was back in my hay days.", Principal Daichi added.

Mr. Date and Principal Daichi start running towards the exit until a cannon burst through a wall. An intact cannon breaks through the wall, not another fireball. They both immediately stop when they see that. Mr. Date sees this and is curious enough to look through the burst wall to where this cannon comes from.

"Hahahahahaha! None of you are as strong as us!", Varari sadistically commented.

Mizuki roars loudly and starts sweeping the wolves using her huge tentacles. The principal has gotten curious enough and looks over the destruction as well.

"It looks like I made the right choice hiring her.", Principal Daichi commented.

"I think you did, sir.", Date agreed.

Suddenly, a wolf below sees the principal and Mr. Date, standing there by the broken wall and spectating the battlefield.

"Get them!", they ordered.

"Uh oh.", Mr. Date responded.

After that, several wolves charges in. Mr. Date backs away and pushes the principal back as well. Date grabs his staff and prepares himself for another battle. Until A metallic boot kicks one of the wolves in the head coming from the busted wall, knocking them down in one go.

The rest of the wolves look over behind them. The strange person then unsheathes their sword. The moonlight coming from the general direction behind them shines down on the sword, revealing a golden glow. Mr. Date sees this and is confused but soon recognizes them.

"Wait... You are-"

Roy lands on the roof of the school and then he slowly stands up. Roy looks over to Sharp Tooth, who seems to be waiting for him. Roy slowly walks towards Sharp Tooth. Sharp Tooth just stands there, brandishing his dagger.

"You know, I was thinking... We aren't that different from each other.", Sharp Tooth said.

Roy then stops, wondering what Sharp Tooth means by that.

"I heard that you escape your village along with your little siblings. If that's the case, shouldn't at least one of them be with you. Unless you're doing this to protect them, aren't you?", Sharp Tooth questioned Roy.

Roy doesn't answer and is silent. However, Sharp Tooth continues.

"The reason why we both do something this dangerous is to protect the thing we wanted to protect. Yours, your family and mine, this country. We go through such lengths to keep them safe, don't we?", Sharp Tooth pointed out.

"What's your point?", Roy interrupted.

"My point...is that I am giving you one last chance to join us. If you do, I swear, your family will be safe.", Sharp Tooth struck a deal again.

"My family has already been safe until you came along.", Roy refuted.

"Listen, Roy, I am not the danger! The one you're protecting is. The British Empire might try to take over the world again!", Sharp Tooth angrily retorts.

"Then why did you attack the school? Attack us?! Couldn't you just think that doing that will make me think that you're my enemy rather than an ally?", Roy logically asked.

"The reason why I attacked the school was.... This....doesn't make any sense-Why did I attack the school?", Sharp Tooth asked himself.

"See! You're crazy enough to think that attacking this place will benefit us all.", Roy replied harshly.

Sharp Tooth then clenches his head and is having trouble steadying his breath.

"Something is wrong! Why-why did I do this?! Argh! My head!!", Sharp Tooth screamed in pain.

"It's because you're paranoid that the Cold Eclipse might happen again.", Roy answered his question.

"Grrrr!!! If you're not going to help us, then let's end this!", Sharp Tooth angrily said.

Sharp Tooth then pulls out a golden bracelet that has red crystals on it. After that, Sharp Tooth puts it on his left arm but he isn't done though. Sharp Tooth then pulls out another dagger. Now he's dual-wielding. The dagger on his right emits ice while the dagger on his left was engulfed in flame.

Roy sees this and went to his battle stance, clenching both his hands in the Demonic Saber. Lightning begins to show on the sword. As well as his body. Then Roy charges in full speed. Sharp Tooth blocks Roy's attack by crossing his daggers but is pushed back significantly, skidding back on the roof.

Sharp Tooth pushes back and begins to attack. Roy swipes the fiery dagger away but left out the icy one. Sharp Tooth thrust his Icy Dagger towards Roy, but Roy blocks it using his armor on his right arm, where he's holding the Demonic Saber. Roy's left-hand lets go of the Demonic Saber, leaving his right hand to hold his sword. Unfortunately, the armor cracks. So Roy puts his arm on an angle which the Icy dagger slides off. After that, Roy punches Sharp Tooth on the stomach using his free left hand which backs the black wolf off. Before the wolf does back off, Sharp Tooth swings his Fiery dagger that it manages to scratch Roy's right cheek. Sharp Tooth then flies off.

The 2 of them back away from each other. Sharp Tooth clenches his stomach. Roy touches the wound on his right cheek. Sharp Tooth powers through the pain and continues. Roy heals the cut and goes back to the fight.

Roy and Sharp Tooth clashes with each other once more. Their weapons bounce off each other whenever they all get in contact. Again, both Roy and Sharp Tooth are at a standstill. Roy's sword gets the advantage of strength and reachability while Sharp Tooth gets the advantage of speed and combos.

Roy then switches his element to air and blows a gust of wind towards Sharp Tooth, which makes the black wolf fall flat. Roy jumps and tries to pierce Sharp Tooth, but Sharp Tooth fires a ball of fire and an icy blast at Roy. Roy blocks the fireball using one of the armor on his left arm but sets him off course, causing him to miss Sharp Tooth completely. The icy blast only freezes the Demonic Saber. Roy lands back on the ground. Sharp Tooth manages to stand right back up. Then they both face each other.

"I heard that the Ultimate Ninja has a technique that makes him strong almost immediately. The question is, why aren't you using it?", Sharp Tooth questioned Roy.

Roy is silent after hearing Sharp Tooth's question. Roy then remembers last night, battling the wolves using Determination Drive and then facing Big Fur.

"That's because I don't need it at this moment. Maybe if I didn't have to use Determination Drive on those wolves and waste my stamina, maybe I could have defeated him...", Roy said.

Then Roy tightens his grip on the Demonic Saber. The ice that was on it began to melt. A fire begins to engulf the Demonic Saber. Roy looks at Sharp Tooth with steel eyes.

"I'm not going to make the same mistake twice. Flame Style: Mega Slash!", Roy yelled.

Roy then swing his fiery Demonic Saber horizontally, which let out a huge Fiery Slash. It then zooms towards Sharp Tooth. Sharp Tooth jumps it, dodging it completely. However, Roy jumps towards Sharp after he launches the Mega Slash. Both Roy and Sharp Tooth are now inches away from each other. Roy's sword then goes earthly.

"Earth Style: Stone Strike!", Roy exclaimed.

Roy strikes Sharp Tooth. Sharp Tooth blocks it by crossing his daggers but he is slammed against the roof of the school, creating a crater on the spot where he crashes. Roy then smoothly lands on the roof, looking over his enemy. Sharp Tooth struggles to stand up after dealing such a blow, but he stands up, nonetheless.

"It's painfully obvious who's the strongest here. Leave now and never show yourself ever again.", Roy tries to spare him.

"Woah woah woah. I didn't know the Ultimate Ninja has mercy. I heard that he has killed many of his enemies before. Even innocent bystanders who were just there at the wrong time and in the wrong place.", Sharp Tooth reminded Roy.

Roy gets angry, bringing up his past and reminding him of the deeds he has done. For sure, Roy is provoked.

But...Roy soon remembers something.

"Let me ask you this, Roy-boy. What is the secret of calming yourself down whenever you're angry?", Bakin asked.

Little Roy doesn't know what to say, so he stays quiet and shakes his head, signaling that he doesn't know.

"I'll tell you the secret. The secret... is breathing.", Bakin said.

Then Bakin begins breathing. Bakin breathes in and breathes out. Bakin inhales, then he exhales.

"Return to the basics of life, which is breath. Without it, there would be no life. So it is important to breathe every now and then. Breathe if you want to calm yourself down. As well as clearing your thoughts that may distract you, understand?", Bakin explained.

Roy breathes deeply, steadying his breathing. Roy manages to calm himself down.

"My past is none of your business. What's important is the now, are you going to leave?", Roy asked again.

Suddenly, Sharp Tooth grabs something underneath his clothing, revealing a small green crystal that acts as a pendant. Sharp Tooth holds it tightly and it glows, healing Sharp Tooth back to 100%.

"I leave when I die.", Sharp Tooth said.

Sharp Tooth then charges at Roy. Sharp Tooth switches his grip on his right hand which he's holding the Fiery dagger. After that, the black wolf begins twirling to the left, spinning over and over again.

Roy struggles to defend himself against this attack. Against Sharp Tooth's flurries of attack. Sharp Tooth locks his daggers on the Demonic Saber and pushes Roy back.

This made Roy fall on his back. Roy is about to stand right back up until Sharp Tooth's foot stomps on him, preventing him from moving. Roy is pinned to the ground while Sharp Tooth stands strong.

A shadow covers Roy. Sharp Tooth's shadow. This is because of the moonlight above both of them. Roy looks at the shadow and looks back at Sharp Tooth. Sharp Tooth switches his grips on both daggers. About to pierce Roy.

"Your arrogance for underestimating is the cause...of YOUR DEATH!!!", Sharp Tooth yelled.

Sharp Tooth swings his daggers downward. to only pierce the roof of the school.

"What?!", Sharp Tooth was shocked.

Sharp Tooth is shocked to see half of Roy's body gone. Suddenly, two hands come out of the ground and grab both arms of Sharp Tooth. It's Roy's hands. After that, Roy spread Sharp Tooth's arms wide open. Roy's face shows out of the shadow along with the rest of his body. Roy then headbutts Sharp Tooth which makes the black wolf fall back. Roy quickly stands right back up and grabs the Demonic Saber. Holding it tightly, wind flows around the sword and...

"Wind Style: Repel!", Roy exclaimed.

Roy shoves the sword in front of him which blows a strong gust of wind towards Sharp Tooth and launches the black wolf off the roof. Sharp Tooth quickly uses his right dagger to blast him back on the opposite side. Sharp Tooth barely grabs the edge of the roof and climbs himself back.

"Damn you... Damn you!!", Sharp Tooth charges Roy again.

Roy prepares himself to block Sharp Tooth's attack. Until a golden sword blocks it before him. Then that same golden sword pushes Sharp Tooth. Roy is surprised to see him here. Sharp Tooth backflips to recover. The black wolf then looks over to the one who interrupts their battle to see him here.

"How are you doing in this night, gentlemen?", Prince Graysen entered the scene.

Prince Graysen is wearing his golden armor. The same ones Roy sees in the Theme Park, holding the very same golden sword called "Excalibur". Sharp Tooth utters a noise in sheet anger, not saying anything at all.

Roy then hears noises from below to see many knights fighting the wolves. Seems like backup has arrived. The prince then looks behind him and looks at Roy with a warm smile.

"Did ya click the pen twice?", the prince asked.

"No, I didn't.", Roy answered.

"Well, it must be the principal... Anyway... It seems like you already got this handle before I even came here.

How about we stop him both?", Prince Graysen looks at Sharp Tooth.

Roy walks a little bit and stops. Now, the Golden Knight and the Ultimate Ninja will face Sharp Tooth. Sharp tooth seems like his 10 seconds away to retreat until he stops and clenches his head. Seemingly in pain.

"Ugh!... My head!!", Sharp Tooth yelled.

Roy is confused at this but steels himself. Sharp Tooth then stops and tightly holds the daggers. The ice and fire emit much stronger than before. Roy holds his Demonic Saber with 2 hands. Prince Graysen gets to a stance while holding Excalibur with 1 hand. They both prepare each other for the incoming attack.

Sharp Tooth lunges at them with a battle cry. The black wolf then jumps and crashes at both of them. The Demonic Saber and Excalibur are blocking the daggers. Then they both push Sharp Tooth back. Roy runs ahead and the prince follows him. Roy strikes first and then the prince. They slowly push Sharp Tooth off the roof, repeating this pattern over and over again.

Until Sharp Tooth thrust both daggers in front of them. Fire and Ice release from those things, blasting like an energy beam. The prince puts a magical barrier to protect himself. Roy, who is in the middle between Prince Graysen and Sharp Tooth, drops to the ground and slides past the fiery and icy beam. Roy then swings the Demonic Saber upwards, hitting the 2 daggers and making Sharp Tooth lose both of them. Roy then kicks Sharp Tooth back, giving a chance for the prince to attack. Prince Graysen sees this and puts down his barrier. The prince charges in, holding Excalibur strongly and...

SWHING!!!

Slices Sharp Tooth's head off. Roy's eyes widen in shock, he isn't expecting that the prince would do this. Both the body and the head fall off the roof, thumping when they crash on the ground. The prince shakes off the blood on Excalibur and walks towards Roy, who's still laying on the ground. Prince Graysen gives Roy a hand. Roy reluctantly grabs it and stands up. Roy doesn't approve of what happened just now. though he understands why the prince does it. Roy is just glad it isn't him that kills Sharp Tooth.

"You good, mate?", Prince Graysen places a hand on Roy's shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm good.", Roy brushed it off.

Roy brushes it off easily because this isn't the first time he sees someone die in front of him.

"I have some questions for you though, but that might wait. I need to go check the others if they're fine.", Roy turns around.

"Oh! Do you mean the principal, Mr. Date, and Kage-senpai? They're being healed by my medics. Follow me.", Prince Graysen remembered.

Roy stops and sighs. After that, Roy follows the prince.

Just as Roy is told, they're being treated underneath a tent. Roy sighs in relief seeing them alright. Both Prince Graysen and Roy approach them. Varari sees Roy and quickly smiles.

"As I said, Sharp Tooth is no match for my Roy. You have nothing to worry about, Mr. Date.", Varari said.

"Yeah yeah... I shouldn't have. He is the Ultimate Ninja after all.", Mr. Date replied.

Roy groans in pain hearing that name again but he brushes it off again. Roy then crosses his arms and looks at the principal.

"What are you going to do now, principal? The school is in a bad shape for tomorrow's class.", Roy asked.

"I'm gonna have to make up an excuse like pipes exploding within the school. After that, there would probably be no school for more than a month. I have to fix this place, of course.", Principal Daichi answered.

"Well, at the very least, I won't have to worry about an upcoming test next week. Though don't mind me asking this, but is he a ninja?", Roy pointed towards the prince beside him.

"No. I'm not a ninja, bruv. More or so a Divine Knight.", Prince Graysen answered the question.

Roy then looks around to see several knights taking care of the victims of the Freedom Fangs' mind control.

"They're knights as well?", Roy asked.

"Certainly. We all came from Britain after all.", Prince Graysen replied.

Roy sighs hearing all this.

"At the very least, you're on our side.", Roy said.

"You got that right! The Freedom Fangs are a menace to both countries. I mean look at them.", Prince Graysen pointed at the victims.

"They were mind-controlled, used to their advantage. That's unforgivable! This is why both countries must work together to fight off this enemy.", the prince added.

Roy nods in agreement.

"Thanks for helping us, by the way.", Roy thanked him.

"As I said before, we're in this as much as you are. We have your back as long as you have ours.", Prince Graysen reminded.

Prince Graysen extends his hand towards.

"We will. That's a promise.", Roy promised.

Roy grabs his hand and shakes it, agreeing to help each other out from now on.

Roy is jumping from rooftop to rooftop, heading back home after doing his job, but then, Roy senses someone familiar at this time. Roy stops and looks over in that general direction to see a man with a gray hoodie on.

Roy quickly jumps over there, landing in front of them. The guy flinches back but relaxes after seeing Roy. Roy then recognizes the man.

"Alvin?", Roy called out.
