Sonya follow him inside and realized its a chicken restaurant. she she has been craving for some chicken since day before yesterday and she only told handsome man, her online friend about it so she was surprised that Maxwell bought her to eat here. they were taken to a quiet seat and the dishes were served. they were all chicken dishes like chicken soup etc. "do you order for this" she asked. "yes, is there anything that is not to your liking among them" he replied" "no is not that" "if there is anything else you want just order it" Sonya nod her head. "this is everything she has been craving to eat" she thought. "but eating this might make me owe him, should i just tell him am not hungry? wait that wont do. i don't even know when i will get the money to be able to buy this and am so hungry" she was lost in thought. "don't worry you wont owe me anything by eating this and am sure you've not eaten dinner yet" he said to her as if reading her thoughts. she look at him and smile nervously. "did she make it that obvious for him to see through her" she thought and start to eat. after eating for awhile she realized that Maxwell was not eating anything and asked him why. "you still don't know my name do you?" he asked her instead. "why will he ask me that?" she thought. "you think too much" he said and tap her on the head. "just answer my question" Sonya stopped eating. "Maxwell Hart. the CEO of the Hart group of company" she replied. "apart from that what else do you know?" she look up at him with an expression that says what else do you want me to know. they both stare at each other. for a second Sonya thought she has seen him somewhere before now but she quickly discard it. she just came from country Z about a week ago and he is the richest man in country X, is not possible for her to know him. she looked at the table and realized she has almost finished the whole food she stopped eating and she drank some water. "am full" she said to Maxwell who was busy on his phone. "okay lets leave then" he replied and kept his phone in his pocket and stood up to leave. "what about the recording" Sonya said still sitting down. "we can do that in the car" he said and walk forward to pay the bills. "that's true, there was no need to come at all. looks like he bought her here on purpose" she thought and continued walking. "but why will he bring me here just to eat? could there be another motive behind it, but he does not look like the type" she continue thinking without knowing she has stopped walking. "are you going to keep standing there?" he said interrupting her thoughts. "lets go" he said and held the door for her. "where is he going to take me? is it really okay for me to enter the car with him? but he's Evelyn brother he cant do something bad to me right, maybe i should just tell him that i will send him my statement later" Maxwell sighed. "you think too much. am not trying to do anything to you, if i have plans for that i will have done that already" he said as if reading her thought and remembered that she thought the same about him when they met for the first time. "what do you mean? i wasn't thinking about anything like that" she said to defend herself. "is he a mind reader" "i know you are thinking about why i bought you here, its just to thank you for helping my sister" he explained to her. Sonya faked a smile and walk pass him to enter the car. Maxwell close the door and also join her. he took out a recording device and came it to her. she took it and starts recording what she knows about it, when she finished she handed it back to him. "do you know any other thing about their relationship?" he ask has he collects it from her. Sonya wondered what he was talking about and gets that he meant Evelyn and zayn relationship. "i don't really know a lot about it but according to what loveth told me they dated for about one year and they broke up because he cheated on her but i don't think its that simple, i don't really know the full details. you can ask loveth about it" "what you told me is already enough, no need for more, that's enough information already" he said and start the car "and don't think that i don't want to ask to loveth because i don't like her" he said before driving off. he pull up at the front of her apartment and just before Sonya opens the door he stopped her. "you can come to the company anytime you are ready to start your part time job and just in case you are wondering how i know about it Evelyn told me" she nodded subconsciously and got out of the car and walk away. "take care of yourself" he said before driving away. Sonya hasten her steps "why does it sound like a boyfriend sending his girlfriend home" she thought. she opens the door and met both loveth and Evelyn watching a movie and eating junks. "you are back! come join us" loveth said as she entered. she sat down and to watch with them but was not really interested in the movie,she stood and inform them that she is going to sleep and she headed to her room but stop mid way. "Evelyn, do you tell your brother anything about me?" she turn to ask. Evelyn turn her face to her "i told him few things i guess" she replied "why is there a problem? did something happen when you went out together?" Sonya smiled "no its nothing" and she enters her room. she dropped her phone and went to take a quick shower then she picked her phone and hop on the bed.
