Nadine lay down with a grin of pain, massaging her ankles. She tried to treat the pain in her ankles, but many times she tried to massage them herself to no avail. Now his ankles looked red. Gilang sat on the edge of the bed. Nadine's face was happy to see Gilang's face, and a pair of eyes could not leave Gilang's hands holding his ankles.
"What are you going to do with my ankle?" asked Nadine.
Gilang was silent while holding Nadine's ankle. "Au...!, Gilang hurts!" shrieked Nadine. Gilang didn't care about the pain that Nadine was feeling; he immediately turned Nadine's ankle. Nadine's face seemed to be enduring the pain, and she tried to let go of Gilang's hand, but Gilang didn't care. Suddenly, Gilang jerked the soles of Nadine's feet.
Tracks! was the sound of Nadine's ankle joint returning to its position.
"Ow…!" Nadine's screams coincided with the sound of the ankle bones aligning properly. Gilang immediately stood, looking at Nadine's face.
"Try walking," Gilang said.
Nadine twisted her ankle. "Strange... it doesn't hurt anymore," thought Nadine.
Nadine got off the bed and slowly stepped onto the floor of the room. A smile tugged at his face. "It doesn't hurt anymore!" Nadine shouted as she walked up and down.
"Thank you, Gilang; I love you," Nadine said spontaneously, and then her face looked embarrassed.
Gilang smiled. "I'm going to take a shower; after taking a shower, I'll look for food around here." Gilang blushed after hearing Nadine's words.
Nadine's face was flat, looking at Gilang. "You don't like me?" asked Nadine in a spoiled voice, and Gilang shook his head.
"Thanks, then I'll call you honey. Won't you get mad if I call you honey?" asked Nadine. Her beautiful, sparkling eyes tried to seduce Gilang, and Nadine didn't want to hide her feelings for Gilang anymore.
"I'm not angry, but I'm afraid your boyfriend is angry."
Nadine shook her head, then she dared to hug Gilang's waist while saying in a spoiled voice, "I've never had a boyfriend like you... I don't know why I suddenly fell in love with you." Nadine told the truth to Gilang, but Gilang's forehead wrinkled, and then he replied, "Our religion is different, miss; we can't possibly be together."
Nadine held Gilang's cheeks and immediately kissed Gilang's lips without feeling awkward. She proved that she loved Gilang and that there was no reason for different religions and beliefs.
Gilang's eyes opened wide as he saw Nadine's eyes closed tightly and saw Nadine enjoying a kiss with him. His face scrunched up; he didn't know what to say. Love came too quickly to stab Nadine's heart. Elina's words were recalled by Gilang. Elina said that Nadine's religion was Catholic.
Nadine released her lips from Gilang's lips, she said in a low voice in front of Gilang's lips.
"I'm already Muslim; when I was little, my religion was indeed Catholic; there is no word for different religion anymore, Gilang."
"Is what you say true?" asked Gilang, who immediately changed his mind. Gilang was relieved to hear that Nadine's religion was the same as his and that there was a way for them to unite in a more serious relationship.
Nadine kissed Gilang's lips again; she answered with a kiss to make sure she had faith in Gilang.
Gilang closed his eyes and enjoyed their kiss.
A few moments later, they released their lips and gave each other a beautiful smile.
"I'm going to the bar tonight. I want to de-stress," Nadine said.
Gilang invited Nadine to sit on the bed, and they faced each other. "It's better not to be drunk, just to waste your mind for a moment. I want you to be a sweet girl, not naughty," Gilang advised Nadine, but Nadine smiled at Gilang instead.
The corners of Nadine's lips lifted, showing a pair of dimples, her eyeballs circling above the bedroom ceiling.
"Ahem!" Nadine cleared her throat as she turned to Gilang.
"Do you have feelings for me? Be honest, do you love me?" asked Nadine.
Gilang's eyebrows flinched. "Yes, I care for and love you," said Gilang. Finally, Gilang's heart had to melt with Nadine's love. Nadine's life story broke his heart, so he fell in love with her. "I will replace your father to protect and love you; you can express feelings of sorrow to me," Gilang said in a flat voice.
Nadine blushed at Gilang's words. "Thank you, Gilang; I don't feel sad anymore." Answer Nadine.
"You don't need to be sad; I'm always beside you," Gilang answered while stroking Nadine's face.
He stood up from his seat. "I want to take a shower," Gilang said, stopping the intimate conversation with Nadine.
Nadine could not resist Gilang's desire. "Can I take a shower with you?" asked Nadine with a spoiled wink.
"No, we're not married yet; do you take a shower first?" Gilang said to Nadine
Nadine's head shook. "You go first," said Nadine while smiling, and Gilang smiled too. Then he walked to the bathroom.
Nadine looks very happy; her love is not one-sided; Gilang loves himself too; and his heart is filled with flowers as he watches Gilang's back enter the bathroom.
"Gilang deserves to be my boyfriend; it's up to people what to say about Gilang; I don't care; I fell in love with my driver," thought Nadine.
Suddenly, Nadine moved from her place, her eyes fixed on the watch on the Pantry table. She hurriedly took a men's watch that was lying on the Pantry table.
Nadine held Gilang's watch while looking carefully, then she clutched the watch's weight. "I believe this is a genuine Rolex watch. Who is Gilang? A driver has an expensive watch; did CEO Ratna give it to him?" Nadine thought while putting Gilang's watch back in its place, and she glanced at Gilang's cell phone next to the watch.
"The newest iPhone—oh my god, who is Gilang?" Nadine is increasingly confused by Gilang's personal belongings, which are classified as luxury goods.
Nadine's curiosity increased; she checked Gilang's clothes, and her eyebrows twitched. "Fancy mobile phones, luxury watches, expensive perfumes, and premium brand clothes I'm sure Gilang is not just a driver. Is he having an affair with Mrs. Ratna? She stopped working because Mrs. Ratna's husband caught her cheating on her; that could be it." Nadine's mind started thinking negatively and wondering about Gilang's identity.
"I have to find out the relationship between Gilang and Mrs. Ratna," Nadine said to herself. Suspicion began to ambush Nadine's mind. Gilang has not completely disguised himself. Some premium personal items are not easily owned by a private driver with a low salary.
A few moments later, Gilang came out of the bathroom. His face looked fresh, without any suspicion. While Nadine's attitude is still mediocre. Shows no change in attitude.
"I'm going to take a shower first. You can't go anywhere; wait for me to finish, honey." Nadine immediately got up from her place, and then she kissed Gilang's cheek.
"Okay. I'll wait for you to finish bathing." Answer Gill.
Nadine prepared a change of clothes. She rushed to the bathroom. Gilang sat on a chair, playing on his cell phone. Read incoming messages that have not been read by him.
30 minutes passed. Gilang's face looks serious as he reads the incoming message. Not realizing that Nadine was standing in front of him. "Ahem." Nadine cleared her throat. Seriously, Boss," Nadine said, wearing a light brown casual dress.
Gilang's face turned pale. Beads of sweat formed on his forehead.
Nadine squatted in front of Gilang, both hands holding Gilang's knees. Her eyes widen. "Don't lie to me; tell me the truth. I don't care about your past; are you having an affair with Mrs. Ratna?" asked Nadine, unable to contain her curiosity.
A blush crossed Gilang's face. "Crazy!" Gilang screamed; he was very surprised to hear Nadine's question, "Miss Ratna, my mother!" Gilang replied spontaneously; his secret was released, and he hastily corrected his words: "I mean, Bu Ratna, I have considered her my mother."
Nadine's face pouted. "Really? Not Mrs. Ratna's biological child? Are you a rich man's child? Just be honest with me. Your watch, cellphone, perfume, and clothes are proof that you are a rich man's child!" said Nadine, pointing to Gilang's personal belongings.
Gilang's eyes quickly blinked. "Yes. Mr. Yongki gave it as a gift when I quit my job because I wanted to study abroad at that time, but my visa was refused, and I was embarrassed to go back to work with them." Gilang answered, and he had to lie again to Nadine.
"I see Gilang's eyes don't lie." Though Nadine smiled after hearing Gilang's explanation that made sense, she got up from squatting and then sat on Gilang's lap while wrapping her arms around the back of Gilang's neck tenderly and spoiled. Nadine's heart was now calm.
Gill's face looked calm. "I'm not a bad guy; you're my first girl; I've been busy working and studying," Gilang said, dismissing Nadine's suspicions.
"You are my first man; I'm afraid to fall in love; I'm too afraid to be hurt!" Nadine exclaimed.
Gilang shook his head. "I'm a loyal type of guy; don't worry, you will be the only one in my heart." Gilang replied, making Nadine's face blush. "Is your word able to be held?" asked Nadine while stroking Gilang's hair.
"I swear! I want to have a serious relationship with you; I have no intention of playing with your heart." Gilang promises in a serious tone that this time he has fallen in love with Nadine.
Nadine hugged Gilang tightly. "Hu.." Nadine let out a long breath. "I'm afraid you hurt my feelings. I find it hard to fall in love and hard to forget love. You have to understand," Nadine said in a soft voice next to Gilang's ear.
"I'm sorry, I love you too much," Nadine replied while letting go of her hug. "I understand and won't hurt your feelings," Gilang replied.
Nadine stood up from Gilang's lap when she saw her high-heeled shoes. "I have no shoes to go out with you," said Nadine. Then he took off a pair of shoes with a sad face.
Gilang took the high-heeled shoes from Nadine's hands, then he immediately broke the heels of both shoes and said, "They can be used again." Gilang said while returning Nadine's shoes.
Nadine sat on the edge of the bed, trying on high heels without heels. Gilang smiled at Nadine. "How? Is it comfortable to wear?" asked Gilan.
"You're a genius; thanks, honey," replied Nadine while standing up and walking back and forth.
Nadine's eyes looked cheerful. "Let's go now! I know you must be hungry." Nadine asked while pulling Gilang's hand.
He couldn't refuse Nadine's invitation; he was hungry. He stood up from his seat, but Nadine didn't want to walk yet; she stood looking into Gilang's eyes.
"Remember! You can't escape from me. Because you've already kissed me. Hold my body!" Nadine exclaimed while turning her head and staring at the bedroom door. Nadine secretly smiled to herself.
Gilang's face was expressionless. "Why should I leave you? This will never happen in our relationship." Gilang replied.
Nadine turned her face toward Gilang. His smile widened. "I'm just kidding, Gilang. I trust you anyway," said Nadine.
Gilang sighed. Nadine's soft voice stunned him, and the situation, which had been tense again, melted.
"Let's go now. I'm very hungry." Gilang said
Nadine winked. "Hold my hand, honey," said Nadine, and Gilang took Nadine's hand.
"Haha.." Nadine laughed out loud when she saw Gilang's stiff face walking beside her.
They walked out of the Villa together, along the Villa's footpath, towards the outer gate.
