Chapter 151: WHO'S CAPTIVE?

Haborym spent the entire day, out of his room,

And though it pained him to abandon his personal studies,

He knew that calling it quits,

Is just way too soon.

He wondered how the woman may have felt,

Painting her face as an angry mess,

He felt satisfaction knowing that he's torturing the woman,

And wondered if he could wait two more days, at max.

Those three days, went swift, went fast.

And to see her weakened state, he couldn't wait, "At last."

He walked towards his room, but it was already open,

He swore he locked it, until he noticed that the knob was ruined.

He cursed under his mask, that clever woman.

Her hunger fueling her, to escape all she can.

She saw no trembling woman, she saw no pleading mess,

He saw his room empty, now he felt worry squeezing his chest.

Knowing that his room is next to the other Special Class demons,

Far savage, and brutal, that those she's used to,

He felt genuine fear since not all has the patience he possess,

If Satan finds out she's killed, he might as well be dead.

He knocked three times each door,

Making the other demons bow down and tremble.

Haborym's brows were enough to make them know he's mad,

And whenever he passes them finally, they can't help but be very glad.

He opened the eleventh door, and saw the woman eating furiously,

Wearing a dress that was barely hiding, her bruised-filled body.

Haborym looked at the demon, who was responsible for her injuries.

As the demon explained, "She made a deal with me!"

"Do you not see the golden symbol written in her forehead?

She is Lucifer's concubine! Surely to refuse her you can!"

"I fed her as she had told me! She could barely stand when I saw her!

If anything, I saved this whore!"

Haborym looked at the woman, still eating without minding him,

She was terribly starving, that she was willing to do all means.

The duke removed his coat and wrapped it within her,

But 155 growled, and rejected his offer.

"I'm retrieving you, sorry,"

"Well, I wasn't expecting that,

but I'm not leaving,

and I don't need that empty apology."

"I won't do it again, I promise,"

"You're just like Lucifer. And I thought you're different, at least..."

"We're going back."

"No way, ask that guy."

She pointed out to the red skinned demon,

Who couldn't move, at the sight of the duke,

for all the right reasons.

"And no way, I'm going to trust you ever again,"

155 said as Haborym tried to think of how to persuade.

He pulls the woman, and looks at the demon,

"Next time she comes here, take her back to my room."

He nodded obediently, as he bows low,

But Haborym didn't noticed, as he struggles to keep the woman, who wanted him to let go.

She was decently strong for a human,

But not even her strongest pull could falter the demon.

"Stop resisting," Haborym says,

And from then on, 155 had enough,

She stopped moving, and looked him in the eye,

"So now you cared? But I wonder why,"

"Because you're Lucifer's-"

"And he'll never know,

He'll never know I'm here,

He'll never know that I'm sleeping with this...utterly disgusting creature just so I can feed myself!

Because, that's all I am, right?

A body to use, so your men can release your fantasies.

But don't worry, I'm used to the abuse.

I guess even after all those years, this is the worst of the women's curse.

Often times you see us as nothing but display,

Not your equal, no, not in any way.

And stop...stop being so polite,

Last out, expose your teeth, bite.

Because I'm so confused, I sometimes think you're doing it out of concern,

Until you look at me, with those eyes that thinks so low of me,

If only you know how much it hurts.

So just-"

"Shut up. I don't need your explanation,

And I don't need a brat who kept doing her things without MY permission.

Toys don't talk, don't they?

So than sleep around for little food,

Gather your remaining dignity and walk out of this room."

Haborym wraps his coat to the woman once again,

As she stares at him with hatred, "I just wanted a friend."

"How pathetic, a demon can never play that part,

We may be powerful, but barely have a heart.

We're castaways, remember?

Angels of war and chaos.

How can we be someone you'd share your feelings with?

When all we ever are, are monsters out and within.

I don't care if it's hurting you,

I don't care if it's not in favor of you.

You follow what I say, you do it without question,

Because I promise you,

I could kill you without a bit of hesitation."

"Oh, can you?" 155 teased,

But Haborym dragged her further,

"How can I tame this little b*tch."

He puts her inside his room,

And pushes her on the bed,

He was about to leave,

When he heard her whimper, as her legs bled.

His eyes widened in fear,

But why was he? It's not the first time he saw someone bleed.

He wanted to ignore her, it was her decision to disobey after all,

But when he was about to open the knob, he couldn't stand the noise and turned to look.

She was hissing in pain,

Clearly she was pushed to her limit.

And even if his anger was still lingering,

He couldn't dare ignore her, even when he's trying.

"Just so you know, it's your own stupid decision that-"

"Just...help me go to the restroom, so I can have a bath.."

She said in a weak voice, no more teasings and such.

She felt sore all over, and her antics were gone,

Haborym sighs, before lending her a hand.

He swore he saw her eyes tear up,

But didn't pointed it out.

"Can you clean yourself?"

"Tsk, as if you'd help."

"I...of course I can,"

"Ew, I've had enough of men seeing my personal things,

Lucifer and that guy,

Oh yeah, didn't catch his name."

"And you really think I'm going to do that to you?

Remember, you're the one who kissed me-"

"So you don't like it, no?"

"No."

"It's fine,"

"You can drown,"

"Whoah, are you really that desperate to see me naked?"

"What are you talking about? I've never once felt such need!"

"Whatever. Starve me again and I'd woo your legion,

After all, there's nothing much I could lose,

I'm already an object of satisfaction.

You said it yourself, right?

I'm just useful at night."

The demon did not flinched,

For him he was right, and nothing should be changed.

For 155 however, she regret not one bit of what she did,

She couldn't even blame him,

Women like her, perhaps deserve this.

She sighed, "Before you say anything like, toys don't talk,

I have something to ask."

Haborym rose his brow,

"And what is it, brat?"

"Do you think someone would love me?"

Haborym laughed, "You're silly."

"No, I'm serious. That's really my question,"

"Maybe. But that person must be out of his mind to even dare like Lucifer's concubine,"

"Tsk, it could be YOU, you know,

When time pass by."

"Ew, utterly disgusting.

I'd rather pledge loyalty to the angels

than have to concern myself with your feelings.

Besides, I don't think you're the type of woman who gets satisfied,

You're not an angel, you're comparable to a demon in disguise.

How you twist words, and make others feel pity,

How you woo that demon, to do your deal so easily.

He could have just tricked you, but he fed you as promised,

So there has to be some way with words, that you told him, so you can eat as you please."

"That's my charm, I guess.

But do you pity me?"

Haborym does, but only lightly.

"I hate you, and you don't deserve my pity.

How can I feel sorry for someone who doesn't even pity herself?

You know I could get mad, but you left.

You have no sense of fear to authority,

You're stubborn, refusing to mellow down, insisting you're free.

But you're not.

We will never be free.

We'll all die in hell together,

Like grains of sand, yes, that many.

And no plan would let you out of our grasp,

Your soul in here, is forever trapped.

So at least try to look at us with more humility,

Your stubborn nature, cleverness, body,

They won't save you,

You can't do anything.

You are not in control.

And you will never be,

Ever."

"That's a long speech, but like what you said before,

I don't care whatever you have to say,

And I'd still do things my way.

You wanna know my plan?

I'll stick to that Sellena and win the prize,

Then I'd try to prove to Lucifer how useful I am,

Maybe after a lot of pushing, he'll make me his wife.

And from then on, I'd reach for the top."

"Wife or not, you will never be loved.

He only loves himself,"

"Who said anything about winning his love?

I'm talking about power, I'm talking about influence,

Love is great and all, but it's close to useless.

I'll never be anything, never be respected,

If I only aim for love,

That word...that caused me nothing but damage.

But don't worry, I can have an itsy bit of gratitude for you, Haborym,

After all, you stitched up my wounds,

And you know what? After I become wife,

I'll make sure you'll have one free night..

for yourself.

So get out of this room,

So I can wash myself,

You closeted pervert,"

Haborym sighs and closes the room shut,

"That...girl, if only I can make her pay for that."
