Just at that moment, a massive grey skeleton in torn rags appeared out from the mist, in its hand was a massive rusted blade with a purple glow on it as it made its way toward the two.

*Bam bam bam!!!*

The skeleton was desiccated, as its skin hugged the bones tightly, looking a skeleton model with a layer of skin draped upon it.

It raised its massive chopping blade, as a black heart silhouette appeared in its chest. At that very instant, the meter-long blade slammed down with brutal force.

*Baaammm!!*

The ruined blade crashed down rapidly toward the old man's face. And if he was to be hit by it, he would undoubtedly be split into two.

However, strangely enough, the blade suddenly stopped midair, just barely an inch away from the old man's forehead.
